Honestly, it's been a long time since I've stopped in Breezewood for anything more than a night's sleep. Miss the sit-down restaurant that they used to have didn't try the Homestyle Express the last time I was in, I didn't notice whether it was open or not. That was just a couple of weeks ago. So I thought I'd give it a try today. Don't believe their signs they have a food court, but only half the restaurants are open. The only options are Arby's Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin' Donuts. What happened to the days when the truck stops used to take care of truck drivers. I guess the only option that we have anymore is a heart attack to go. No wonder there's so many unhealthy drivers on the road. And no place else wants us to park our trucks there so we don't have any other options of places to eat. When are all the people going to realize that without trucks, they have nothing the entire country depends on us. Everybody seems to hate trucks, yet none of them seem understand. Without us, their world would absolutely collapse. By the way these pictures were taken at 3:00 in the afternoon on a Thursday.

One of the nicest and cleanest TA's I've seen around the country. It's a wonderful truck stop. 4 stars because of the young Asian looking cashiers that give some wild looks to customers and basically have no any customer service etiquette and basically create a little discomfort. But that's understandable.

I haven't been here in years and the place has been completely remodeled. I am completely unimpressed. Shower was dirty, radio shack is dead, there's no restaurant anymore just fast food, and the driver's TV lounge is an absolute joke. At least 1/3 of the truck lot is reserved only. Nothing here to ever get me to come back again.

Bathrooms are a bit yucky & in need of toilet seat covers. Hand soap dispensers were pretty much all empty in the ladies room. Shower rooms smelled like they weren’t cleaned in months; an odor like feces & urine. My shower stall had a roach in there & the toilet had a very bad leak leaving water everywhere all over the floor. The convenience store inside the Gateway plaza is an “inconvenient”. No apple juice available. No lemon juice packets for the hot tea; not everyone drinks coffee. Food is ok, could be much better. Some staff are a bit rude; not welcoming at all. This TA could definitely stand much improvement.

Just last week, I went to that place to have my engine oil changed. And guess what? Today, I discovered that my engine oil was completely empty! Can you believe it? Those people took my money without even doing the service. This could have caused serious damage to my truck! I swear, there is absolutely nothing wrong with my engine, no leaks or anything. I've never had any issues with other service centers. The people at that place were so unfriendly and rude. I'm warning you all, be extremely cautious when dealing with this establishment!

Repair service dept is cheating people adding to the end of invoice with the missing and wrong declaration and then you put your signature after the payment and they add that signature at the bottom of the wrong and missing declaration. Be careful guys. When you you take your invoice check all details on it . Also cashiers of service dept that old and some young cashiers are very rude. But mechanics are good.

My card was scammed after using it here today. I used it at both the Dunkin Donuts and the convenience part (both inside). Noticed the charges when I checked my account this evening, watch your accounts!

It's ok. Not much in the way of food, showers are dingey. I refuse to pay to park so there's not really any incentive to go in or spend money. These trucks stop owners must think we're all rich and swimming in money. I'm 1 man with very little bills and I'm telling you $20 to park is a slap in the face and always has been. Anyone that pays to park at a truck stop is facilitating the problem. If everyone refuses to pay... They aren't gonna decline your presence or your business, it's a truck stop. They kinda need you there. 😂🤣

Called before coming in for service. Call taker says there’s no wait pull up there’s two trucks in there bays go in talk to service they say pull up to bay 4.pull up to bay 4 three hours later I’m still sitting in the bay for 2 steer tires to be put on our tow truck. Asked service how much longer over an hour ago service writer said 45mins. This has been the worst service center I’ve seen and been through. Only reason I’ve even continued to wait is because I don’t want to be DOT stopped and possibly be placed out of service or get a flat and be stuck sitting waiting for another tow truck or a service truck. Outside of that I will never stop here again for service.Service: Tires

Everything is a little overpriced here. But you pay for the convenience... Good variety of fast food to choose from all in one spot. Clean facilities throughout.

This used to be a wonderful truck stop, But now they charge a ton of money to park here. By the time you park your truck you no longer have any money to spend at the restaurants, Wich is why papi's is now gone. TA needs to change, it's loosing truck drivers.

Only food is Arby's and Dunkin donuts no regular restaurant huge indoor space not being used staff is very helpful but for truck drivers we have no real food to eat.They want us to eat healthy but don't offer us any restaurant healthy food

Awesome T A travel center. The shop was quick changing a tire. Showers are clean and foot court is huge. The pizza is great. Real NY style. The highways and intersections are strewn with construction so be prepared for a long on and off fron the highway.

Not how I remembered it and sad that they took the restaurant away. Nothing left but a few fast food places and a walk up counter with a few of their original favorites. I won't be coming back unfortunately. :(

Very nice place I only gave it three stars ⭐️ because I visited Arby’s & asked for A “fresh”Buffalo chicken wrap, and a large curly fry instead, I receive the chicken club wrap, so I ended up buying another separate order of the buffalo chicken wrap. & told them I would wait for it to be made “fresh” I get my food & it’s was Cold, stale & hard everything? But everything else was nice clean & convenient

The ONLY reason this place is getting three stars is because the staff is so friendly and very nice. Have to say that I'm very disappointed that TA is taking advantage of parking shortage by lining their pockets. The reserve parking is way out of hand here.

My husband and I stopped here for gas and food on our way East. My oldest daughter and I used the restroom, and we had a difficult time finding a stall that was not smeared with urine and/or blood. However, we were able to enjoy a pizza from Sbarro after I cleaned tables for my children to eat at.

Typical overpriced truckstop. This one got rid of sit down restaurant and replaced it with fast food places. Truckers have some free parking spots but they fill up fast. I had tp pay $20 to park, they told me i didn't need anything in my windshield, then about 10 o clock they're beating on side of my truck. Saying i didn't pay. Goid thing i at least had a receipt.

I would like to take a moment and share my experience that I had today at this location. While doing about four loads of laundry, the staff noticed that I needed a hand with getting the laundry back to my truck as I had 4 or 5 loads heavy loads. When Jacob (new guy, only 5th day on the job and already crushing it💪) noticed it was a lot to carry by hand so he and his manager both not only helped me load the laundry into the cart, but they also pushed the laundry cart all the way out to my truck and helped me load it into the cab of my sleeper. I really appreciate the additional efforts of going above and beyond to make the customer's day much much easier! Me and my bad truckers back give a big thanks you guys💪👍

I liked the train station motif, it has an antique vibe to it. I enjoyed my dinner from Arby's. Everything was clean the parking lot was well maintained.I took off 1 star for the driveway. Whose idea was it to have an exit on the freeway offramp? Next time I'm checking out Rutters on US30 in Bedford, hopefully they are just as nice as TA?

Just want to change engine oil… I have with me all volvo filters and own oil in gallons. They don’t want to change it cuz they told me they have this oil and filter and it’s policy… they want sell me own oil and don’t want use my own from costco mobile delvac 15w-40(first time hearing about it). Couple years changing oil at TA or Petro with my own filters and oil but it’s first worst TA service ever I’ve seen.

Great for truck drivers. Easily accessible, safe place to sleep, clean. I stop here all the time, and take my 10-hour break. I've never had an issue. I recommend it to anybody that's going to be in the area.
