Iam a truck driver and booked a room on 11/30/2023.The rooms and price were acceptable:My major issue is that I have been making a follow up on my security deposit. Deposit is supposed to be refunded unless there is a property damage which never happened for my case. I called after two weeks and the excuse was that the manager was on vacation and was to come back on the 12/26/2023: when I called on 12/28/2023. The story changed and the manager had not come. I called again on 1/10/2024. I was told the manager was on Break and he was going to call right back. I called in the evening and nobody was picking up.To this extent my patience has run out. How do I get my money back? The security deposit may seem little money but it’s about honesty and clean honest business practices. I wonder if there are other customers who have been treated the same. Iam contacting my Arttoney for advice. If you intend to sleep here, pay cash so that you can get your money back in the morning.

One of the best place to stay in the area.Owners are really nice people. Helped us with our car as well. We stayed there for 2 nights and loved the room.Clean, new renovated room, quick checkin and check out. Comfortable bed!!!!Recommend everyone to stay with them. Quick access to food stores around.Rooms: Clean and newly renovatedFood & drinks: Most of the stores around the area. Just walk to McDonald across the road

I read a lot of bad reviews, and it is a 2-star hotel and a super affordable price... what did you expect, staying in a suite? 😄 We stayed 2 nights, to attend the RV Show in Hershey...our room was clean, there were no bugs, it smelled good and the bed was comfortable. It is not a 5-star hotel, but we already knew that when we chose it, so to sleep for two nights, it was fine.

The best place i have ever stayed in.Front desk man and girl(owner) were really friendly.Loved the location and very clean room, soft beds and smells really nice!Paid reasonable price to be in best place.Would love too visit again!!!!

Absolutely disgusting, so gross I woke up at 5 am and left when I didn't need to. When I woke up bugs where crawling beside me on the bed. Bugs everywhere so I shouldn't have been surprised. Got a non smoking that smelled like cigarettes and butt. Not clean whatsoever all appliances dirty and not working well. Mold in the coffee pot with the last person's coffee in there. Took pictures of all this. Never stay here unless you don't have 10 extra bucks to get a far faaaar better hotel literally next door.

The owners were so friendly and accommodated my late 3 AM check in! The rooms were clean and you could tell they had also recently gotten new furniture and appliances. The bed was a bit too soft for my liking but that’s just a personal preference thing.

Rooms are musty smelling.we payed for 3 nights and and they tried to say we still owe them. Found a bed bug couldn't sleep under plankets,pillows had blood stains took it to management and he said he scrubbed them lol gave me another pillow case with another stains. Asked for cleaning supplies and they said they don't have any. I looked at mattress it was 😝 so they are really old. Don't recommend any one to stay there. We didn't leave on time and they shut power off.also toilet paper had something on it .nasty we should of just stayed outside on the ground cleaner.

We stopped in the front parking lot because we were having car trouble and it was the only place to stop before getting on the big highway with 2 kids in the truck. The owners and several other people came out screaming at us becuase we were blocking their customers. We were not planning on staying. We only needed to adjust our camper hitch before continuing we would have been in and out in 5 minutes. They then took pictures of us and out license plates. Very rude people!

I arrived after midnight and a telephone operator at some booking site made the mistake of booking for the following night, not the current night ( these computers can’t handle wanting a room after midnight ). Mr Patel the owner worked things out for me after calling the booking site back immediately and being told initially that I had a non-refundable booking. He even moved his own vehicles so that I could park my truck and trailer ( this was by now almost 2am ). Talk about customer service!

We needed somewhere to rest as we were driving from Indiana to DC. This place was…tired. The bathroom ceiling had moldy spots, and the room felt dirty. We slept on the bed, and that was it.The surrounding area also felt a bit sketchy. I am just glad that my car was still in one piece the following day.

WOW! I stopped by Sonrise Inn and the service was amazing, outstanding and beyond compare. The owner was so caring, friendly, understanding and a God sent. On this trip I met so many Angels and this kind gentleman, Mr Patel is definitely an Angel. Mr Patel goes above and far beyond to help us and like I said to my brother next to me, this sleep I got was the best ever, as I was resting amongst the Angels. God bless you Mr Patel for being the calm after the storm and an Angel of mankind.Just like baby Jesus born in a stable and rested in His manger, so is this place, just as humble, simple, and peaceful but all your needs will be met. There are no bed bugs, just great sleep as you are resting and rising amongst Angels. God bless you Mr Patel and family.....................A Beacon.

I would love to recommend this place, and I am doing so right now. Stayed there last night, 30 June 2022. It was a wonderful experience all the way around!Look as a professional truck driver with 11 hours drive time and 10 hours off duty time, I was more than happy to stay here. The staff was amazing. They were the only hotel/motel willing to take cash. Screw the big corporate chains in the area Days Inn, Holiday Inn Express, and that other one on the other side of the interstate! With exception to the place directly behind here as I did not check with them, this place helped a trucker out in a big way. I stayed in room 5 and let me tell you that the bed was incredibly comfy, mini fridge and microwave in the room, ac was ICE cold, hot water was hot cold water was cold, Direct TV, and the lady that checked me in last night was just so very sweet. I want to say very publicly, and for the whole world to read, thank you from the bottom of my heart ma’am, you rescued me last night from a fate of trying to sleep in my truck. I was out of time to drive, day cab (no bed) and exhausted from dealing with people cutting me off all day, and you were just so kind. And my rate was about half of the others, some might say this place is old, let me stop you right there friend…it is vintage! It is well built, brick walls not thin hear the couple next door consummating their marriage if you know what I mean, solid built, Honestly I was a little bit leery of the place myself but in 45 seconds after meeting the lady behind the desk, all of my fears were removed.And quite frankly if I’m ever going through there again I would absolutely stay there not a second thought 100%Also, this is kind of important so I saved it for last, I forgot to ask for a receipt last night. And after calling them to see if they could email one to me, they said “sure thing, not a problem, I’d be happy to do that!” This is the type of thing that builds a customer base.

We want to say it was a really nice stay with the Management and maintenance personal staff.We was homeless and the staff worked with us for our Social security benefits to make it to our bank account to pay. And worked with us on the cost that works for Sunrise Inn. But understands people who are Disabled, and elderly disabled with a monthly income.Thank you all so much,For everything !Dan78654
