I stayed here once last August 2023 & again in January 2024. Both times, I drove through the night and decided to sleep there. The receptionists are so kind and accommodating. The breakfast is pretty good. The rooms are always really clean, and the beds are super comfortable. The amount of well-rested sleep I received while being at this hotel is truly memorable. Thank you for all the attention to detail that Holiday Express team puts into providing a great hotel experience.Rooms: The bedding is always clean, and the beds are incredibly soft.

I had been driving all day, found this location. Really needs some updating. Rugs are old. No info in my room about the hotel. Usually there is some sort of literature about the hotel, what it offers, address, and maybe what’s available around it. I didn’t know there was a pool & jacuzzi. I found out by seeing water all over the elevator. No pad of paper or pen to write with. No Kleenex in the room, so I had to ask for it. The chime for each floor on the elevator is deafening!!Safety: I felt safe there and around the hotelWalkability: There is a “Sheetz” gas station/ w/mto =made to order foods, breakfast. Anytime! Within walking distance. Great food, with a W I D E variety of food choices with many choices to go with it. Can’t wait til they bring it to my state!! great staff. Even though I get a free breakfast at hotel, it’s all so tasteless. I barely ate what I served myself. Coffee is good though! I think it’s open 24/7. Very unique way they do things. Very efficient and effective!Food & drinks: Other establishments around for other food & drink options around the hotel, maybe walking or a quick drive.

Least expected:quiet! Very comfortable bed and great sleep! Never expected being next to highway would be this quiet.Room impecable. Front desk friendly!As an allergy sufferer, I appreciate the no pets policy. Will lay my head here again!

I love this place. Love it! The people are fantastic, helpful, and super courteous. I'm a truck driver, and while usually, I'm in a sleeper truck, I've had to do the hotel thing until my new truck is ready. The place is immaculate, easy to navigate, has parking for trucks and trailers, and myriad other things. 10/10/10/10Rooms: Very well maintained, nothing super fancy, but everything you need for a good rest, a great shower, and some peace and quiet.Safety: Double locks on the doors.Noteworthy details: The courtesy is top notch. They're all professional, friendly, and helpful. I've dealt with quite a few people in reception, and every one has been a pleasure to deal with.

Have stayed here several times in the past. Most expensive in this area. I'm a disabled Veteran so I booked room with roll in shower. Room fine & clean. Bathroom unsatisfactory. Every time commode flushed, had to remove tank lid to refill. Shower floor very slippery & handheld shower head holder broken & wouldn't stay in place. Highly recommend applying non slip solution to these shower floors. Breakfast satisfactory & plentiful. Usually try to stay at this hotel but considering the price & quality, will probably reconsider

The room was modern, comfortable, and clean.The location is convenient but there isn't much to see around the building it is right off the highway and easy to find so it has that going for it.I booked the room in the afternoon at one price on their website. Quoted another at the desk and was billed an entirely different number at checkout so there's that. I assume this is standard industry practice.The staff was very friendly though.Rooms: Offers a variety of options in size and number of beds.Not pet friendly. Glad we left the dog with a sitter.Food & drinks: Standard Hotel Breakfast items. Hit it right after opening everything was warm and fresh. Coffee juice etc . . .Noteworthy details: Their pool room is spacious but I'd say the pool could be a little small for summer visits. Has a hot tub right there too. Deck is spacious with tables for supervisors that don't want to get wet.

Rooms are beautiful, and there are a plethora of bonuses when you stay here. The swimming pool and hot tub have a neat layout and are connected making it easy for me to enjoy the hot tub while still being close to my daughter while she played in the pool. All of the staff here are very friendly and helpful, and they do a great job of providing excellent service. The breakfast buffet was spectacular, providing a little bit of everything including eggs, sausage, and delicious cinnamon rolls. It is located right off of the interstate, so there is everything you need within a short distance, including Pizza Hut across the road and a gas station next door. Pizza Hut would not deliver across the road for some weird reason, but it was easy for us to drive over and pick it up.

Very clean & convenient! Room is pretty large. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast, but was good. Little mini store in the lobby, which was nice to grab a snack & some caffeine before work in the morning. I would recommend staying here over some other hotels in the area. Even if it is a little pricier, you’ll get a better experience here.Walkability: Walking distance to multiple gas station’s & restaurants.

TBH The cable TV and TV stink. The menu for the cable is not one you can see a list of channels and actual programing. You have to open a menu via a features menu then you get a bunch of Network Icons with Channel logo. You click on a channel logo and their is no guarantee that channel is available. Why even list it? Too get to the feature with the stupid channel logo menu you have to go through a couple menu's first each time this is the stupidest interface I've ever seen. You'll end up just watching the Weather channel to not deal with it.Everything else room and Breakfast and customer service EXCELLENT 5 STARS but TV & CABLE HORRIBLE.ALSO WIFI STINKS.

We booked this hotel as a halfway resting point on our trip to Virginia. Price was good, staff was helpful and friendly. The front lobby and surrounding area is really bright and updated. Complimentary breakfast has a nice variety. Only complaint: our room smelled really musty. I left the window open while we went for dinner and it improved a bit. Maybe the room hadn't been used recently?Other than that, room was comfortable and really quiet.

We stay here often due to work. There were 5 of us checking into 4 different rooms, and the clerk was very rude at check-in.... later, we decided to stay an extra night, and the night clerk was very accommodating and pleasant she worked hard to keep us in the same rooms for the 2nd night. My room was old and outdated, my shower had mold on the tiles, plenty of parking, and many places to eat nearby.

Amazing! This hotel is one of the best hotels where I have ever stayed. The hotel was very clean, had a very nice pool and hot tub (I wish the hot tub were warmer but it was warm enough), and rooms. The breakfast area and breakfast itself were great. Again very clean with the expected Holiday Inn fare. But the staff were what made the stay amazing. Everyone was very friendly.Rooms: The beds and pillow were very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well maintained. No mildew or mold. Husband loved the hot water in the shower.

We only stayed 6 hrs. In after midnight. The casier tried to charge me $15 more than the app even when I told him the price. He did end up matching it . The bed was comfy but no breakfast till 7. I was gone before that.Food & drinks: Start breakfast at 7 on Sat and Sunday also. Folks still work and travel. Even go bags would be nice to put out early.
