I went to return an item at 8:55 the hours state the store is open eight to nine on Monday through Saturday and the doors were locked, I couldn’t do a simple return, I had my receipt and it’s been less then 30 days. Apparently the manager said to an employee to close the store, I believe corporate wouldn’t like their stores closing early.

These guys were great. Called about 10 minutes after they opened to see if they had an item I wanted in stock. The woman who answered informed me they did not but offered similarly priced alternatives. I came in that afternoon check out the item in stock. I was approached quickly by a sales associate that was informative and so I made my purchase. Had to have it loaded into the back of my truck and the fellas out back were very helpful as well.

On a recent visit to our neighborhood Tractor Supply in Boyertown Pennsylvania we were very happy with our shopping experience, in particular one of the Associates on the floor, a young woman named Maddie. I observed her being very helpful and friendly with the other shoppers. She approached me and asked if I needed assistance with anything, she directed me to product that I was looking for, help me look at that product and when I was ready to check out she approached me again and was able to check me out with her hand held device using a credit card, it was so convenient.. when she was finished my transaction she went to the very next aisle and I overheard her speaking to another customer when they ask for her assistance on choosing a pet item . Again she gave a friendly Helping Hand. The manager was also on duty and he assisted my significant other on his purchases. I had a very good experience in this tractor supply I would recommend you go there for all your local Farm needs.

Normally a big fan of every TSC I go to. Today, however, not so much. Visited website to check hours and pellet availability. Site stated, in stock pellets, updated today. To confirm, I called and although it rang for several minutes, no one answered. Took a trip to TSC, where I was told they did not have any. No hint of an apology but I was told to have a great day so that helped.

Well lit, calming music, they have everything. I haven't been in there in a few years, it's worth the trip. Reasonably priced Carhartt clothing, everything and anything for gardening, tools, parts, and more. Surprising they have "red" bell pepper plants, only the second place I have ever found them. A giant thumbs up. I'll be back.

Good variety of items, for the size of the store, and considering their primarily suburban clientele. Happy and eager staff that is always helpful! Property managers need to do better with upkeep and maintenance of the lot, but that is not something I would blame on TSC.

Two thumbs up to the manager AJ AND Staff. It's such a busy store and they try to help everyone but sometimes there are just too many people in the store at once to be able to see to everyone at once. I've been in many times and seen them making time for everyone.It's also nice to come in and see pets with owners and pets seeking new homes.Been coming here for feed and farming needs for years.Stopped by first day June 2019.AJ was there greeting the Saturday shoppers.Was impressed with the storage area in rear. Very neat. Had everything I wanted plus. Jesse helped load my truck as usual. Nice to see the staff smile as they help everyone.Never disappointed .

Everything I've bought here has been durable and high-quality. There are a few gaps in their inventory - e.g., they sell tool chests but not the foam drawer liners; wide range of wire fence material, but not much in stakes or posts. Still, customer service is always fantastic, you can bring your dog into the store, and their plants are reliably hardy.

Went and got my chicks today. The young lady was extremely helpful. She took the time and got me exactly the 8 that i wanted. She was very knowledgeable about all the chicks and ducklings there.

Seriously fix you POS machines. One scanner doesn't work then the keypad won't work. Losing a spring day to lack of equipment maintenence is insane. Head to oley feed or next location.

My review is based completely on the care of the chicks. I was beyond disappointed going in to see how sickly the chicks were at this TSC in boyertown. 80% of them had a severe case of pasty butt to the point where it stuck out about an inch from their behind! It made me sick to my stomach and I really hope this review will change that! I got my chicks from TSC in Pottstown and they are great, nice, and take good care of the chicks they have. I can't understand why there's such a difference between two stores that are only a mile apart.

Well I'm not really happy cause I didn't get my propane tank filled but they are doing their job by checking the expiration dates on them. And then gave me info on how to read my tank and how to take care of my expired ones.

I have COPD but still need supplies. This is the second time I went to the Boyertown store and there was a customer without a face mask. When I said something the salesgirl apologized to me but didn't do anything about it. I guess Farm Bureau is getting a new customer.

Visited the Boyertown tractor supply store today, 5/25/20. 3 workers did not have masks on. One customer walked in with no mask. Even if the risk is very small, masks are a small price to pay.How hard is it to slide the mask off your chin over your face?Put them on.

Definitely a hidden jem, they have low cost vaccinations for dogs, cats I'm not sure about, tools, clothes, ect, they fill propane tanks, and OMG pet supplies if they don't have it I would be surprised

A lot of times when you're looking for something for a project and ant find it or don't know where to find it Tractor Supplies a place to go. It's also a great place to just walk through, see something you will not find somewhere else.

Few employees are certified to drive the fork truck. Went to the store to buy a ton of wood pellets and was told we could not get them because no one could operate the fork truck to load them.
