I located a camper I loved online and Dave reached out to me and made an amazing deal with me to purchase the camper. Everything was a breeze, Dave and his sales associate Sutton handled everything over the phone with me. I traveled 5 hours to pick up my new camper without any issues. Upon picking up the camper they provided an extensive walk through of the camper and explained how everything worked. Dave even helped me hook the camper up to my truck after hours on his own time. This was the best purchasing experience from a dealership that I've ever had. Everyone was very helpful, considerate and treated you like a very close friend. I would 100% recommend this business for your camper purchasing needs!

We stopped at Hitch RV on the way home from seeing another RV in Pottstown and I’m so glad we did! Unlike the other dealer, they didn’t try to pressure us into buying something we didn’t need. Matt took us right out to see the used class C RVs they had on the lot. Amazingly, they had exactly what I was looking for. The price was reasonable and they gave me what I was looking for with my trade-in. No haggling and straight shooters which was much appreciated. I cannot express how amazing this location is! Kelvin, Leslie, Emily, Tom, and all the other employees were not only friendly and helpful, but went above and beyond!Leslie was extremely knowledgeable and helpful through the buying process. Kelvin “hooked us up” in many ways!!When you purchase a camper here you get to do a full demo walk through where the staff show you how every switch, light and knob work and explain why they do what they do. Last week, we took a ride to check out campers to get an idea of what we want upgrade to since our kids are growing, and the pop up we have is getting small. Jonathan was our salesman and showed us everything we were looking for. When we were undecided of which camper to go with, he was more than willing to keep going back and forth looking at them, until we decided which one we wanted. He was more than patient with us. Kalvin, the manager was absolutely amazing, and accommodated us on the down payment as we were not prepared that day to put anything down. The guy who went through everything with the camper (didn’t get a name) was nothing but patient with us as well, showing us everything and answering all questions. The company was nice enough to winterize it before we left with it. My family and I cannot wait to use it in the spring. Highly recommend buying your travel trailer here.

My wife and I wandered into Hitch RV looking for a used couples coach. We've been camping all our married lives (tenting and pop-up), but this was our first venture into travel trailers. We were so happy with our experience.Danielle greeted us as we walked through the door and showed us the perfect camper for us. Patient with our questions, she not only shared what this camper could do (and what it couldn't) but made sure that when we rolled out a week later, the camper was in tip-top shape (for a 2014)! She even had a new microwave installed to fill that empty gap above the stove. Our demo was perfect (thanks, Justin!) and we left with just the right equipment that was all rolled into the financial package.Not only will I go back to Hitch RV for servicing (and maybe a new upgrade one day), but I'll be sure to share with family and friends why Hitch RV is a gem right here in Boyertown. What can I say...Had a phenomenal experience today at Hitch RV. Leslie was just wonderful from our first walk in the door. No pressure sales and very friendly as well as knowledgeable, willing and able to answer all our questions. Never once felt rushed to make a decision. I want to share how pleased I am with my recent purchase of a new camper at hitch rv. Kelvin and Emily went above and beyond to answer all questions and were there for us throughout the whole process. The service and attention to detail were excellent . I really can’t say enough about how great our experience was! We have the camper we fell in love with and within our price range, they will work with you to get you what you want if at all possible. We just purchased a destination model trailer from Hitch RV. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We received a good deal on our purchase after doing a fair amount of research on the particular model we wanted. They also have a good amount of stock at the PA location.

Took a suburban propane heater in for repair as it was not lighting. They said they would call me with an estimate to see if i wanted it repaired. Instead they called me back two weeks later and said that it was fixed. went to pick it up and they said it just needed to be cleaned. everything was ok with it. They charged me $500.00 for cleaning a $530.00 heater. Reinstalled it and of course it did not work, what a rip off. They just don't care all they want is your money.

My family and I went to hitch on a Saturday looking for an upgrade from our current single axle unit. Our salesperson Milli was wonderful, no pressure, and worked with us patiently during the process of choosing one. She showed us multiple units and we ultimately decided on a Crusier Arie 28BBH was the one for us. With some slight back and forth Kelvin was awesome and worked with use diligently to figure out how to get the payment we were aiming for. Our walk through with the tech was great, he answered all questions and showed us everything on the camper. We had some issues with the camper , mostly cosmetic on the inside, and a couple other things. Any one who has bought a new camper knows none of them are perfect. I brought it back for warranty work and some spare keys, they went over the work order line for line to make sure all information was correct. Randy, Eric, and Becky, were attentive and professional throughout the entire process. I did have to bring it back for one of the original issues but the service manager Randy got me in with a couple days notice on an already booked Saturday for service, to personally test drive and look at the problem with me. Overall a great experience, I would recommend them to anyone. Shout out to the entire Hitch RV of Boyertown team on a job well done!

My wife and I purchased a new travel trailer in April. The processes was easy and the customer service was outstanding. I recently took my RV in for warranty service, and the service manager was able to schedule me in on a day I had available, and the work was completed on time as promised. This is my 4th travel trailer, and in my opinion, you can purchase a travel trailer anywhere. It is the customer service after the purchase that is most important. Hich RV in Boyertown lives up to that service.

Do not waste your time with this place! They clearly do not get paid by commission or they’d be a lot more persistent with customers. Almost 2 weeks back and forth with sales to be told “you are getting a sweet deal” and then the next day told they can’t do the sale… Wasted almost 2 weeks of our time when we could have been making other arrangements had they just been up front from the beginning! Do not waste your time or money with this company! Bait and Switch at its finest!

We had an absolutely amazing experience purchasing our Destination Trailer from Rob Crail at Hitch RV in Boyertown, PA. We traveled from Virginia and purchased this used trailer based on photos I saw on the web site and the photos Rob sent to us. We were assured everything would be in working order. The service department was top notch and Tom from service went over the trailer and replaced dry seals and caulking. He also cleaned the roof and sealed the roof so we would not have issues for years to come Tom also spent many hours putting new floor in the RV because we did not want carpet in our RV. The trailer is a 2008 however as we walked into the trailer for the first time the trailer looked brand new. Rob was genuinely concerned about our ability to tow the trailer back to VA. He did not want us to burn up the transmission in our truck. I will be telling anyone who asks where I purchased our trailer.

My wife and I walked into this dealership looking for "something" as we did not actually have any idea what we wanted at the time. We were met by Danielle who turned out to be a very pleasant and knowledgeable salesperson. Danielle took the time to speak with us, asked us helpful questions, and was able to locate several travel trailers that matched both our interests as well as our car's towing capability. We ended up leaving a deposit on one of the newly arrived Sunset Trail trailers. We left the dealership with a rather all-around warm and fuzzy feeling. PART 2- While I know on the private market the camper will sell for at least 28-30K seeing we used 3 times total, I just didn’t want to deal with that as my schedule with work and kids is very demanding. Not to mention I’ve lost value in the camper as it’s been with service for 3 months now. And being reasonable seeing they would need to at least break even I hoped that Scott would attempt to save the customer experience and a customer but nope, he was adamant that he didn’t want to take any responsibility and this was forest rivers issue. “We just sell their products”. No Scott, you don’t just sell their stuff your also responsible to service and provide your customers with a much better experience post purchase. Again, I feel so bad for some of the amazing people that work for this company, their short staffed, quite a few people have shared publicly that they left because of Scotts empty promises and poor leadership/company culture. So now the current staff and customers suffer because of his poor leadership and operating processes(self inflicted staffing shortage). This should have been handled much differently from the beginning. From my first call to Dave saying I didn’t want it when it had the slide issues back in April of 2021. So if I could help anyone when making a big purchase, spend time learning about both, their sales and service experience. The last thing you want is to make a major purchase only to find out after, you mean nothing to Scott now that he has his $$. Greed is clear here and again feel terrible for the amazing people who work at the Boyertown location.
