Just bought a New Earth & Turf 60in. quick attached snow blade from them.Emailed in to get a quote, was followed up with same day, price was very competitive. Mid week I switched to a none-hydraulic set-up, they didn't miss a beat in giving me an updated price. I Picked blade up over the weekend, I was in an out timely, also they had the blade on a pallet like I had requested & loaded it on my trailer!Wish I'd of contacted them before I had bought a couple of my other attachments previously..

The staff at Erb & Henry are extremely courteous, friendly and helpful! I recently had issues with the front wheels/tires on my Kubota loader. Rather than paying someone else to replace the tire and one wheel they did it for me while I was there! They were able to squeeze me in and even recommend tubes for the tires to prevent further issues down the road. They truly went above and beyond. Thanks again!

Went there to get some discontinued parts for my 1980 cub cadet and they found them for me. And were very knowledgeable about what I was looking for and recommended a website to keep my tractor in top shape

Claimed they had availability and the work would be done in a few days. That quickly turned into two weeks. They didn't take care of the work that they were supposed to but took it upon themselves to fix everything else. The price doubled upon pick up as well. I will never go back to this place.

The mechanic, Rob, took 3 weeks to replace a spindle on my commercial mower. Two days before it was done, he told me my bill was going to be around $300. Then he calls, two days later to tell me the machine's ready and my bill is $600. All they did was replace a spindle, sharpen blades, new belt, and check my electrical connections.Afterwards, my deck height adjustment pin is missing and the belt slipped off.

Dealt with them several times mostly for parts. Parts department is great and staff is very friendly. Great local place to shop.

Service used to be awesome... But last time my Kubota was there I got a text from Rob the first week of August stating it would be done that week. The Kubota had been there for over 3 months by then. Well my Kubota was not dropped off that week and I never heard another word from him until the week of Thanksgiving in November. I told them to bring the Kubota back before Thanksgiving unless they want to pay rental for it for the last 6 months they had it. They had it for over 6 months, claiming hoses were on backorder...I could've had those hoses made right in Pottstown the very same day they claim they were on backorder. Not at all happy. Had to borrow my dad's little John Deere riding mower and use it to cut over 4 acres of grass every single week for the ENTIRE season due to them having my Kubota all that time.

I don’t usually do reviews but in this case it seems appropriate. I dropped my lawnmower off for some warranty work. The work it’s self was fine but the customer service horrible. The older gentleman at the counter has no business dealing with customers. He was miserable and made me feel not welcome. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Took my Troybilt rider to Erb & Henry last summer due to the motor huntingI picked it up costing me $189 and as soon as I got it home and started mowing it did the same thingCalled to complain and they said to bring it back. No thanks not for another $189Figured I would run it till it died and then buy a new one.Since it is very annoying to ride on I checked Amazon for a new carbGot one for $43 dollars and put it on today even though I was unsure how to do the workLucky me it all worked out and mower runs fineI don’t mind paying for something as long as I get what I pay for. When I take something to specialists to fix I expect it to be fixed correctly the first time.

I had to suddenly get my electric lawn mower fixed and couldn't find many shops that even service them. Rob from Erb & Henry saved the day - he arranged pick up, fixed the problem, and had my mower returned to me the next day! Great service, looking forward to doing more business with them in the future!

This is what I posted on my yelp review. I did call the location and spoke to Rob. I talked to Rob last week to inform him that my daughter and I were coming to this location on Friday/Saturday. I wanted to location to know that I will not be doing business with them, thanks for Mark's inability to interact with customers. There is a Kubota dealership in Alburtis that is further for me to drive, but I am hoping my customer experience is better than at Erb & Henry.I was at this location this past Saturday (4/3/2021) and was "helped" by Mark. This gentleman has no business being a "sales person." The kind woman had to tell Mark that my daughter and I needed assistance. I came in this location to test drive the RTV 850 Sidekick, which was in stock. I was considering multiple sxs for my application and the Sidekick was on top of my list. This location had the 850 Sidekick. When I asked to test drive it, Mark said the unit may be sold from a couple that test drive it earlier that morning. He didn't say it was sold. I used to sell cars for a living and if someone does not put a deposit on the item, it was considered still for sale. Mark avoided me test driving the Sidekick several times, so I asked him if I ordered a unit how much would I have to put down to secure the item. He told me, I'd have to pay 100% up front, which does not sound right to me, as other dealerships advised, I would need to put $500.00 to deposit the item. I said to Mark, I don't see anyone footing 100% to deposit an item that they haven't had the opportunity to test drive, which is what I wanted to accomplish that day. The MSRP on the Sidekick was nearly $14,000.00 and if you add 6% PA sales tax and destination/ fee, you would be looking at nearly $16,000.00 on a machine that Mark wouldn't even allow me to test drive. Kubota has a 0% financing offer that is good until 06/30/2021 on their website.I am disappointed with this location and will not spend my money at this location, thanks for Mark's lack of sales skills and his terrible service. Fortunately for me, there are other stocking Kubota dealerships and I can actually order the Sidekick directly from Kubota. I'll never go back to Erb & Henry, which is a shame because they are 5 minutes from where I live.

Hate to write this review BUT we have purchased many cub cadet tractors and had service for all of our lawn equiptment over the last 20 years plus they are 6 miles away from our home so very conveniant, however their custormer service needs to step up.I called on Monday about a new snow blower and YES I know everyone needs one now and was told I could order on line and have it delivered to their store and they would then deliver to me for $125.00 WOW 6 miles.....I went on line and the snow blower I was interested in would take 8 - 10 days to be delivered to me according to web site called Erb back to find out more info w=and was told order on line no help offered.Called Honeybrook hardware spoke with leroy he assisted me in ordering the correct size and it is being delivered today from honeybrook NO CHARGE WOW I like to keep my $$$$$$ in my community but no more to ERB sorry

Purchased a kubota with loader when my Deere died. Was delivered on time only the loader obvious sat outside for years as the paint was faded so bad you noticed it right away. Was told it was new and never used but come on. Run of the mill equipment dealer. The staff don't care every time I walk in for parts they leave me standing for a good 5 minutes before even looking up and act like I'm interrupting them.

Had to pick up air filter not sold anywhere else in town, older gentlemen at the advanced turned me on to Erb & Henry's. While I was there I asked a few questions about the tractor I was helping my girlfriend's dad with. The staff was knowledgeable, truly people that know their stuff. I purchased a cub cadet riding mower with some attachments: snow blower and bagger so far their customer service has been excellent. Dropped off the new mower all setup and ready to go. When it was time to put on the snowblower they assembled the blower, called me, scheduled to come pick up the mower and installed the snowblower. I fully expected to have to put it on myself the first time. I am so far a fully satisfied customer

On the day after tropical storm Isaias passed through I needed a part for my twenty-two year old generator's fuel system. I walked into the parts department at Erb &Henry and less than ten minutes later I walked out with the correct parts. These guys know their stuff.

They damaged the engine pulley where the drive belt attaches to the transmission in my Cub Cadet, which I purchased new from Erb & Henry - the second tractor I bought from them. Now a new belt (which they installed in 2012 and 2014) lasts less than two years versus 7 years for the original. The third failed this week. They also did not properly reinstall the front lift mechanism for the cutting deck, leaving both the adjustment nut and lock nut on the outside. It was torqued so tight it rounded the threads on the shaft. When I called management to complain I got a ho-hum, gee that's a shame, response . They said they would look into it and never bothered calling me back.What is the benefit of supporting small local businesses (vs. big box stores like Home Depot) when they do not stand behind their work?

Went to have a stem put into a lawn tractor tire , and it was reasonably priced. When I need lawn equipment related repairs that I cannot do myself I will now be using this place.
