I will preface this by saying that I went into the dollar store with a big lots cart from next door. While shopping at the dollar store I said to my 2-year-old, sit down you're going to fall. An Elder woman (Dollar Tree employee) with short white hair proceeded to say, "serves him right he shouldn't be in that cart in here." She then walked past me with a disgusted look on her face and kicked one of the boxes that was on the floor. I am not one to disrespect my elders but I think it's time for an ALF.

If I could give a 0 star I would. When you say to me “read the sign” that you cannot ring out a gift card. You had a line all the way back to the candy isle and only one register open. How is that my fault when the sign is next to your computer. Rude!!! Maybe you should spend a little extra money to have all registered be able to ring up gift cards or use one that can.

I was in the Gilbertsville, PA Dollar Tree today. I met a lovely woman at the register who was pleasant and did her job well. However, I had a return, and the cashier was unable to do a simple $1.25 exchange. The merchandise was labeled clearly on the receipt but the exchange required a manager's signature.The cashier called the manager repeatedly but the manager deliberately avoided coming to the register to sign off. I watched the manager chat with an employee, open another register, blow up balloons, and completely ignore me as I waited and waited and waited. I NEVER experienced such an obvious display of indifference!! I don't understand A) Why a company would not allow the cashier to perform a simple exchange and B) How a manager could be so blatantly incompetent.

Now it's the "Buck N a Quarter Store", & I can still spend $100.00 in here, end up with 6 bags of great & useful items. I purchased a rubber mallet over 5 years ago. I still have it & I use it every time I use my horse trailer.I have several pairs of "cheaters"/reading glasses in every room in my house. That's because I only paid a dollar for them. One time I took off on my motorcycle with a pair on the top of my head...when they blew off I kept going.

This may be the cleanest dollar tree I've ever been in. The manager and young lady were both nice. Keep up the great work.

Typical dollar tree, but had a recent issue with 2 employees smoking in front of the entrance door. Had to ask them to move in order to open the door. Later noticed a line of customers at the register, when the 2-3 employees were out front smoking. Otherwise the store is clean and well organized.

Awesome place!! Great staff!! Great job!! I saw the assistant manager help a couple who was in need of food. She paid for there entire order 30.00 doesn’t seem like much but it is when you have no food to eat. The gentleman broke down and cried thanked her for helping them.. that is going beyond her job. That’s is a special person .. I wanted to say thank you!! There are caring people left in this world!!! Kudos to the staff of boyertown Dollar Tree!!!

Wide selection of products and at a great price! Friendly and helpful staff. Store is always clean but sometimes has excess inventory left in aisles. Great please to get stuff for 1$, you can't beat it!

Never leave here empty handed. And this Boyertown area Dollar Tree .Even has a frozen and refrigerated section to help with your food needs. Personally no one can beat their storage boxes and bins . Crafty ideas galore.

Will never shop here again! 1 night a year we celebrate at the High school for senior recognition! This location just turned me down for balloons! All because I couldnt take them tonight and refused to allow me to pick up tomorrow. However tomorrow I'm not able to get here an I have to pay with our committee card! Thanks for screwing the 2020 seniors!!!! We will shop else where for things in the future!

The Boyertown Dollar Tree is great. They offer many items that the Pottstown store doesn't. It was clean and the aisles were easy to go through.
