Some staff are friendly and some aren't. Their customer service needs to be worked on and some staff complain or make sly remarks if you come in close to closing time.Its not appropriate, especially when I bring my two young nephews in.If you hate your job that much then maybe you are in the wrong industry or atleast fake it til you make it

As someone who does not like going to physical stores, I never mind my almost weekly Dollar General run. The staff there is super friendly, always greets you and is there when you need help. No pushy sales stuff either. The store is easy to navigate, perfect for when you need to quickly grab something and go. I've been consistently shopping here for 5 years, and I have never had a bad experience. Thank you!

Love this store ! You can find some great things in this store , almost one stop shopping! The employees that work there are very nice also . I have never met any rude employees there I usually go into that store for a few quick things , but always find something else there!

One of my favorite stores. I shop here often normally the one in pottstown. However this Dollar General is much better. They have every thing Pottstown has but much more. I definitely will be shopping at this location more often.

Very nice store. They have a lot to choose from and reasonably priced. The cashier is very pleasentvand helpful. I really like this store. Except I spend way too much money there. Lol

The employees are wonderful , but I can never find my mello yello when they have Coca-Cola products on sale. For that matter even most of the time when its not on sale. Please stock more Mello Yello.

I couldn't return a simple item even tho I had a reciept. It was a Bluetooth headset that DIDN'T WORK. The box it came in had already been thrown out. Brought it back the 2nd day I'd bought it. Now stuck with a broken set. Not cool.

For a dollar store, they carry a lot of good stuff - both necessary and unnecessary. This is the closest place to get necessities in a pinch. Fairly well kept compared to other dollar stores in the area.

Clover Valley is a great brand! This is my favorite brand of mild cheddar cheese! And the Mandarin oranges are delicious. Diapers are a great price too.

The manager here was very friendly when I showed up to drop off a FedEx Smart Post package. She informed me that FedEx doesn't take them when they pick up their other packages.

Items sale pricing is very confusing, it might be placed where everything is supposed to be 25% off, but when you're at the register, it doesn't apply...with the dg coupons, you are once again trying to figure out what the sale price is for a customer in the store who doesn't have the phone with them..while I appreciate the variety and selection, by the time I check out, I have a headache because my bill is always at least 15-20 dollars more than I anticipated..

Normally I like this store but hey had a sale for 50% off toys with blue or yellow dot. One toy in the entire store had a bue dot. What a scam!

Cashier ingoreing customers for 10 minutes. She clearly saw us waiting. Then she had 6 people in line. Place was a mess also.

I tried calling several times but the manager is constantly on the cell phone. I couldn't get through. I gave up after an hour. Ridiculous! Why would their main number be a cell phone?!
