New to the area, visited for the first time for my booster vaccine. All the staff at the pharmacy were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I didn't have to wait long for my booster; they were getting through all the vaccines efficienly and quickly. The vaccine area had these little screened sitting areas to sit after the vaccine, as well as a privacy screen for the actual vaccine procedure; so that was nice. The pharmacists and technicians were all very attentive to everyone coming in. Staff were all very professional and were all working really hard. I even had time to get my prescription, which was ready for pick up :)

Apparently no one can do their jobs here. I had called to have a fax sent for a prescription and it was never sent. Called the next day expecting my prescription to be filled and it wasn’t. Second lady said she would send a fax. Called my doctors office and they have no fax on file so they had to send a request. Just do your damn job nobody has time to sit around and wait for you to get it together. If you don’t want to work then find another job that gives you less responsibility since sending a fax is apparently to hard.

Had to get my daughter's scripts filled from Urgent Care. Urgent Care told me to allow about an hour for the scripts to be filled. We left Urgent Care and went into a grocery store and then showed up at CVS. It was less than 20 minutes and when we got there the scripts were already filled! They just needed to add the insurance info. The one pharmacist was making my sick daughter laugh. He was telling us about how his wife and daughter had the same thing a few weeks back. This guy by far is one of the friendliest pharmacy techs we have crossed paths with. I can't thank them all enough for having her meds filled by the time we got there so we didn't have to sit around for too long.

Not sure why this store has such a low rating. Been getting my scripts filled here for like 20 years and my flu shots each year. Pharmacy staff are always nice and friendly. Never have any issues and they are always very helpful when there are any insurance problems with coverage etc. Everyone is always friendly and extremely helpful.

The pharmacy has the worst customer service to the point I am reaching out to the district manager. "Sally" needs to go to a customer service seminar and loose her attitude. She argued with me regarding a prescription refill a month ago when I went to pick it up and again today. Sally gave attitude requesting me to have resolution to my insurance information in person, I refused and stated we were going to have resolution on the call. "OMG" is the response I received. I was informed by a CVS pharmacy employee my information information was outdated and I owed almost $400 for my prescription and when I advised them they were incorrect, I was informed to call my insurance company. I did just that, WASTING 20 minutes of MY time to hear nothing was incorrect with my information that was given to them. So Ms. Sally - if I wasted 20 minutes of my time to make a phone call that the pharmacy could have made - you can spend 5 minutes on the phone with me!!!!!! If all pharmacy employees were as kind as Cathy Baldwin the CVS pharmacy would be a five star pharmacy! Get the rotten apples out of the basket!

God help you if your insurance forces you here. There is ALWAYS something wrong with my scripts. Sometimes they say they want to check with you dr, they tell you they contacted them but they lied. I know this cause u waited 2 days and my dr told me they never really call. One time they said it was cause my dosage seemed high even though it was the same as the last time. Sometimes they just don't fill them for no reason and tell you to come back later. They always act as if your the problem. If they can't just fill the script and move on then they aren't very nice. I hate that my insurance forces me to use them.

Most employees in the pharmacy are exceptionally rude and appear to be annoyed that customers are there. One pharmacist is particularly rude and incompetent. I came there recently to pick up my prescriptions and suddenly after getting the same two prescriptions together (at this CVS with the same pharmacist filling them) for over a year she determined that I should not take them together. Apparently she knows better than my Doctor. Bless her heart.

So I needed a medication and was paying out of pocket. I called today to see if it was ready. The pharmacy tech told me the med was $970. and had not yet been ordered. I was ready to pay, but not that much. I asked to speak with the pharmacist to see what I could do. After mentioning maybe some other drugs, she, Teresa looked up to see if she could get it from Good Rx. Sure enough for $225. Amazing. Usually, a discount, but not one so great. Thank you, Teresa, for going the extra mile.

I had a problem with my prescription and they were not helpful and didn't change a thing for me. I'm stuck for a whole month with 2 different pills half of which I cannot take bc they are different ones! I spent $193 on my meds and half are going to go to waste. They also put the 2 different pills in the same bottle and while they are the same medication it is illegal to do (so I read on a pharmacy forum) and also misbranding. I took my meds in and expressed my concern since I had never seen these pills before. The pharmacist said there was nothing she could do and I said that's fine and wanted my stuff so I could leave, I had to go to work. She then took it upon herself to do something for me that was pointless and made me wait an hour when I had to leave! I was so mad that she wasted my time. I will never return to this CVS pharmacy unless they are the only one I can go to. Very disappointed. Go to any Weis pharmacy! Their prices are cheaper with the Weis discount, the cheapest I found for my medication, and the employees at the pharmacy are usually amazing and very accommodating. A few of them ordered my script in specially when they don't even carry it. Most places like CVS won't even deal with you because the medication is frowned upon I guess.

The pharmacist has told us multiple times that our prescription is ready for pickup, but once we arrive we are given a blank stare as the pharmacist informs us that the store is out of stock and another shipment will arrive the following week. It's always the same excuse. Please don't tell your customers that you have something in stock when you clearly don't -- check your inventory first! Also of note, I have found that the prices are about 25% higher than mom & pop pharmacies. I recommend shopping elsewhere!

I went in there after an auto accident, picking up my prescription after leaving the doctor. There was an issue with the script the doctor sent over, as my insurance wouldn’t cover it all. I was confused about this, and since there was a long line I decided to call my doctor to get clarification. The nurse was confused by what I was saying as well so she decided to call CVS to ask what was going on. After she did, I walked back toward the pharmacy and heard the women there gossiping about me, saying “I called my doctor and told them they wouldn’t fill the prescription” then they laughed. As I heard this I became infuriated, and told them that was not the case. I only called to get clarification. I explained to them that gossiping about customers is a terrible way to treat people, and that I will not be back. Very unprofessional.

The pharmacy was very busy this evening. It’s something we should all understands happens. What’s remarkable about the staff though is they didn’t allow their customer service to be affected by the chaos. I was very impressed by their ability to maintain their composure and deliver fantastic customer service.

Great cvs I would say the only bad thing would be that when they are filling prescriptions an they are dumping pills into the pill counter the people are not wearing gloves an they are touching the pills well I have seen people sick an well that dosnt sit well with me. Cause well germs can spread that way also. So maybe someone will change this an we will see them wearing gloves.

Hate going here. Every time I go in the employees are rude. Especially the pharmacy workers. Don't waste your time. There are other CVS that are better. I like the one in Zigersville they are always so nice and clean.

Most techs in the pharmacy are friendly but that 1 who ypu drop your prescription off to juat ruins is all. If you can't handle the amount of work you have an keep a smile through it your in the wrong position. This is why I stopped coming here and go to Professional Pharmacy. An Ill be going back....

Had to stop & look at CVS's empty parking lot....for years, kids from the Boyertown high school parked here, until one day CVS had all the kids cars towed! Doesn't look like they have that many patrons! Lost my business!

CVS turned me away for a flu shot that they advertise as FREE........... because I don’t have the right insurance. I don’t know how this is legal.... I guess our health isn’t as important as profit to them. I would seek another pharmacy.
