They have a good selection of furniture, home, pet and gift items. Staff is always nice and very attentive. During the summer/spring they have great garden supplies and during the winter/fall they have a ton of decorations for the holidays. They have a small section of food and toiletries. Overall, it’s a neat store and they have decent prices. Kind of a hit or miss depending on what you’re looking for but never had a bad experience with them.

My husband and I were at big lots this morning and they had one person at the register. This young man had to of been the slowest teller I have ever seen in my life. He called for help because there was a long line after 10 minutes, someone finally came to open another register. My husband and I were buying one thing and the woman that open the register took the people behind us that had a whole basket full. . This was so rude. My husband and I left leaving the one item and left the store. People are rude. I don’t expect it from the workers too! Needless to say, I won’t be shopping there anymore!!!

This Big Lots is always active with changes and new products which I love . Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Let's not forget the discounts !! Look around you will always leave with something. Keep up the great service.

This place always has furniture at a reasonable price. Their holiday decorations are a hit or miss at times. Customer service is great always someone nearby and greet you when enter.

I haven't been to BigLots for years. The isles are small. The main walkways were packed with stuff I had a difficult time with the cart. And I had my service dog with me and he was very distracted by everything so close. And the reason I probably won't go back is the prices were more than me just going to the grocery store.

Just picked up a ton of furniture. One couch was ripped and I was unable to see this because of the thorough wrapping.. It wasn't the best experience from the gate but thanks to Vicky and Joz All is well. They are phenomenal at their job and just downright good people... Thank you Vicky and Joz... Job well done! They should manage the place...

I'm pretty sure the store/employees are great just like every other store I've been to! However, this review goes to their same day delivery service company called Pickup. The company had a lady deliver an item which I had to return to my local store because it shrieked like cigarettes and incense not to mention the bag was pantry wrinkled. The lady waited for me inside her car and waved at me expecting me to come to her car to get the stuff. No delivery whatsoever only car-ride the item to the address' sidewalk. I could've done that myself. $95 fee for the kind of service is a huge red flag. Big lots needs to drop that delivery company. They can find a better one for sure! Too bad I can't add a picture of smells! I would've!

I can always find great deals at Big Lots. When I couldn’t find exactly what I was looking for River offered excellent customer service to help me out. He is friendly and went out of his way to assist. His attentiveness was much appreciated.

I love this store! Staff is always welcoming and friendly. I was worried about quality of sofa however, 3 years later it is still looking good. I've purchased home decor, bedding, curtains, towels, even groceries and have always been satisfied. Office supplies, decorations for holidays, even a garden gazing ball. There's always something new at Big Lots and it is a nice store.

I go here a lot since it is very close to where I live and has many useful things in stock that I always need. The staff I always great and welcoming…except for the store manager Jim. He is very disrespectful to his employees and is constantly belittling them in front of customers. He is also very short and rude with customers and I have personally overheard him say very unprofessional things to customers. It almost makes me feel like I shouldn’t come to the store anymore.

This was our 1st time ever at a Big Lots. When we walked in were greeted and told if we needed any help to get them. There was quite a bit here and the store was very clean as well as organized well. The check out guy was very helpful and explained the whole rewards card system, the survey and everything we needed to know. Nice to go in a place with very friendly people all over in it. Very Refreshing.

I used to come into this store quite a bit. I’m going to tell you I don’t come in very often anymore because when I do there is a short lady up front that has some kind of attitude with me. Every time. I work in customer service. I understand you have a bad day here and there but it’s every single time. If I spoke to people like that I wouldn’t have a job. It may do well to remind said employee that the folks that frequent your store are the reason you are employed. I was just there a few minutes ago. I seldom write reviews but I’m really fed up.

I bought a box of new place settings. When I got home and opened the box and some dishes were broken. When I tried to take them back the manager only wanted to give me 20% less of the cost. I said I wanted to exchange for another box. She said they are all sold out. I went to the shelf myself and there were plenty left. I demanded a new box of dishes and told her she was lazy!

By far the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Mike and a woman in furniture (I feel terrible for not asking so I can give her credit) were so incredibly helpful. They loaded our furniture into our car and were extremely sweet in not expecting us to help at all (I am pregnant). Their friendliness and genuine nature was even more obvious when we found a blemish on the furniture. They quickly fixed it for us. I will definitely be going back to this big lots to purchase more furniture! Thank you!

Don't purchase anything online. They say free delivery, theres no such thing according to them. Delivery is $95. Purchased a sofa and love seat, the day before delivery i recieved an email. The sofa was no longer available. They canceled my delivery three times. Be aware...

I do not know what happened but my experiences here have gone downhill. I understand that the holiday time can be stressful but the service here is not good. I ordered a recliner online on December 15th. I got an email from Big Lots letting me know I would receive another email when it was ready for pickup. The email said orders are usually ready same day unless ordered after 5pm, then they are ready next day. As of the afternoon of Tuesday the 17th, the order was still not showing as ready but the website said if it was not picked up that day, it would be cancelled. I called Big Lots and they did confirm and said it did need to be picked up no later than tomorrow morning. I find this quite inconvenient. The order is paid for and I was never notified it was ready. Either way, I sent the alternate pick up person to get it since the store associate told me "the sooner the better". Well he got there to pick and got the run around. He was sent from the front desk to furniture where he sat for 10 minutes with no associate to help him before going back and complaining. I once raved about the deals and service at the Big Lots in Gilbertsville. I can say my trips to Big Lots and money spent there will be limited moving forward after this experience.
