Very cool place to get soft serve. The small cone was actually really big. Got a hot Carmel sundae and a specialty flavor and all was really good. Napkins were a premium as it was hot, but when I asked for a couple they gladly provided some.The hot laps at the raceway were fun to watch too!

What a great little ice cream shop! My wife and I were shocked at how many Soft Serve Flavors they had, at least 20+ ! My wife got a Pina Colada cone and I got Peanut Butter in a dish, they both were Fantastic!! And the next time we're going to try a dog and fries and maybe take in a race at Jennerstown Raceway since its right next to it!!

Ordered a banana split. The worst I ever had! The bananas were so over ripe, they were mushy and the banana peel was coal black. I know that because they didn't remove all the peeling. The strawberry and pineapple toppings seemed like they were spooned out of a jar. For a $4.50 ice cream treat, it was hardly worth half of that.

I've been visiting Krause's for the past 30 years. I always order a small vanilla cone dipped in cherry. This season, I was informed they can no longer dip cones. They now only pour the dip on a cup of icecream. I'd rather support local, but I guess DQ will get my business when I want a cherry dipped cone.

What’s stupid is that I can’t give it 6 stars. Seriously, this place is undoubtedly the best ice cream place in western Pennsylvania! Sometimes they have a special flavor, which are creatively good. If you visit here and it’s hot, it won’t hurt to stop here. And don’t forget to bring your kids, for they have a playground, too!

If you want a burger or anything from the grill you better be there before 8:00pm and not 1 minute after! If there's a line and you don't make it to the window until after 8 they (owner's daughter) will get really huffy at you and loudly say "grills closed!!" Also, their cones could be bigger. Multiple places within a short drive give you your money's worth, where a large come is really a large cone!!

This is the best place to get ice cream in somerset. I don't exactly know how or why its so different from the other ice cream stores, but it is. Everything I've tried from there was amazing!! Love this place.

One of the best in Pa! A large cone anywhere else is about a small or med at Krauses. Teaberry is one of my very favorite flavors, and they have that flavor multiple times throughout the summer! Also give a Fresh Squeezed Lemonade Slush a try, you wont be sorry you did, you will just be sorry they are not open year round!

Chili dogs were horrible,cotton candy ice cream didn't taste like anything,over cooked the fries in grease,wouldn't recommend to go spend 32 bucks not the best place at all.

I ordered a footlong hot dog and a large order of homemade fries the hot dog must been put in a microwave it was very bad french fries must also been put in a microwave to preheat they was hard as a rock could not eat them so I threw both in the garbage and went to another restaurant to eat very bad quality and preparing the food also the person was supposed to prepare the food was talking to a customer for over 25 minutes and not preparing the food for other customer very disappointed in the service and quality of the food prepared !!!!! 😠
