This FAMILY owned store is a great place to go. Staff is very polite & helpful in every way.Have never had any issues with the foods, and if I did the best way is to address is to the employees at the store at that time to get it dealt with then. If you see a problem at the store why take it home then address it.Karns continue to operate your stores as you have. Great for the community.

A classic 'Country Market` feel to this small supermarket. Has excellent quality meat (especially their steaks) at very good prices, and a surprisingly delicious bakery! (Try any of their pies and you won't be disappointed) Worth a visit.

Something is off at this store lately. Got some lunch meat (bologna) that i noticed was two different colors when i got home and tasted really off. Then attempted to get a container of strawberries, all containers in the refrigerator section were moldy. I picked out one that looked good, still moldy when i arrived home. Burger doesn't last more than 1 day in the fridge without going bad when giant's lasts for days. Bought some chicken on a Friday and the package was expanded and spolied on Sunday. Also just had a family member advise they got sick from a piece of ham purchased here that didn't taste right. I love the selection of meats and hometown store but something needs addressed at this store. Staff is always friendly and helpful though.

We always shop here when we can . It's been around for years because of the quality of their food and sales. Plenty of parking for everyone. Good help and friendly employees that go above the call to help you get what you need . 😉

Great local grocery store right here in Boiling Springs PA. Fresh meats, chicken, seafood. Deli offers sandwiches, salads, soups, sliced to order lunch meats, cheeses, etc. Good selection of items of in the produce department many of which are locally grown. Weekly specials through out the store. Lots of room to park and easy in and out. All of this without the hassle of shopping at the big grocery stores and having wheel your grocery cart out into that huge parking lot and search for your car.Shop local...Shop Karns!

Karns had a sale on diet coke 4 for $9. When I got there, no diet coke. Asked customer service if I could get a rain check. They said no rain checks. I asked them when are they getting more in. They didn't know and would ask manager. I returned after shopping. I was told in a couple of days. I asked how long was the sale. Was told I don't know. Don't believe they asked anyone. Employees not trained and apparently don't care. I have lived here all my life. Will take my shopping to Giant. Very disrespectful!!!! Karns owner made it better. They put product back for me. I was able to buy it for the sale price. I returned a few days later to buy it after getting the owner's reply. The owner corrected this by addressing the situation. Hopefully the message got through to his employees. If not I hope that gets addressed. Thank you

The store is very clean and well-organized. The meat department is excellent and has a wide variety of items. The bakery selections are fresh and tasty. The employees are friendly and helpful. They have LP exchange services and a variety of seasonal options. The aisles get a little tight around the holiday shopping times.

This place has most of the things I need. The meat department and produce is great. Some selections are better at the big chain stores but this place is fantastic for a small town. Most of the cashiers are students from the local high school. This place has been a great first job for many kids and met the needs of the community nicely.

Used paper coupons and the clerk didnt take them off. When I called the manager was a little rude. Said they would get them the next time i came in. Didnt take my name or the coupons I had taken use.

I love Karns. They have a wonderful selection of food and produce. The produce is always fresh and they have the most amazing meats. Anytime I have friends or family who visit from out of town, I have to take them so they can stock up on their amazing bacon and other tasty, fresh meats. And their prices are incredible, they run plenty of sales and then you get groceries even cheaper.Their rewards program is also awesome. After you earn so many points, you can turn them in for karns gift cards. Last year, we had so many points, we ended up not having to pay for our turkey and ham during the holiday season, as well as 4 lbs of bacon.Their staff is friendly and helpful. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because the place is a little worn down, but that's my only thing which isn't even that big of a deal. It's worth the trip to any of their stores!

They have very nice produce and some at good prices. I get my meat their and they have the best prices around. Today they had boneless skinless chicken breasts for $2.49 per pound. Whole chicken legs for 69€ a pound. Very friendly staff too!

I love Karns! I am at their Boiling Springs store every day! I have been shopping there for nearly 20 years. The staff are all so friendly, the prices may be a bit higher than some bigger stores, but the quality of their meats and produce is significantly higher.

Seems the management is not experienced here. My husband has had several experiences when he has had to consult management and when he does they all but admitt they do not know what they are doing or how to rectify the issue at hand. Love this grocery chain but hate that we have to travel out of our way to go to a store with better management.

The meat selection is amazing and they have superior quality when it comes to them. Definitely recommend. My only complaint is that the building is old, and the layout is confusing.Other than that, the customer service is great, great prices. Recommended.

Great resource in Boiling Springs. Prices are better than Giant and they have some interesting offerings. Meat department is especially nice, with friendly and helpful staff. The employees as a whole are available and welcoming too.

I love going to Karns. So Friday during work I stopped to grab usual chicken strips and broccoli salad. Just a small broccoli salad and the price was a waste. I could not eat it. The moment it touch my tongue I knew something was wrong. It tasted so spoiled, warm and almost like cleaners. Never had a problem till that experience

Bought 60 of of what was to be 80 percent fat free but this junk is full of grease. I guess this is the way you treat people who spend 400.00 a trip. Use to go to the store by fair grounds. Never go here again. Found a better place.

Excellent selection of spices. They also have fresh cranberries already, even though Thanksgiving is still nearly 2 months away. Ample parking, and easy to get into and out of the parking lot.

This is one of Karn's foods smaller and older stores. But it has a nice atmosphere when you walk in and are greeted by the fresh produce. Oh yeah and candies from small business's. Their meat counter is always awesome with freezer bundles of meats. Like right now they have a backyard barbecue bundle with burgers and sausage n ham. Price's are always a great deal for the bundles they have. Don't forget the the seafood specials like lobster and crabs too. Bakery is always nice with cakes n pies and your favorite doughnuts. I've been going to Karna since I was a little boy and now I'm 54. I love supporting small local buissnes. Steve

This is my favorite grocery store. Not so big that I'm walking miles to shop but they have plenty of selection, great produce and meat and good prices. If you go on Tuesday there are no weight minimums on the special meat deals.

Boiling Springs is lucky to have a full service grocery store right in the community with the best meat department of any grocery store chains. The Boiling Springs store is smaller than most but that’s one of the benefits. Easy in and out.
