Stephanie was WONDERFUL with my Phillip! Our last groomer experience (elsewhere) was not good. Stephanie listened to my concerns, texted me halfway through Phillip's stay, and then relayed concerns to me very professionally. Phillip has previously been busting out the door whining to leave, but he was calm, cool and collected.

Tracey is absolutely amazing. I took my husky there yesterday and when I picked her up she looked better than she ever has. I'd previously taken her to PetSmart for grooming but after recent disappointments I started looking elsewhere. Puppy Spa Day was the highest rated in the area and it's well deserved. I'm giving her 5 stars and will be returning for all future grooming. Tracey is the dog whisperer and the facility is calm, clean and professional. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for excellent care for their fur babies.

I love taking my two dogs to the Puppy Spa Day. They are wonderful with my two girls. I rescued both of my girls.both of the girls were abused. I told Tracy about them before I ever took them up there to be groomed Tracey takes her time with them. I would highly recommend them.

We brought our puppy to Tracey for the first time & she did an amazing job! Her cut was perfect, she smelled amazing, her ears were clean, and nails were filed down perfectly. We will definitely be bringing her back to Tracey in the future!

Magnum absolutely will be back!!! If you need your dog or puppy well taken care of this is the place. The shop is very clean and very inviting for both pet and owner. Tracey knows what she is doing as was evident with a 130lb rottweiler who is all play. Easy to get to and prices are great too!!! You won't be disappointed.

Tracy did an excellent job with our dog. I can't get over how soft his coat is. We haven't seen his paws for years lol, just the his hair type. Very reasonable for a bath, trim and nails. The icing on the cake was the little green tie she put on him. He was so excited and spoiled. I will recommend everyone to go there. He will be back.

Tracey is amazing at what she does. She is very friendly and patient with the dogs AND people. We have taken our dog to another groomer since we adopted him, but after our first experience with Puppy Spa Day we are switching. Our dog has never smelled SO good, his paw hair was trimmed, his tail hair was nicely trimmed and he had the cutest bowtie around his neck! This is the best grooming job by far. Not to mention, it was incredibly affordable. We were able to schedule his next appt right then, so he is set for next month already! Highly recommend to dog owners. Support our local businesses.

The owner of Puppy Spa day is the calmest individual I have ever met. She calmed my dog Winnie who is chicken little, she bathed her, cut her nails and gave her a trim. I have gotten multiple compliments on my wooly Bear.
