Never a bad experience in these stores. The employees are ways helpful and attentive to you and your pet's needs. They don't act like they know everything about animals and that their knowledge is Bible. It's nice to be able to go into a store and have a friendly conversation about pets and get some insight about care or food or toys. With all the options out there and huge corporations, I think PetValu can absolutely hold their own in a much more personalized setting

New store in Center Square, but they stopped carrying some of the dietary pet foods we depend on. Staff also became a little less helpful. We have moved on to shop at Pet Smart.We will always love the Kitty Kottage adoption opportunities at this location. Wonderful people and wonderful cats.

I love that this place let's you wash you dog or cat. I cant imagine someone washing a cat or an pig here. If someone did was a pig here. Let me know. I want to see a small pig. I digress, the store has everything you could want. The employees actually like animals. Imo, the treats shouldn't be so available to animals. Meaning they shouldn't be on the ground.

Very nice staff. Helpful in finding products and they have the cutest cats up for adoption. They take good care of their beta fish.

Good product selection, helpful staff. Prices are very high, hence the 3 stars. It’s cheaper to buy on amazon if you can stand the wait. If not this place is good in a pinch. Just be prepared to pay 50-75% more.

I was very disappointed to learn that the stores were going out of business. I enjoyed the rewards program and always found what I needed for my dogs. Sorry to see this business go.

Very friendly staff, one of the ladies was particularly knowledgeable . And I felt they had the same food and treats Etc that box stores would.We need to support our local community!

Check out their rescue events and the wonderful cats they have for adoption from local rescues. Only compliant is that they need to stop selling Betta Fish, it is cruel and unnecessary.

Ok, but the place feels very uppity, they can not give you the time of the day. Not at all friendly, we miss the old atmosphere. Now we drive a little farther to go to Pet Smart at the Metroplex.

So sad to hear your Partnership with Kitty Adoption Team in Blue Bell is ending. They are a wonderful rescue, have saved thousands of kitties and brought lots of business into your store.

They carry my pet's, er my favorite, food... Stella and Chewy and Orijens. I'd get give and extra star for Ziwi dog food.

Employee wasn't helpful. Dog dryer was broken and employee knew but didn't say. Also, no handicap for older dogs.
