What a ripoff factory. This is after wanting to write a review months ago, after many confusing and/or bad experiences. This store doesn’t seem to improve and they have to find more ways to make you pay for their mistakes. I just wanted someone to help me pick a few balloons and some flowers for v day but there was no help. All I found out was they’re ripping you off by reducing the options and bundling everything together so they can dictate the price they want you to pay. I spent 32.99 on 4 balloons because they were clustered and the price was inflated. The woman I asked blamed corporate, saying it’s their decision to bundle everything. If that’s the case, they should be in the store running it themselves, then they can answer for themselves. There’s more to running a grocery store than manipulating people for profit all the time. If you’re the manager, don’t blame corporate. Instead, be real and help people.

Waited a half hour for direct pick up many items substituted. No explanation for delay while waiting for 5 other cars who were not serviced at time I was waiting. Will not be returning to this location.

This giant is clean and well stocked but average overall. They're a bit overpriced on their produce because of how average (or sometimes below average) their produce is. But they're open 24/7! And their deals are sometimes great if you catch them. I always make my late night (emergency) runs here. It's well lit and quiet.

Giant is my favorite local grocery for prices and friendliness. I cannot say enough good things about the pharmacy there. They are friendly and quick.

I really like this Giant. It's well stocked and clean. The online pickup is usually quick. I wish they would substitute more items when the one you ordered is unavailable.They are open late, so I really appreciate it cause I forgot to pick up something or order something. I know they are open and will have it in stock.

It's a nice Giant generally staffed with nice and helpful people. Most of the produce is fresh and the meats are good. Sometimes, like today, there seemed to be missing products. Generally it's in the organic section, and I've noticed if something is out of stock, it will be filled with another product so the shelves look stocked. This can be disappointing when, at a glance, it looks like the product is there.

Giant is a good store to shop at, however, there are the occasional rude employees who work there. All stores will have rude employees but Giant has above average instances of employees being rude to customers. It is said it will change soon to where instances are below average.

Every time I go this store I get followed and watched as if I am stealing. They are very racist and it makes me very uncomfortable. I live in this neighborhood and should not have to experience this in the supermarket where I live or anywhere for that matter. I reported to the store manager before but it continues to happen every time.

I’ve been going here for over a decade now. It’s always been a good place to go. The bakery is unmatched, even better than some specialty bakery shops. Love the cakes. Employees are always patient and kind.

Selection and availability of products is decent but not spectacular. However, I just stopped mid shopping trip because of the gross understaffing of the location. You saw more workers doing shopping for their online pickup or delivery then actually working as customer service. Very few actual check out lanes but there is a crowded self check out. I waited over 10 minutes at the seafood counter and there was not a single person back there. Couldn't find anyone in meats to help either. One person asked if I'd been helped to which I answered No but they were unable to get me what I needed. Then looking for anyone to help got to the point where I just gave up and left. I'm going to one of the local Wegmans. It's a few miles further and may cost a bit more depending on what you get, but I'm assure to get everything on my list and I know they would never have an empty department when customers are looking to get something. This isn't the first time it's happened either and it's cementing that it's not worth wasting my time for the closer store.

Don't understand why Giant eliminated the hand carts first off. Secondly, the guy that gathers the carts in the parking lot, literally brings 1 cart in at a time. This makes no sense. As a result, there is rarely a cart available in the store..the smaller ones mainly since they are in high demand. $15 an hour to bring in one cart at a time? Management seems clueless in this one. Another thing, when cashiers are not open, have them turn off their light. It's silly that they allow you to put your items in the belt, then tell you they are closed while the light is on. Management seems to be getting worse n worse in this location.

While they have plenty of food options others don’t have, good luck getting through a register line in a timely manner. They rarely have more than 2-3 actual cashiers and the self checkout registers (not the small self scan ones) are absolute garbage. The screens barely register when you touch them and there is so little space to put the groceries, because it needs to know the weight of them at all times… I’m not a cashier at giant but this system makes me feel like one. Support stores that have actual employees that are paid well. Not this.

Giant has always had fresh high quality produce and meats. Never had an issue with the food here. Checking,/paying seems to be un organized. The lines at the checkout are long and self checkout is just as bad. I only go to Faint when I need one or two items not my weeks worth.

I went there on Sunday to get a few stuff. The cashier where you get beer and wine was so rude and smelled so bad. He throw the receipt at me. I will not go back there. And didn’t want to take my one other item.

I have been shopping here for many years. It seems to have gone downhill. I do not think it is clean. The cart area is always littered and dirty. The shelves are not well stocked at all. Freezer foods are very sparse. I have gotten many expired products. I will drive 10 miles out of my way to the giant in plymouth meeting or another store. Totally different than this giant.

Today while getting cheese, the man frying chicken dropped a piece on the floor. Instead of throwing it out, he added it to the fryer. 🤢I told the deli and his manager. But never ever getting hot foods from there again.

Just moved to the area, but Giant has always been my go-to supermarket. This one doesn't disappoint. Stocked shelves, many options, fresh fish, and deli counter super-service: friendly and hard-working staff.
