The Staff are incredibly helpful friendly and just genuinely nice people who have created a down to earth kind of a family atmosphere. Cats and Dogs Rule has all the best brands … trustworthy nutrition and a wide variety of healthier treats. The store is clean well organized and if you can’t find what you’re looking sometimes they can order it for you. My cats absolutely love the N&D lamb and blueberry and the Rawz cat food which comes from a small businesses is NJ.

The personnel are extremely friendly, helpful, and excited when you bring your fur baby with you. A huge selection of dog and cat food. Some foods are refrigerated. This is the only place I go to buy DR. MARTY freeze dried dog food. Clean and new store. Large selection of foods, treats, toys, and accessories. Staff is hit or miss in terms of friendliness and knowledge. Prices are consistent with other small pet product stores, although their exchange policy is outstanding. P.S. sometimes, you'll hear noise/music from the classes at the gym/studio next door.

Love this store. It’s so close to my house and has all the products my kitties love. A while back the store manager helped my sister and I pick out a cat tree and I must say the quality and craftsmanship of it is superb. It goes way beyond a cat tree you can find at a Petsmart. Prices are also very reasonable; yesterday I compared a dry diet cat food price to the same product on Chewy and the prices were the same. Great store and friendly sales associates!

I’m getting a new puppy soon and stopped here to pick up some supplies. The store is beautiful and well stocked. The people are super friendly, helpful and informative as well. I look forward to shopping here for many years to come!

Really nice first-time experience. They carry our dogs speciality food and the owner was super informative when it came to suggestions, etc. The store was very clean and organized. Highly recommended.

This is my 3rd review, I don’t usually write them, but my Experience at Dogs and Cats Rule was exceptional. Becky , Lilia and Danielle were very helpful and went above and beyond to get my dog a padded cone for his injury. Becky drove all the way to the Newtown, Pa store on the same day to get the right size. Thank you for making my day and having outstanding customer service.
