Some people complain about the service but frankly they are extremely busy. The people are wonderful. I wish I could remember all their names. Jean, Dave, Stanley, I forget the pharmacist name. She’s great. And another technician.. she’s been so helpful to me.

Do not use this location’s pharmacy. They’ve been understaffed for years and are filling stat prescription orders in 24 hours as opposed to, well, ASAP. If you’re waiting for a pain med, following surgery, expect to be in pain for the first 24 hours. To top it off, the pharmacist is rude and borderline incompetent. Getting through to pharmacy staff on the phone is near impossible and once you do, you’ll be told that you didn’t do it correctly so shame on you. The automated system told me my prescription would be available at 11:24, but at 11:30 the automated system said my prescription will be available at 12:30. When I reached the pharmacist, she said it’s be available around 2:30, sometime after their lunch. These individual employees might not be bad people but CVS is an absolute disaster. I’ve tried over five different CVS locations in my local area and they all are disgustingly abysmal. Stay away from CVS if at all possible.

Pharmacy always runs out of my meds even though I go every month for the last 3 years. Kid In Pharmacy sent me to another cvs without being able to transfer my meds

The pharmacy staff are extremely helpful, friendly and patient despite being perpetually busy with customers. I don't think they get many breaks! The front store staff are also very nice and efficient. I appreciate the great customer service at the Blue Bell CVS and really enjoy shopping there.

Don’t go to this pharmacy. I don’t know if it’s just chronic understaffing or whatever else the problem might be, but it takes forever for a prescription to be filled despite it being in stock. If I want it on time, I have to show up and wait for it. This has been a gradually worsening problem and it’s to the point now that I’m switching to Walgreens today.

Very satisfied with this particular pharmacy, they had my prescription in stock & answered the phone promptly. Drove abt 15mins frm home & my local CVS for better service.

The pharmacy is a complete disaster. The people there are nice enough but scrips are NEVER ready on time anymore — even if I give them 2 or 3 days to process the orders. Being short-staffed is no excuse. What a joke. Walgreens?
