CVS would need to send Nicki the manager to all other stores to give that type of training that they need to make sure every customer fill at home when they come through those doors. I know this will sound silly, but I visited this CVS recently to find one specific item: bath bombs. I wasn't sure if they would carry them, but I knew it wouldn't hurt to look. When I arrived, I was able to find an associate very quickly and she was able to take me to the correct aisle for what I was looking for. I was very impressed, and appreciative. I have had numerous good experiences at this location, and the staff have been consistently knowledgeable and helpful. Additionally, I usually find CVS's a bit overpriced for what they carry, but what I got during my visit was actually pretty reasonably priced, so I appreciated that. Keep up the good work everyone, and thank you for your service!

Tried to pick up meds was told I couldnt because it was sent up the street to other location. So the next day I get there at 559 they close at 6. She/manager?(,seemed very scared of me)? said do you think she could have you out by 6? Before I could answer she answered herself saying, no we are close. Then she informed me the other cvs could've giving it to me. But still she told me come back tomorrow. I had her transfer my script to the other store. I get there the next day they tell me they have yet to even order it and there is nowhere even close to go pick it up. But wait the script was sent in days ago. So they wait for you to come in on three different occasions then say we have to order it?What the what.?I believe this is the worst place. Gotta go for my third trip today. If this is how?we treat each other today? Wait for it. God dont like ugly and cares less for beauty.

Awful experience with this pharmacy. I was trying to fill a prescription for a prep for a colonoscopy. They would not fill it, saying the script, from the Dr’s office, on their letterhead was not sufficient. This was after 3 trips. I went to Rite Aid and Walgreens and both said they would fill the prescription. I will never shop at this CVS again.

I have been with CVS store #3011 at 1799 Dekalb Pike Blue Bell PA 19422 for over 9 years. I am extremely upset at this Pharmacy for never having enough staff. They never answer the phones. I have been trying to get a person on their phone for 2 days. Never answer their phone. I called the front of the store and Brian answered. He said that the pharmacy is under staffed and he couldn't help me.UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! I am ready to change to a different company all together.

I dropped off a prescription and was told it would be ready in an hour. I returned in 2 hours, waited in the drive thru for an additional 25 min to be told my prescription wouldn’t be ready for another 1/2 hour, I explained that I didn’t live close and needed the medication, after I waited at the window the technician returned and told me the prescription was ready but needed to be checked by the pharmacist and she had stepped out to use the bathroom! He requested that I go around and get back in the drive thru line which was now 5 cars long! What kind of games are they playing with peoples health?????

Absolutely the worst service around. Can't call, they do not answer the phone. They do not keep you informed. They do not message you when things are ready or show on the app. Just all around terrible. Shoutout to Isabelle for being particularly rude and also not helpful whatsoever.Waited in line for an hour (just this time, was drive thru. I've waited an hour plus for normal things all most weekly)Just for them to close promptly at 8:00 even though I was at the window for a whole 15 minutes before closing time. In line for an hour.I've passed on this review for months because I felt bad because they are short staffed. No excuses anymore.

This is by far, the worst CVS and pharmacy I have ever encountered.1 - forget about calling on the telephone as calls never get answered.2- Routine and common medications are always "in process" and takes days to weeks to fill. You ned to physicially go to the store to have them expedite your order, then you wait a hour for it to be filled.3 - Less common and popular drugs are rarely if ever in stock. I had a drug "on order" 3 weeks. Walgreen's across the street had it in 24 hours.Go elsewehere.

An elderly man fell outside of this store and when the store staff was asked if they had a wheel chair to assist him until we could understand if he needed medical attention, the pharmacist at this location refused to offer assistance by telling us we need to call a medical profession because they have nothing to do with helping him. I’ve never encountered a human who was so uncaring. This pharmacist should not be in a role of a location where people come to get medicine and could potentially hurt themselves as they come to the pharmacy to get medicine and/or supplies to aid in their efforts to be healthier. He is a disgusting! Thankful there were a few of us who were willing to help another human in need stranger or not.

This pharmacy is a nightmare. It takes them a week to fill an “auto refill”. Went w/o a very common Blood Pressure meds for 5 days. Can never get thru to them on phone - sit on hold waiting for a human at least 15-20 minutes - one time 45 minutes! Drove to the store still on hold, put on speaker & showed them the timer. They shrugged it off, said they “were busy”.I am forced to use CVS b/c of my insurance. Otherwise I’d be back at Walgreens. Never had this problem with them.

Truly the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. There are so many issues that it is difficult to verbalize them all. The one male pharmacist is incredibly unhelpful, the pharmacy techs are worse and have no interest in helping customers. They are all very dismissive, unprofessional, and unorganized. It is incredible that they are able to continue to behave in such a way.I have stood in line with multiple other customers for very long periods of time with staff behind the counter chatting with each other about their vacations, never acknowledging any customers; after asking about a prescription status, I was told to come back next week and walked away from, effectively dismissing me; I have listened to the staff ignore the ringing phones; I have been one of those attempting to call and nobody answers. The list goes on.It is a horrible horrible pharmacy. If you have a choice, don't bother going to this one.

I want to start this review by emphasizing that I give 5 stars to the head pharmacist and SOLE TECH tonight who were working tirelessly (yet still so pleasant and kind) to fill dozens of scripts that had to be expedited because there wasn't enough staff to fill them all.I have been loyal to CVS pharmacy for decades, but I (along with several other frustrated customers) are about to switch pharmacies due to poor management at a supervisory level (I am talking ABOVE head of pharmacy, again, she is not the problem). For the last 3-4 scripts I have needed, I've had to go up to the store myself (because no one answers the phones due to being short staffed) and then wait for them to expedite it. It took me some time to catch on to this process after one of my scripts sat for DAYS in process. How is that ok? What if my well-being was dependent upon getting that script promptly? What has happened to the efficacy of this pharmacy?In a time where health concerns are more crucial than ever, you would think a well-managed company would treat their pharmacists and techs better and provide MORE of them, not less. How is 1 pharmacist and 1 tech supposed to manage hundreds and hundreds of scripts while also administering vaccines and answering phones with patient questions? It is simply unacceptable. CVS is only putting themselves at risk for a lawsuit because burning out the bare-bones staff you have only increases risk for human error which could lead to a costly consequence.Again, this review is NOT for the immediate staff who were so gracious and kind, and made sure to get my script filled promptly when I was in the store. This is for the head honchos at CVS who do nothing but make poor decisions to cut costs that ultimately is going to drive away customers from ever coming back, or worse, lead to a life-threatening disaster due to costly mistakes that could have been avoided had more support been provided.

This is the worst CVS ever. I waited over an hour for my Covid shot despite having an appointment. They were short staffed that day, and the pharmacist said I didn’t check off the right type of Moderna shot . It should have been the bivalent type and when I asked her to change it on the form, she said she couldn’t because she’d have to do the paperwork all over again. She then proceeded to give flu shots to people that came after me and finally after waiting over an hour she told me she didn’t have time to change the paperwork and that I should reschedule. I left and made an appointment for the next day at Giant on Knapp Rd. They couldn’t have been more accommodating. I will NEVER return to CVS for my vaccinations. I know they were short that day, but she was acting very annoyed at me like it was my fault. I worked many days as an RN short staffed and never took it out on the patients. BTW, the 2 pharmacy techs were pleasant and helpful. I was there on Friday, September 23, 2022.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever encountered. I have had 2 issues with this pharmacy. One time I went and they didn’t have the antibiotics needed. They were supposed to transfer the prescription to another location and it took them days to do it. So my child had to wait longer to get the antibiotics. The second incident was even worse. I waited 2 1/2 hours after the doctor sent the prescription to go pick it up. They close at 9pm. I got there at 8:48 and was told to give them 10 minutes because it wasn’t ready. I pull over and wait. I get back to the window at 8:59 pm and they ignored me at the window. I knocked on the window and they still ignored me. They were standing right by the window. I will never use this pharmacy again.

We made an appointment for my son's flu and COVID vaccine. The Pharmacist was rude, said she was tired, told him to reschedule or he would have to wait, and yelled at my son. Another customer went over to my husband and apologized for the Pharmacist's rude behavior. CVS should not book appointments if the staff is overworked and can't handle it.

Worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with.If you try calling, no one answers. In return I try to tried to refill prescriptions twice through the app. They say “in process” for days and never get filled.Currently trying to get a hold of someone again on the phone.

I went to this CVS for 2 vaccines that I had scheduled online 24 hours in advance.I had scheduled this for the day prior @ a different CVS location - but when I got there they did not have the vaccines I had made an appt for. So this was my second attempt at a different location and I was already on edge and irritated.This location was just as busy and hectic as the other one was, however the staff was incredibly patient and dealt with the rush in a very professional way. Everyone was so unbelievably nice given the craziness. Especially the head pharmacist, Obi. She was phenomenal. So friendly, so caring, and so genuine. I truly hope she received the recognition she is so deserving of.Thank you Obi, for keeping this pharmacy running as well as it is during this pandemic. Your time and efforts are so appreciated by community members like myself!

I’m really not sure there’s a good CVS in this entire area. This store provides horrible service. The drive-thru is constantly closed, no one answers the phone, and everyone is really incompetent, really rude, or both. No one seems to want to work for CVS and I can only imagine why.

Just received my vaccine here. Upon arrival I asked to use the restroom, it was dirty & without toilet paper. Perhaps it’s a busy day, so okay. But then went to sit and wait for my vaccine. Danielle administered it, unfortunately I’m sorry to report she was rude, borderline obnoxious. But I can still say Thank you for the vaccine CVS. It’s the only bad experience I’ve EVER had at ANY CVS.

This is the worst pharmacy on the planet. There is never enough staff, you receive text messages or automated phone calls that your prescriptions are ready, you go there to pick them up and you have to wait a minimum of 15 minutes if not longer in store and at the drive-thru.Found out today after my third trip (bc there was a wait of at least 1/2 hr or longer for flu shot) for trying to get a flu shot that I had paperwork to fill out. they failed the two previous times to tell me that when I was there on Saturday, Sunday and now Monday. I had to stand in line with the screaming toddler, they don’t move and both registers at the pharmacy went down in the back and one in the front as well. they are poorly run, they need new management and to be fully staffed.

I’m here a lot. Employees are nice at the front but the pharmacy people are not very attentive. Even when no one’s there I have to stand there waiting forever for someone to help me. People in the drive-thru act like you’re bothering them. And this nasty dusty shelf at the pharmacy grosses me out every time. Someone clean it already or I’ll come in and do it myself 🤯

Never had an issue with them until now. My vet called in a script for a blood pressure medication for my dog since the vet didn't have it in stock (it's a medicine humans take too). Two days later we go to pick up the medicine and they don't have it filled. They don't have it in stock at all and they didn't bother to order more. They made no attempt to call my vet and notify them of the situation. I went to Walgreens across the street and they were able to help me.The fun continues. Their online system doesn't work. Made an appointment to get a vaccine and got the confirmation email and reminders. I show up to get it and they don't have me in the system and tell me it will be at least a half hour wait. Thanks CVS!

It’s a common sight to walk into this poorly managed pharmacy and have to wait at least 20 minutes before a cashier serves you. No doubt the Pharmacy Manager is getting a huge bonus for keeping the pharmacy short staffed!! FIND ANOTHER PHARMACY IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME!!

I scheduled over the phone for my fathers prescription to be picked up. The associate told me it would be ready by 11am. I went to pick it up at 4pm and the associate in the store said it was not scheduled and I couldn’t pick it up for 2 days. Unreal. She was also extremely rude to me. She said she would schedule it for 2 days later and walked away with attitude. 2 days later I call to see if it was ready and the associate stated that the prescription was NEVER SCHEDULED! I had scheduled it twice before and it still was not scheduled, prepared and ready for pickup. Ridiculous! I ask the associate to please schedule it and he said it would be ready within the hour. I went to pick it up 6 hours later and they still did not have it! Unreal! So at this point it had been days that my father was out of his prescription. This pharmacy is a complete joke! Avoid it at all costs!

The staff in pharmacy is very nice but they are very busy and understaffed. Follow through is virtually non existent. I feel the pharmacy service is generously getting 3 stars. Again the staff seems genuinely interested in helping but putting thing on and getting things off auto refill is one example where they consistently get things wrong in follow thru.

Every aspect of this CVS (pharmacy specifically) is horrible. They don’t call you if there are issues with insurance related to your prescription. The app doesn’t work to refill prescriptions. When you call for questions it takes 20+ minutes for them to answer. Some times they text alert for when prescriptions are ready and are not ready. I am not blowing this out of proportion, almost every time we use this location there seems to be an issue. Very poorly managed and seems to be understaffed. I don’t have issues with the staff but geez, something needs to be done

This is the worst pharmacy ever. I've always used CVS wherever I lived and this pharmacy has successfully made me hate CVS. Don't bother calling them. Nobody answers the phone. I hope you don't need your prescription because it will take days to fill it. Maybe they'll let you know they no longer carry a drug that was prescribed.

The pharmacy is not good, they frequently do not have the scripr when I arrive.One especially rude employee is Shinea, a pharmacy tech. She is indifferent, mocks customers and is incompetent. CVS should strive for better employees to engage with their customers I'd they wish to retain them.

My daughters prescription was called in on March 31 I went to pick it up on March 3rd, after waiting for 30 minutes going from the pick up line to the drop off line they said it will take another 30 minutes. I want to know how stupid they think we are, the girl told me they had to check to make sure it’s alright, I worked in pharmacy for 23 years and was an instructor for 16 years, I’m really sorry that they think customers are that dumb
