Pharmacist lie!!!!I had two pharmacy staff lie about my medication. One said it was "rare" medication which It wasn't but I was able to get it order however they are out of stock. The second person said was due to a drug shortage however the FDA doesn't list drug as in shortage on their website.Doesn't understand why they are so untrustworthy and unethical people working at CVS

Misty the store manager was unprofessional and rude. No customer should have to deal with a hostile environment and she is very rude and nasty. I was a regular customer but I definitely not anymore

Pharmacy staff needs to be fired. Prescriptions are never ever ready on time even days after being called in. Excuses are they are waiting on the doctor which is not true because my medical office called the same scripts in twice put me on notice that CVS blue bell is the worst Pharmacy. Please don’t get heart meds filled here!!!!

Yesterday my wife had the worst experience ever. She has a thyroid condition that requires her to take a medication everyday. If she misses one dose, her body shuts down and she thinks she is dying, which is what happened in her car at the CVS parking lot, after her 4th visit to get her prescription renewed. Not sure what the snafu is, but her doctor sent the prescription 3 times, yet CVS claims it’s not in the system. The staff there is rude and doesn’t care. I still shop with CVS myself but changed to another store, still system issues but the staff is friendlier, not insensitive robots. How many one star should CVS get before they get out if the pharmacy business?

Very loyal to CVS as a brand and company but this specific store is terrible. 3 visits to the pharmacy so far and each one has been worse than the last. Employees ignore you, let long lines build up, and could care less. Bad example of an otherwise powerful brand in the healthcare space. Hate to say it, but sounds like it’s time for a new pharmacy in my area unless leadership reigns in this location.

Be sure to check your scripts after you pick them up and drive away. My daughter was prescribed an antibiotic and after waiting 20 minutes for it, and driving all the way home I discovered the antibiotic was never mixed and it was three bottles of powder. I drove back to get it fixed, the young lady at the register did apologize however I just don’t think something important like medication mixing should be overlooked or forgotten.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! You do not want to do business with this pharmacy. The staff is surly and incompetent, I don’t trust them with my family’s medication. Their pharmacist talks down to you to let you know that your business means nothing to them. The clerk I spoke to told me to “come by around dinner time…8:00”. What? I had been waiting for 12 hours to have a script for a pain meds filled. Don’t trust these people with your health and medication needs.

They closed at like 6pm on Saturday and wrote a hand written sign saying "closed."The lines for the pharmacy can reach up to 45 minute wait times.Just use a different cvs.

literally the WORST team of “pharmacists” to exist. i went to get five medications that were called in two days ago. the lady who looked new, as do they always, said to come back in ten minutes. pulled out of line and next thing you know i get a text it’s ready. drive back to the line of ten cars (since they are slow and drag their feet with giving people their medications) and waited my turn. when it was my turn no one was at window. i saw the previous girl right at the desk and another girl talking to her. pressed the “call for service” and waited a minute. pressed again. the girl began dancing with her friend and still didn’t come to help me. the guy behind me sped off and i felt bad that i couldn’t explain there were people RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME. sped off too and still don’t have my meds. hoping to find a new and better cvs.

Is there anyway I can give a 0 star? Staff is dumb and don’t know what to do, trying to do a online order return, instead they ship the item right back to me. Been on the phone for almost 40 mints and no one picked up.I just can’t, how stupid can you be and why would you be able to get a job if you dont even understand the basic request from client?Call back again today to follow up the issue, one of the older lady state on the phone: “ it’s not my problem “ “ you need to come back to pick it up “ “ I know what to do”I was actually shock with this customer service level, I will never go back to any CVS

Second time I received a text message telling me my prescription was ready but when I got there the following day I was informed that it would be at least 30 minutes before they were ready, CVS is just ridiculous

Horrible for flu shots. I had an appointment for 12 pm and it was 12:30 when I walked out. Other people were walking out as well. Nobody there knew if appointments were being taken in order or if it depended upon what time you walked in and registered. Why does CVS have all this automation if no one bothers to tell you they are running behind 30 or more minutes? My physician’s office does a lot better on treating you on time. My experience at Mainline Health with appointment for Covid was. 5-10 minute in and out experience. That’s the way it should be! NEVER go to this CVS again! Badly managed with regard to vaccine shots.

Absolutely horrible pharmacy, even for CVS standards. Went back 3 times to pick up medication over a 3 and a half hour window. With no one else there, my prescription was still not ready and they told me to come back another day. Don't go here

I’ve been having issues with this CVS pharmacy for a while but still stuck around since short staffing is a problem everywhere. I won’t be going there again. Whoever picked up the pharmacy phone basically said it was my fault for not calling in and talking to a person to see if my daughters prescription could be processed instead of checking to see if it was ready via automated message. Because the last time I called, I waited for about 30 min until someone picked up. Instead of blaming a customer, you guys need to fix the real problem.

One of the worse stores. Customer service sucks. Nobody isn’t nice. The one manager; older lady don’t speak just had a frown on her face like she been mad all her life. Not sure if she is still there, haven’t seen her in a few. Pharmacy sooooooo slow. Their attitudes are horrible. You will stand in line forever. The drive-thru is worse. It was a long line of cars I was 3rd in line. Waited 22 minutes. Ridiculous. It’s my turn and I drive up, the guy puts the sign in the window closed. Big piece of cardboard, it was 4 cars still behind me. They are so rude, I called my doctors and said I will drive out my way to go to another pharmacy. Been Walgreens for 10+ years and never had that issue. I moved and CVS 2 min away. But I’m so over it. They really need more then 1 sometimes 2 people working at that pharmacy

They were unable to fill my prescription and did not offer to see if other CVS pharmacies could fill it. I asked if they could look in their system, they pretended to look and told me that the CVS down the street is closed. Wow!! That was really unhelpful. I'm still without medication (2-days) needed to help me get well, and was told that I need to find another place to fill my prescription if I wanted my medication today. Shouldn't this information be in your system?!? All CVS pharmacies run on the same system. Why are you doing this to your unwell customers!?! Guess I'll transfer my families prescriptions to Rite Aid. Please don't continue to treat your customers like this.

I waited 40 minutes in the drive-thru for a pre-filled script. 35 of those minutes were spent serving one customer. I have varied the times I go to this cvs to avoid the long lines, but every time it is an extended wait. The wait inside the pharmacy is also incredibly long. There is never any apologies or explanation for the long lines. More staff/help is needed at this CVS. Or a better system is necessary if there are tests/vaccines given in the drive-thru. There is no reason a drive-thru should keep costumers waiting this long. I’m switching CVS locations as I have tried multiple times here and it’s the most unpleasant experience every time. I apologize for the poor review, but change needs to happen here.

Pharmacy is very unorganized. Most of the staff has no idea what they’re doing, they have no stock or low stock on important prescriptions that are back ordered for a week or more, hours are impossible to verify (especially on holidays) as the website/app don’t have store specific hours. CVS has added arbitrary rules in 2022 to make getting your prescriptions even harder than before. Avoid this pharmacy and CVS in general.

Went in because I was experiencing allergies and sinuses (it has been a rough season and a first for myself). The Pharmacist was able to assist with selecting the best OTC medication. She was polite and patient and also reviewed pro's/cons and likely of it working. Although this was not my first time at this location, this was the first time that staff has provided this level of customer service. It was appreciated and the OTC medication actually worked. Thanks!

Encountered very rude staff my first time here, so decided to transfer my prescriptions out of here. My new Pharmacy says CVS keeps hanging up on them when they call to transfer my medications, for days now! They apparently don’t want to lose business but don’t know how to keep their customers either. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

I had a confirmed COVID-19 Vaccine appointment schedule for April 26th, 2021 at 12:30pm. When I arrived, the employee at the check-in desk was unable to confirm my appointment even after I showed the text message and email from CVS confirming so. She made a failed attempt to contact a Pharmacist to help, nothing was able to be done. I was not able to receive my second dose from this location. None of the employees I spoke to were able or even willing to help me. I was told multiple time to "just wander until they could figure something out".If I needed some Band-Aids or handsanitizer, I can understand the lack of service. This situation was to help prevent me from falling victim to the current Global Pandemic. My livelihood is at stake and this CVS location displayed a total disregard for it. I had no choice to believe that if I were Caucasian, this would have never happened.Becuase I am black, I am aware that things like this happen all the time but I never thought I would have to deal with this type of discrimination in my own neighborhood. I didn't think I would have to experience it so blatant and rude. It was downright disappointing. This is the reason why black and brown denominations are still disenfranchised, it's because of people and companies like this that allow this to happen.

I've recently lowered, my previous 5-star review, to a mere (1) as whether pursuant to a change in management, staff, etc., I can say one thing w/100% knowledge & that's the Pharmacy Dept of which has gone completely down the tubes, in every way possible; in particularly being befuddled via the incompetence of whomever ORDERS the medication; As I was understanding the first SEVERAL months, after 8+ months now and still not ordering enough of a myriad of COMMON medications, of which puts hundreds if not thousands of patients at risk, is uncalled for and simply why I will be transferring my information, thusly my business, to a competent store.

Honestly the worst cvs I’ve ever been to. I’ve recent moved to the area and decided to use them because they’re closer to where I live but I’ll be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere. Every single time I call the pharmacy I’m on hold for about 20-35 minutes and end up hanging up. It’s literally every time. There hasn’t been one time I’ve ever called and got through at a reasonable time... this is the ONLY CVS I’ve ever had this issue with.

I am usually a very patient person, but to stand in a line while listening to a cashier trash hard working truckers for not having their store stocked with the items a customer needs, calling them lazy and paid too much just set me on fire. Truckers are some of the hardest workers I know. They work longer, harder hours than most, and certainly deserve more pay than they actually make. Unacceptable!~Wife of a trucker

If you aren’t that efficient with the testing why the hell you collect the sample and collect the insurance money. Shame on you shame on you. No wonder why infections are rising because of incompetence.

Constantly long lines in the Drive-ThruI do understand the issues with hiring now but management can't seem to get it together with having your order on time. Plus there are some people that seem not to want to be there because they are understaffed.There are plenty of other pharmacies in the areaThat would be a better choice

We just checked out and I must say that Chanel was genuinely friendly and polite. She was efficient and made our experience delightful. If I was still working in retail management I would gladly invite her to join my team.
