Air Charter Advisors organized my first private jet trip and I was so impressed by them that I have used them ever since. They are very knowledgeable about all the options available and always intent on finding the right fit, not the most expensive flight. And their speed of response, at all times, is as good as I've experiences in any professional dealings. All of my trips organized by Air Charter Advisors have been great and a gift I have enjoyed sharing with others. I would recommend them (and have) to anyone either starting out in the private jet world or looking for a higher level of customer service.

I just helped my parents move internationally and ended up in a situation where I needed to book a private flight at the last minute. Matt and the flight support team worked with me through the day and after hours to make it all come together. I ended up with a great plane for a great price. The pilots were extremely friendly and competent and they put my mother, who had never flown on a small plane before, at ease. They made sure the whole process was very smooth when it very easily could have gone the other way, and once we were settled Matt called the next day to ensure that everything went well and if we needed anything further. I would definitely recommend using Air Charter Advisors to book your next private flight.

I had to arrange a trip in a few days on a medical flight for my elderly father and mother. There were a lot of challenges along the way on our side - my mom's credit card was wrong, mine initially was rejected/flagged as fraud, etc. Everyone worked patiently and diligently until we were able to work everything out.Then the day of the flight, not only was everyone on time (and they were able to accommodate the time my parents chose), but I was informed at every step of the process. The "bed-to-bed" service turned out to be critical, and was such a relief. Additionally, I got four emails - that the plane had landed and was ready for them, that it took off, that it was an hour away from its destination, and that it landed.I highly recommend Air Charter Advisors for their excellent level of service.

I've never used this company before but I can't say enough good things about what they're doing. The transporting the disabled to where they need to go. That's huge. Most people in wheelchairs can't even get on a regular airliner. These guys are going above and beyond doing righteous work. I was so lucky to have me Adam steiger he sent me a nice hat thanking me and I'm so appreciative of this I love it. I'm a huge airplane person as it is I always wanted to learn to fly. My passion is always been RC airplanes. This is just next level awesome. I have to someday go on this airplane I have to see it it's just awesome.

Absolutely outstanding service, from wheels up to wheels down back home. Nothing is too much of a bother and we were always updated in a timely manner with emails AND EVEN PHONE CALLS!!!! One of us is NOT a good flier and we were extremely happy with the crew's attention to detail, which made us relax. Believe me, THAT was needed. One of our trips had us pick up a Toller puppy (first time traveling with a pup) and prior to the trip, we were provided expert consultation about how to prepare and ensure a pleasant AND CLEAN cabin. We left the cabin as we found it, spotless. Simply put, all I had to do was make the first call, follow the instructions and enjoy the trip. This was as easy and comfortable as my previous Corporate air force experiences. No higher praise!

Our company recently had an employee working on a job in another state who suddenly fell very ill. The local hospital was unequipped to treat them, so we contacted Air Charter Advisors to charter a flight for the employee to be treated at a hospital closer to their home. With only a few hours notice, the flight was arranged and the employee was on their way home. The process was incredibly smooth, and the Flight Support Department and Matt kept us updated on the progress every step of the way. They made what could have been a very stressful situation seem very easy. I would recommend their services to anyone. Thank you for everything!

My wife and her friends planned a girls trip to Nashville and with the issues with airlines we needed a safe and reliable way to get them there and back.After a thorough search and review of several operators we narrowed down to two companies. I called Air Charter Advisors and spoke with a very knowledgeable and courteous person who in very short time presented me with several options with flight times and costs. Because of the rather short hop we decided on a KingAir 350.I received emails that the aircraft was in the air to our location with ETA further communications that the flight arrived in Nashville.The ladies were very happy with the flight and the professional and courteous manner of the crew.Many thanks to Matt for putting the charter together, Adam CEO for coming to the local airport just to make sure everything was OK and the incredible Sean who not only gave detailed safety briefings but greased her landings.Overall I enjoyed putting the trip together but more importantly the ladies enjoyed their flights and the hats Adam gave them!

In February 2021, I used Air Charter Advisors after searching on Google and contacting four different carriers. I needed to get my mom with a broken hip from Florida to Pennsylvania. The service I received was fantastic. The professionalism and attention given was outstanding. The whole process was done over email and phone calls and took very little time to set up. Our contact told me what to expect every step of the way and I was not disappointed. I received prompt confirmations, exact instructions for payment, and a detailed flight itinerary with the names of the pilots (2) and medical personnel (2). We were picked up via ambulance at the hotel then, once the trip was completed, delivered via ambulance safely to our destination. Our contact even emailed my family at home to let them know exactly when the flight left and when it would be landing. I can’t speak highly enough of how incredible everyone performed their jobs. Five stars for the process and the people. I would highly recommend this service if commercial air travel is not possible for any reason.

My experience with ACA was stellar! Communication was timely and succinct. The quote given for the flight was fair and I was given a choice of two planes. On the day of my flight, there was a maintenance issue with the scheduled plane, so Adam contacted me and was able to provide another plane. No inconvenience to me at all. The flight crew was professional and informative about the plane, the flight time and path. I felt comfortable and safe throughout the flight. They also were welcoming to my standard poodles. I recommend this company and will use them again!

To anyone who is reading this I give a celebrated "shout out" to Adam at Air Charter Advisors for the information, consideration and help from beginning to end in my search for the right fit to bring a loved animal from Miami to Costa Rica.Adam and Air Charter Advisors were there immediately for any question I had for them. It can be daunting trying to make sense of all the paper work that is needed for your animal from Health Certificates, Chip questions, papers that may be very specific to the country you are flying into, what happens on the plane, as well as "who picks me up" and "how do I get from point A to point B" especially if you have not done this before. No question was too trivial or asked too many times for Adam. If he wasn't immediately available he was back to me within a few minutes..The captain and crew were equally as helpful and made the trip so much fun for me. I had a very urgent need to fly my mom who is on full oxygen and in home hospice care from Alabama to Kansas City. Adam assisted me with all the details. We had an ambulance at both ends of the flight and flew mom in an Medical Air Ambulance with an amazing crew. Micheal and Brooke were the pilots and Kenneth the medic and an amazing RN Jana. Adam at ACA was wonderful to work with when we had to fly our two Dobermans from California to Kauai. We had booked with another company, but that flight was cancelled two weeks from our departure date. Adam was able to step in and within 24 hours was not only able to match the date and time of the original flight, but he also provided a larger jet at a lower rate! The plane and pilots were great, and Adam followed up with us frequently with reminders and updates on the flight so that everything would go smoothly. He was available whenever we needed him. We are very satisfied with his service and send him and ACA a big "Mahalo" for everything they did for us!
