Got a bag of soil that was completely moldy on the inside. Took it back to get a new bag (not even my money back , just exchange the bad product for clean product) but did not have my receipt, but I did have a bank statement and date of purchase. The lady was very rude with the whole process telling me she had a long day and “literally nobody else would do this for you I am the only one who will do this for you and I don’t even want to but I’m not going to fight with you over 10$”. It wasn’t about the money , and any other store would replace bad product. Would rather get cheap product from Walmart at that point not even worth her attitude.

Great store. Great employees. Tractor Supply is one of the stores that have been around for quite some time, and I am very happy that they have survived. They have a ton of very unique items that I, as a landowner and farmer, find very helpful. The employees are always willing to go out of their way to help customers and give advice.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. I love that they have the traveling vet. I needed to get my new kitten seen and I either wait a month to see our vet or see the traveling one on an early weekend morning

Really like shopping here, my only issue Is they are always out of stock for what I want and the excuse is always the same, oh we can only get what corporate sends us! That's bologna, if spring is fence fixing season then you shouldn't run out of fence supplies. If you can predict a need then you should always have those items in stock!

Always a good time stopping in Tractor Supply. You never know what you might find. Sometimes they even have live chicks and ducks. It's a great place to pick up dog food and supplies and usually find a treat for them in the sale section. They have everything from Carhart clothes and Ariat boots, to tools. Firepots to first aid. A truly one stop shop!!!

I don't normally go here because the need is not prevalent like someone who has animals to feed. However, I had my 8yr old granddaughter with me and she was hoping to see some animals in the store. No luck this time. However she did find 2 graphic tee shirts that just had to be hers! She won!

They advertised Carhartt shirts for $7.99 and allowed me to order them for pickup. After driving 40 minutes to the store they would not sell them to me. They said it was a "glitch" in their system and cancelled my order. They said if I wanted them they would be $39 each instead of what was advertised. If you advertise an item for a price you should honor that price. Very dishonest way of getting people in the store!

The Bloomsburg Tractor Supply is always a fun place to visit. We take the dog here for his weekly bath. The staff is always friendly to us and the pooch. Not crazy about a lot of the made in China stuff there...but that us hard to avoid anywhere these days unfortunately

Definitely one of the better tsc stores. I do like going to this one. 1 star off only since you constantly have to get someone to walk outside in the lot. It should be opened and if you need keep a person outside. Normally you need to wait 15min plus to get someone to unlock the gate.

The store was clean and organized. This Tractor Supply has a certain dog treat that has been hard to find since I moved here. Not even the nearest PetSmart offers it.. my dog is spoiled so I will be returning. The cashier was also friendly.

Its a great store, but the new district manager should think about veterans who kept his security in being a free citizen and probably enabled him to seek an education , be more thankful toward veterans. Give us back the little reward for serving our country. Don't just keep it towards your bonus that you might get at the end of the year for all your sales that the district and or stores you oversee. Thank you. I'm a proud veteran.

I’ve posted reviews for this TSC on my other accounts before, but I just need to leave another one. This tractor supply is incredible. Staff is amazing, especially Alan. He is always so helpful and goes out of his way to make sure that I get assistance whether I need it or not. I don’t even think that he was clocked in today when he helped me carry my feed out to my car. This employee needs a significant raise. But thank you to all of the staff who work so hard to help care for the needs of customers. You all deserve raises.

I had placed a large online order that was mistakenly fulfilled at this store. I would not have been able to pick the order up in my own car. The store manager personally arranged for a free delivery to my home address. I felt extremely well taken care of. This level of customer service seems to be so hard to find these days. I couldn't be more grateful. Thank you!

The good news is that they generally have what I am looking for when I go there. The rest is the problem. Previous times I have gone to pick up straw, then stood outside and waited, and waited, and waited. Then am given excuses on why they forgot about me.This last time I placed an order for contactless pickup. I called and when I said I am here to pick up my order I was met with a big sigh and a bad attitude. Then I was told I was going to have to wait for quite awhile for 2 small bags. Why even offer this option if I am going to be treated like some huge burden when I use this option?Every time I go there it's just employees complaining about how busy they are. I thought that was a good thing, but it's just an excuse for bad customer service. Most of the time the person checking you out has no idea what any of the basic items are, like simple pine shavings and straw.If I had any other option I would not go here again. The whole place seems disorderly and I think it's a management problem.

Usually a good experience here. But latley they are out of items on a regular basis and they woman I spoke to said to get mad she doesn't care go shop elsewhere. Well maybe more people should take her advise.

I went to a Tractor Supply last week with a friend & we had such a good time looking at all of the items they offer! The employees were so friendly & helpful & had such good manners; which is such a great thing! Too many people lack good manners & lack being polite. I very much enjoyed shopping there.

I went to Tractor Supply, Bloomsburg and they could not find my on-line order.The person manning customer service looked "in back" and was gone a long time.I browsed and decided to buy 2 other items.There were at least 8 people in line to check out.I had an appointment to keep and left the other items in a cart. I'd be back to pay for them after my meeting.I came back 2 hrs later and there were 10 people in line.I waited and got the 2 items (when a manager offered quicker service for those paying by credit card on a hand held device,) ... but have not gotten the item I ordered on line and paid for.Where is it?

This location has Kmart vents and it’s cool. Used to be a WT Grant until 1976 and became Kmart in the same year. The Bloomsburg, PA Kmart closed in 2002 due to bankruptcy and finally became tractor supply in 2006. They even have a little play place for the dogs in the back of the store. There were 2 WT Grant stores on route 11 between Bloomsburg and Berwick. And the green tiles were the gem in the stores and most locations have square vents. This one has round ones. Hope that Ollie’s will open in the former staples next to the big lots just a few hundred yards away from this store.

I absolutely love Tractor Supply Co. Visit them whenever we can find one and I always find something fun or unique to take home! Bought a minibike the other day..The only problem I find is that they DON'T have a store on Long Island or even New York that I know of. A TS store on long island would make A lot of our farmers and also me very Happy!!!!

Went for vetrinary clinic. It's advertised as low cost. You would be better served establishing a relationship with a local vet. It actually cost me more than a trip to the animal hospital and you don't appear to get the same staff twice. In fairness I had to get flea treatment that was very pricey because the cat is only 4 months I was told. I don't doubt it but because of the unexpected expenses I may have to eat some cat food too by the end of the month. You know what they say about no good deed going unpunished. Overall the store is neat and clean with a large variety of farm related hardware and products for the care of animal friends both large and small.

Bloomsburg PA store awful experience constantly! Always out of stock of 4 health dog food. Tractor Supply Bloomsburg is the worst! I had to find 3 workers in the stock room sitting on pallets. Because yet again they are out of 4health on the shelf. Only to go back there and be told oh yeah it's back here. They shuffle some bags around an say oh no none here. I said oh cause it's not out front either. And the older usually overly rediclously chatty man that takes 10 minutes to check you out with his lame jokes has to use his hands to demonstrate to me how it's not on the shelf cause it's not in the back either. Always packed full garbage cans over flowing! But they have time today sit on pallets in the back!!!

Just about everything you need! Clean store with huge variety! Low amount of checkout help even though there is four registers on one or 2 are ever open so don't be in to much of a hurry there is plenty of parking but not currently they are re paving sections!
