I strongly prefer this Home Depot to the nearby Lowes after giving them both extensive business in 2023. I also felt like Home Depot had really good delivery services for all the things I've ordered from them online. I've made many trips for heavy items and Home Depot carts just seem superior to what Lowes is offering for customers (see image). In fact, Lowes had bent up metallic wirey carts that they left laying around for customers to be disappointed by. I did have some great customer service at Lowes but it was overshadowed by how they consistently have late employees who can't open registers in time. Home Depot, don't change too much and I'll always be back.

This is more a complaint about the general HD policy. I had heard other guys complain about this, but finally experienced it myself today. I wanted to buy two tools. Both were locked up. It took about a half hour for two different employees to find, unlock, and then relock the cages they've got on everything. Then I had to be ESCORTED to the front to check out. This was my biggest issue. So I and every other decent person who goes to Home Depot for a tool is now being treated like a probable, common criminal, which is both infuriating and embarrassing. However, if a real thief runs out of the store with stuff, employees aren't allowed to go after them. Where's THEIR escort? HD security policy is completely upside down, and I'll be actively avoiding doing business with them from now on. Ostracizing and insulting your honest customers is not the answer to your theft problems. Do better.

The store keeps canceling orders I place because they don’t have the item. How about offer a solution to get me the item instead of just canceling it and telling me to pound sand. Tried to do a pickup at “customer service” the lady asked me hey what do you want I said I have to do a pickup she said oh nevermind and went and talked with a few other coworkers until the other associate got off the phone and helped me. ASM Matthew takes no interest in customer service only taking customers money.

I actually appreciate all the people I have encountered at Home Depot with the exception of the shift supervisor in the wood department in the Bloomsburg location. I drive 45 minutes one way twice a week for the past 3 years to buy supplies at Home Depot simply because the workers are always so kind, they have decent quality products. I owned a small car until a few weeks ago so I would have the workers cut down wood to fit in my vehicle. I have always thanked every worker, tipped and brought Christmas gifts for the staff the always helped us. I would apologize for taking their time and I honestly was always told that’s what we are here for, we appreciate the business. Until a few weeks ago this lady comes over angry, insulting… We aren’t cutting wood anymore unless you pay for every cut, our response that’s no problem. She then continues to rant and rave for 20 minutes saying us customers are alway taking advantage of them…. Really?? I have never seen an employee act this way. I was beyond upset after the first 15 minutes of it. I truly would have never come back if it wasn’t for the other employees and good customer service. Well a few trips later this is still the experience whe. She is there absolutely horrible and she’s a supervisor?? Sad… Home Depot I have spoke with others who have had all bad experiences with her also. Please do something to correct the behavior before you loose anymore loyal customers. Jenn in kitchen upgrades is exceptional, knowledgeable, honest and gives honest advice. She maintains communication throughout your project & makes it her mission for your specific project. With her sense of humor & willingness to let us decide instead of her “selling “ we enjoyed the process. She updated us every step of the way. It was a pleasure working with her. Everyone else involved in the process was equally helpful, friendly & the store feels like a place that wants to do their best for the customers.

I needed to replace two sink drains on my stainless steel double sink. They had all the right parts and pieces as well as a few odds and ends to the job. I checked the cost using several other sites and saved a bit of money by going to Home Depot. I'll be going back for any other planned, or unplanned projects that may arise.

Overall an okay home depot. Not as much options per item as larger stores but okay. Help is surely better than Lowes however wish more employees were still on hand.

Poor customer service. manager's incompetent explanation mark. They refuse to let you speak to a regional manager. They won't even give the regional manager a message to contact you. Poorest customer service at Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania, I have ever received in a company doesn't matter that you spent $5000 there.All they want to do is refer you to the toll free number which you will spend hours and hours and hours on hold with. This is ridiculous. Oh, and can I add products are not made in the u? SA nor does the company that the product they sell back their products. I will shop at Lowe's never again at home depot. They don't even deserve a one star rating.

We purchased a new LG fridge about little over 2 years still still under warranty it stopped working and we’ve been with no fridge for over a week can’t find nobody to fix it in the area we have called Home Depot for help and LG company no success yet I will not suggest anyone to buy a LG FRIDGE I’m going to buy a new fridge with a company that can come and fix it

The store chain itself is very good and offers a lot of good quality products. Website is good. However, the customer service department in the Buckhorn store is lacking. I would give them a zero if possible. I had a bad experience trying to take care of a brand new defective Milwaukee drill and was ignored initially and then treated like I was a burden to them as they displayed a very unfriendly attitude. They didn’t mind taking my money when I purchased the drill, but didn’t want the responsibility of taking care of it when it failed in a week. Additionally my 80 year old parents went there for help purchasing handrail for a porch and received the same treatment. That department is a very poor reflection on Home Depot in general and the only way I would go back is if they had a item I needed and couldn’t get it any where else.

I came to home depot for 2x4s, drywall, and spackle to fix holes in one of my properties walls. Natasha went above and beyond her duties and a cashier I couldn't find screen tape and immediately when I asked she directed me right to where it was. Natasha was the epitome of customer service, such a people person and so kind and professional. She is the best worker this branch has.

On the way to Canada I just stop with my truck to buy something. I encounter impeccable service from the service manager and other employees. It was wonderful experience. I continuously visited this store for my home improvement projects. Every single time I visited, I was asked by multiple staff members if I needed assistance. I experienced the highest level of customer service here that I have ever received in any store. When I walked into Lowe's down the street, I had to physically track down an employee to help me. Very different experiences. Highly recommend this specific Home Depot location!

Ordered shingles a month in advance. Took a weeks vacation so I was able to get the roof done. Get an email at 11 o'clock at night the night before to tell me that they rescheduled my order and it will be 3 days late now. Would not recommend trusting this place.

Staff was welcoming and helpful. I did not have to wait long at all for my tub to be brought to me. The tub was in good condition when I removed it from the box Overall experience was ideal. I will purchase more if every experience will be like this one.

First time going the other week, some weird alarm was going off and some very creepy guys asking about a lawnmower at checkout then just followed us out of the store without looking at lawnmowers and left back to their white van. But we did end up getting home safely and getting great paint!

Stopped here to return a Ridgid 18v sawzall. The day after buying it there was a special online with batteries, charger and case for the same price. I had a box and receipt and had no issues. Check out online thoroughly before making a purchase and if you can wait a day or two. It seems every year this happens, almost as if I'm being tracked. Lol, Ridgid is constantly adding new tools and discounts. With the lifetime warranty, who needs Milwaukee, plus they are everywhere now, cheaper built, and not as good warranty.

Returning materials here takes the better part of an hour at least. I expected it to take a little bit longer since it was several hundred dollars, by the end my patience was wearing thin. The employees were all very friendly, however it was still a much longer wait than I expected it to be.

Was at Bloomsburg store today. Don't know the man's name, back in carpet department. He was very helpful in ordering floor tile for me. Thank you to him. Also checked out in lumber and Catherine checked me out, she is always so nice, I was glad to see her. She always makes my day! Thanks to you also. She always works so hard and is always busy. Some others should learn from her great work ethic. Some are always on their phone, some just don't know what they are doing. Last time I was there had to go back twice to get a mistake fixed. You need to train your employees better. But I was happy today!

I like this home Depot alot. They carry things that the other home place doesn't. Example, you can buy 5\4 lumber , they carry Makita and milwuakee. They have a whole tool rental department. That should cover it for anyone who needs to know which box to buy from. This place is also very clean , well organized. And the sales staff has generally always been attentive and helpful. Though I don't often need there assistance.

Always good. Their Staff just seems more helpful and friendly then their Competition up the road. I was looking for shelving and the guy ran around looking for the proper size storage tubs, trying them out on the display unit to make sure I got the best fit. He actually carried some from the front to the back of the store where display unit was. I was super impressed and thankful. Got everything i needed,, plus they were on sale. Five Stars for sure from me. :-)

Its the better of the 2 builder stores by far. Great tool selection, its just sad that every 50 dollar tools are getting locked up now making it a pain to shop if you need more than 1 thing since all items are escorted to the check out center...

I no longer go here i did go here three times a week and spent a lot of money every week here I then ran into a little lady with white hair and glasses who was determined to make me pay for two extra cuts on my plywood stood there while we where being helped already to tell us how the customer takes advantage of the workers plus I drive an hour to go to this store the people who used to work here where awesome
