If you're going to do a project and need help, this is the place to get what you need and great advice! Took an old ski chair, stripped all the paint, fabricated the hinge and created a swing. Brian helped with paint colors, Garth with helped with created a hinge (metal fabricators didn't want to do this job), other staff members (I don't remember their names) helped select an Angle Grider (to strip paint more efficiently), and helped with bolts, nuts, washers etc. If you're going to tackle a project, don't waste your time and money at a big box store. Great advice and competitive prices!

Had pretty good experiences in general with purchases and no issues with the equipment except for one time (which wasn't ACE's fault). Their customer service could have been a bit more considerate when I had an issue with faulty gear I bought from them. I understand warranties can be complicated but if I spent hundreds of dollars on an item you sold me, how about a "hey we are sorry it didn't work AND I'll help get you to the proper people who will take care of the issue" rather than treating me like I'm a nuisance. It was already frustrating spending hours to get it to work before I even came in for help. Anyway, I got better customer service from one of the "bigger guys" more recently.

It's true. Probably the best overall encompassing selection of everything you need. Last week I needed something they didn't have , so they ordered it for me and 5 days later it was ready for me to pick it up. They have items for fine wood working that you can only find online. But they have the best service you can ask for and you can pick the item up and decide with your own eyes if it is what you are looking for and set it back down if it isn't. Honestly the first time I walked into the store I was there for 3 hours and covered the length of every aisle I didn't want to leave. The only issue I have with the store , is that I live 45 minutes away and I have to drive past 6 other hardware stores to get to them. They have no worries though so I don't think any of those 6 other stores have any thoughts of trying to step up bat against the quality, selection and service as Renco in Bloom. Yes most items are 10% higher in price. But they employee local and service is always with a smile and actually helpful, don't forget an inventory deeper and more diverse. And that for me is worth an extra dollar on ten..

Never disappointed when shopping here. Great selection of specialized fasteners and tools you can't find at the big box stores. If you can't find it, they can - no matter how odd the item you're looking for. The friendly employees will walk you through the entire project to be sure you have everything you need to finish it. Even the wife likes to go there so she can shop the gifts and cards section, leaving me to browse at my leisure. Can't beat the service!!

This is a great hardware store jam-packed with every odd and end you could want. Prices are reasonable and sales people are knowledgeable. Not only do they have hardware, there is a craft area, and a toy area, so the whole family can find something of interest here.

The people are SO kind and helpful. I broke my apartment key (bent and cracked) and the two Tims were able to make me a new, functional key from the pieces of the old one! Even though it took up a lot of time and seemed pretty difficult to do, they only charged me $2! I felt that I should pay more for their time, but they refused. Really excellent customer service and a great price. While I was waiting, I walked around the store and saw that they have a great selection of all kinds of things.

Manager Grace will make you feel uncomfortable if your Latino or Black. Please be advise prior of entering this facility. Considering canceling my account with them. Even tho never ever had issues @ the Berwick store wish is my main store to shop. Renco you guys might want to consider new management at that store.

There are always friendly staff members to help you find anything; the selection is outstanding—hardware, pets, housewares, paint, bird feeders, and much more; their reward program is great; kept very clean and neat despite the large inventory. We don't go elsewhere if Renco has it!

Love this "old but new" hardware store. Like the "old timey" stores they seem to have a bit of everything from craft supplies to angle iron but modern & up to date NOT dusty & dirty secret bins with hidden treasures of the past. And.... I have never been in when the staff didn't bend over backwards to be helpful. Highly recommend!!

So its just a typical hardware store with average selection and prices. I did find the staff here more helpful and willing to find what you need. Most stores blow you off with if its not on the shelf we don't have it. They will order items and really try to find what you need. A+ for that.

I found out that my former Jr.High principal had passed. Mr. Reininger. I don't get the local paper so I was unaware. Simpathies to the Reininger family. The clerk I had was very awesome in helping me to locate receptical boxes and plates. Now I need someone to install them !!!

I love this place for the hardware selection. It's been a long time since I've been here, and everything is moved around now. I didn't have time to look around for myself, as i had to look at the crafts with the girl friend, but hopefully they didn't change that awesome hardware section.
