Some “drivers” really need to READ the signs as it’s well marked what to do and stop screening it up for ones that do follow instructions. KEEP LEFT going in/out!!!!!!!!They load by appt. Try not to be too late as that means they’ll try to work you in. Hopefully the broker (example CH Robinson) hasn’t lied to youSimple enough to check in/out. Average 1 1/2-2hrs to load and it’ll be heavy. Drop lot across the street for ones doing d/h

Incoming Fresh Meat loads enter at 1st drive on right. Pull onto scales. Stop and walk into scale house with Bills. The very nice employee wil direct you to doors 20 or 21. Which is, pull off scale turn right (plant on left) Go to very end turn left. Follow road (big liquid holding tanks on left) look down that alley Doors 20 and 21 are at the end of the alley, straight line backing. Plenty of room.

Apt at 1500, checked in at 1300 got door right away. Lot loaded in 2 hrs ..... not bad experience at all😊

What a joke. In 8 am, out 8:30 pm. I swear to God, I interacted with 3 different people at shipping window, during this time. 1st checked me in his shift finished, he left. 2nd one worked full day. 3rd one took over after 7 pm and checked me out

I've been in the dock for about an hour-and-a-half with nothing happening, ran to the office and asked what's going on.... I guess they probably forgot... Anyways after that I was loaded in about 30 min... so total of about 2 hours.

Usually quick, this is my second visit so we shall see. They do accept 24hr deliveries (informed by the guard). Dock backing is relatively easy with lots of space for freezer side.

This location is very professional. They will check you in early. Also almost always load you before you appointment time. It's pet food, so make sure your trailer is clean. No problem here. Do have driver restrooms.

Second time picking up a load from here. In and out within 2-3 hours. If there are not many trucks then it's plenty of maneuvering room. When you enter stay to the left and drive to side of building right before docks. Shipping/Receiving office on the right. Received door immediately. Once you get a green light pull out and park on the left going out and grab BOLs from Shipping office. Staff was friendly.

6650 is second entrance. Stay to left. Park at stop sign when it's your turn and go into shipping office. Got door right away. Loaded in less than 2 hours. Wasn't bad. 3 stars because area too tight. Small turn around all the way back past docks.

Extremely tight getting into a dock . 10 am appointment got switched to 10 pm the next night. Trailers parked in 2 different doors was assigned to. Not coming back

Saw the reviews of how rude everyone was and thought.. challenge accepted! I was treated rudely and just brushed it off and was polite to everyone. I kept doing that... eventually I saw a smile. Took about 3.5 hrs to load but I’m reefer so to us that’s ok. Wasn’t over weight and was able to roll. Showed up a couple hours early and since load had been picked I got a door. Not saying that will always be the case though.

Appointment was at 1500 checked in around 10:00. Desk clerk had good attitude and gave me a door right away but was told they might not be able to get to me till around 3. It's 1045& they are rockn the truck. Only bad thing is it's kinda tight.

Had an 0700 appointment. Showed up at 630. Dock by 645. Unloading started at 0709. Can’t complain. Did read other reviews. Just can’t write a bad review when they are unloading me at my appointment.

There are at most two people that work here who are courteous, professional and competent. Everyone else that I have encountered (driver check in, yard jockeys) are rude and dim witted. First place I’ve ever delivered to where I received attitude and dirty looks for being early. Must mention - Cody at the check in window is awesome, some of his counterparts would be lucky to have a fraction of his work ethic and professionalism.

Trucker info:Get on the scale. Stop the engine and get in the small office next to it. The guy there will tell you where is your delivering dock. Get on it again when done and get back in the office with all the paperwork.No space to sleep at all there unless you can pass the gate and they allows it, not sure about it. There may be some restroom, did not ask. But there is enough space to manoeuver.

Mistakenly went to the guard shack when we were supposed to go to the distribution entrance a few yards down. Blonde lady working security told us to turn around and then stopped us because we made a u turn and yelled at us for it. Literally no other way out of the guard shack area so we have no idea what the heck she was on about. Very mean place!!Lady at check in also had a sour mood. We were 5, maybe 10 minutes "late" for our 9am app because of the confusion about where we were supposed to go and she didn't let it slide. Not sure what's going on here but it certainly needs new employees!

Not bad.got here an hour early on Saturday. Got a door right away. Need a number that starts with 0515 if your picking up .ignore the old reviews.you dont go to a scale first .pull in go right to recieving.its not that tight as everyone seems to make it.and no one had a bad attitude.pretty easy.id come back

Great warehouse and the guy at the shipping really professional and respectful,my apt was 5 pm they gave me a door at 3 and started loading at 4 pm. Really nice place

So....I own 5 trucks, been driving for 23yrs. Left here loaded, knowing the weight couldnt be made legal. Came back with scale ticket...showing I was 1200lbs over on drives, with trailer tandem the whole way forward. Woman comes out to tell me that she loaded me and.." if I move the trailer wheels back to the 48' mark, itll be legal". When I told her it would add more weight to the drives if I did that...she informed me that shes.."been doing this for 20 effing years, and idk what I'm doing". Stay away from this dump.

I arrived 30 minutes early for my 9 AM appointment...they told me come back at 9 bc they didnt have the product ready. Came back and was turned away bc they werent sure when they would even have the product. I drove 200 miles here and was trying to be home in California this week for my daughters 16th birthday. Absolutely unprofessional.

Was to be a drop and hook turned to a live load! Checked in at office waited 5 mins before the lady even talked to me very rude asking what door i was in i said i was picking up! She had a very very rude attitude told me what door I asked how long she said when your loaded thats when you will be done! This lady name is Libby very nasty rudeHate coming to this place

I cant say much bad about the old lady in the Shipping/receiving office but all I know she isnt friendly at all, unloading is really slow drop and hook are ok but live loads expect 3 to 4 hours

Backing in is almost impossible with out a spotter. If you get a door between 2 trucks already on a door, good luck. They have the empty trailers too close.

After reading the reviews I was scared of coming to load but my experience was very good come on time and you will not have any problems the employees that you read on the reviews no longer work at this company the new receiving personal is very happy and professional .

Got here 5:15ish, loaded by 7,women at front desk even offered Driver’s fruit, candy and water. Not bad, expected the worst to be honest. But I probably just got lucky haha. It can get pretty crowded in the lots.
