I ordered a bathroom sink and cabinet from the store. The adventure began on 1/16/23 when I saw the pet wash station in the show room. One week later returned to the show room to order it and found that the business requires a designer to work with customers. I left my name and contact info and was told I would get a call within a week. After two weeks, I called the store. I did talk to a designer at that point. She told me I would get a call in up to 6 weeks. 6 weeks later, no call. I called back. Finally, I called at the end of April and talked to Jerry, a new designer. He made an appointment and drove to my house. I explained that I wanted a unit like the pet wash station in the show room. I put a 50% deposit on what I wanted on 5/4. I was told it would be 5 to 9 weeks for the sink, faucet and cabinet. After nine weeks, I called and spoke to Brandon, the store manager. The sink was on an 18 week back order from the time I ordered, but nobody bothered to let me know. The sink, faucet and cabinet were finally delivered on 7/28. I had paid the remaining amount due by credit card prior to delivery. The drawer in the cabinet was not as had been discussed. The cabinet top was unfinished. There was no drain so the sink could not be installed; my contractor attempted to find one locally, but ended up ordering on line. I spoke to Brandon about the raw edge on the cabinet and the drawer. He offered to pay the contractor bill and replace the cabinet., which meant waiting another few weeks, this time with no sink in the only downstairs bathroom. I was unhappy; I was reimbursed $500. A new cabinet was delivered 8/25 by Brandon, who said he had inspected it. The delivered cabinet had no front doors and no top. My contractor removed the doors from the first cabinet and put them on the new one. I contested the final VISA payment of $1670. I must use the unfinished top at this point while I shop elsewhere. I will not contest the initial payment as the sink and faucet are fine and I was able to get the drain shipped from Kohler. Waiting over 7 months and paying over 3000 for a cabinet, sink and faucet only to have it arrived in this condition is simply unacceptable. I am finished dealing with this business as it is either unable or unwilling to get this job right.
