Alexis and Kim are outstanding! I had Alexis as my consultant to pick out my dream wedding dress, and she also helped my mom pick out her dress! I did not have great confidence going in to the appointment but Alexis made me feel so beautiful and confident. She is so patient, kind, helpful and positive and I couldn’t recommend her more! We had a challenge with our final fittings for our dresses, but once I reached back out Kim was outstanding and got my mom in to fix her dress that same day! My mom was nervous to go back and didn’t want to upset anyone, but said she felt like a VIP and that Kim and the rest of the staff was so incredibly kind and helpful. Kim is the owner but makes it a point to check in with every customer and make you feel like the most important person there, I can’t say enough good things about her. Thank you Exclusively You for giving us an incredible experience!!

Overall this place was pretty nice to work with for my wedding. There were a couple miscommunication issues, but they did get it fixed. I loved working with Alexis for my dress and she was very sweet. The only reason I give 4 stars is because of the seamstress. She didn't seem to understand my issues and when I asked or addressed them she tried to convince me I was wrong or it didn't need to be done. I would say my dress was a little too loose on my chest area. I made an appoint to tell her multiple times. It didn't seem like she believed me though. Overall good experience, but you pay so much money for a dress that you expect it to be perfect.

I went to a handful of local shops, tried on many dresses and still didn’t find “the one”. I decided to take a little drive to Bloomsburg to check out this place and it was absolutely worth it! At my very first appointment the room was beautiful and the ladies made me feel so comfortable. I left without a dress that day because I couldn’t decide which one to get. I was not at all pressured to purchase anything like I had experienced at some previous stores. After a break from dress shopping and really narrowing down my style I knew I had to go back here. They were able to get me in right away and had plenty of options for me to choose from. I purchased my dress and had alterations done here. Each person at every appointment was so nice and helpful. Thank you ladies for such a wonderful experience!

I had the best experience with Bridal Consultant Jillian! She was so sweet, kind and patient with me. I did not feel rushed and she listened to what I was looking for! She actually brought dresses to me that were exactly what I was looking for! I am so thankful to have met Jillian and will be back to work with her again! Thank you Jillian!UPDATE: I wanted to make sure I updated my original post, as I ended up returning to Exclusively You a year later! My husband and I decided to get married in one month and I did not have a dress! On top of it, the wedding was a secret so I was on my own to find a dress quickly! I called Exclusively You and they had me come in! They were able to order me the dress I wanted and it came in for the wedding! They worked so quickly and were able to make all the alterations for me! EVERYONE at Exclusively You made me feel like family and made sure I was comfortable! Again, I was alone but these ladies made me feel so special and were so kind! I would have never been able to do it without them and that’s the honest truth! OH and my dress was amazing!

The pictures on the website don't do this place as much justice as being inside it does. It's a gorgeous shop with sections so that you can enjoy private time with your family making important decisions. Jen was the consultant for my daughter and was so kind and truly listened to what she wanted, at the same time she offered her professional insight. It was a fantastic experience!

My friend chose this place to purchase our bridal party dresses. From the start, we should've just walked away. We chose the dress that the whole party liked, set up appointments for fitting and to order. They called us a couple days prior saying we need to order them if we wanted them, completely oblivious to the appointment. As soon as we got there they were scrambling around and informed us they can't order those dresses anymore. They shouldve checked into this when they called saying we needed to come in. So then we had to rush around to find a new dress and I say rush because that's how they made us feel. They told me before ordering that I needed to pay extra for an extra length dress because I'm tall, I'm only 5'6", been in 2 weddings and had my own; I never needed extra length. Months later our dresses come in and we go for our fittings. I get fitted and find out that now i need to pay more to get the extra length cut off the bottom because it's too long! In addition to my issue, they broke 2 out of 3 of the zippers on the dresses and they need to order replacements. These 2 dresses didn't arrive until towards the end of April and the wedding is May 21. Now 2 of the girls need to go for another fitting. The 3 of us go to pick up our dresses on May 18th, they break one of the zippers again! They blame the manufacturer again and say they'll put a new zipper on. If it was a problem why didn't they do this the first time? They then ask the bridesmaid about coming back May 20th, ONE day before the wedding. They rushed us out of there instead of making us feel welcome. Here we are 2 days until the wedding and 1 of our girls doesn't have a dress! They hardly apologized, offered no discounts, nothing. I wouldn't recommend this place at all! Poor customer service.

I have really mixed feelings about Exclusively You. Some of the ladies were really helpful and nice, some weren't. What really got me was they forgot to call me when my bridesmaids dresses came in so I finally called them two months before my wedding to see what was going on. They said the dresses were in and I have no idea how long they had been there. Another issue happened when my one bridesmaid received her dress it was ridiculously huge on her. She called the store to tell them and they basically said there was nothing they could do because it was too close to my wedding for them to exchange the dress. That irritated me because that was their fault for not calling me in the first place. It is their job to stay organized. I also wasn't really impressed with my dress alterations. I had this feeling that the lady who altered it was annoyed with me and in a rush. I had to go in three times for fittings. First my dress was just too large and then they altered it so tight they couldn't zip it up all the way (mind you I wasn't gaining and losing a ton of weight within two weeks of each fitting). I understand sometimes it takes a few times to get your dress to fit, but the lady just seemed frustrated and rushed which made me feel like she wasn't taking her time with what she was doing. I wouldn't tell people not to go there because it is a nice place and some of the staff are really helpful and friendly. But I would just caution if you go there, be on top of stuff. If they don't call you within a reasonable time, you call them and check.

This has to be the best dress shopping experience I have ever had. Every one there is extremely helpful, They take great pride in their work. The alterations to my gown were excellent...my gown was actually custom made so it fits like a glove. It truly is perfect. I couldn't have asked for nicer people. The dress selection is out of this world. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for formal wear!

Exclusively You really takes care of its customers! Needed a wedding tux. When it arrived, I couldn't pick it up until 2 days before my wedding and the size was a little too big but no worries, they ordered a smaller size and express shipped the next day. It fit perfect! Thank you Exclusively You! I highly recommend them!

Tonight was my 15 year old daughters first homecoming dance and she didn't tell me until last weekend. I work med-shifts in which made it very short on time to find the perfect dress for her. I really tried all week to find her a dress with no luck for the perfect dress takes time. We went today to Exclusively You and after all the women with such amazing help and understanding the urgency of finding the perfect dress for her to be a pretty princess and about 20 dresses ( Maybe a little exaggeration) they found her the dress of her dreams . The dress needed some alterations and with no thought of their time they made sure the dress was perfect and ready for her within no time at all. She went to the dance and felt like such a pretty princess :-) I want to thank all the ladies for being so amazingly wonderful and helping my little girl have such a amazing night and making her be a pretty princess on such an important night . You ladies are so amazing , i thank you so very much !!

I came to Exclusively You from 2 hours away hoping to find a prom dress, and let me just say although I didn't end up buying my dress here, multiple people in the store were actively trying to help me find the perfect dress. unfortunately dispite their efforts, and the great selection I had, majority of the dresses I found were just too far out of my price range. overall, my experience was terrific and I would reccomend their store over and over again.

I went to this store to get my wedding dress, but the service was poor and all of the sizes were huge so I did not get my store from there. I decided to give them another chance and went with my family for my sister to get her maid of honor dress for my wedding. She tried on a dress that was way too big for her and waited around for clips to clip the dress tighter. We couldn’t find our consultant and had to find a different consultant to find our own consultant. Then once my sister tried on a dress that we all loved, we were looking in the mirror talking about the dress, we were booted out of the way by a different consultant because her bride “was more important”. Our consultant did nothing and just let us get pushed aside. Even though we loved the dress, we refused to get it from this store due to the rude and disrespectful service. I would not recommend this store for anyone, bride or bridesmaid. I have had two bad experiences here both as a bride and with a bridesmaid. Horrible service for outrageous prices.

I paid $1700.00 for my niece's wedding dress and when we picked it up they covered it in two garbage bags, one on the top and one pulled up from the bottom....then taped together where the bags met in the middle. I feel if someone is paying that kind of money for a dress, they could put it in a waterproof, zippered garment bag. It would make the customer feel much better about the care of such and expensive dress. Our experience there was mediocre.

I was told by a friend this store was having a "great" sale and they would work with my budget. I called to ask questions before making an appt. I told her my budget was $500 and she immediately snipped an attitude and replied with "Well, you could come in and shop the bridesmaid dresses and order one in white or ivory." Um, no. I want a wedding gown. Needless to say, I did not make an appt and never will. 1 star!

In my years in Bloomsburg I had nothing but excellent experiences with the lovely ladies of Exclusively You. From proms through weddings and formal professional occasions, the friendliness, professionalism, welcoming attitude and courtesy of the staff was impeccable. The store itself offers a large selection with a wide variety of both modern and classic styles. Highly recommended!
