staff here is super rude. like, constantly. they're very short with me and with other customers, they take a very aggressive tone, they talk to me like i'm stupid, and they act all pissy when they get called up to the front to check someone out. the only staff member who i see with any consistency who's kinda nice has also been visibly intoxicated almost every time i've interacted with her. then again, she did just make me wait an additional fifteen minutes to get checked out because the people who were in front of me in line were waiting on the wrong side of the register to be rung out. like, she refused to ring them out unless they walked around to the other side of their stupid checkout maze and come through "the right way," by which point like eight other people emerged from the aisles and got in line. weird and stupid. the other lady did come in from her smoke break and start helping with the line after a few minutes, but she was also taking her smoke break standing right next to the door (like, a few inches away), meaning i had to walk through a cloud of her cigarette smoke to get inside.

Filthy store. Filthy mouths from management. Rude and disrespectful to customers. As an active associate for DG I'd be embarrassed to work for this location. It is certainly not the tenet of DG to conduct this way. I've heard several complaints and direct those to the hotline.

Merchandise is spilled on the floor in some parts, they never ever seem to utilize a back room of any sort, and you can’t even get down multiple aisles. This whole place is a fire hazard and every associate here including management needs to be FIRED IMMEDIATELY for allowing it to CONSTANTLY look like this.

This dollar general is in a sad and sorry state. For Pete's sake have some pride in your store. The floor is not even all the same. Dirty store, unprofessional staff, poorly organized - yipes!It even smelled foul in there 🤢I was approached by the cashier who followed me around for a minute and then referred to me as "hunny" and I high tailed it outta there! Tbh I'm being very generous in giving y'all 3 stars. It should be 2 or even less.

Dollar General, Im sure you're worth more than a dollar. Give your people paid sick time off. Last 3 times I was in your Main St. location, the guy ringing me out was unmasked and hacking and coughing all over the place, then tried giving me my change with the same hands I watched him cough into, then reach into the drawer to grab my change. Your company is $8 richer because I didn't want that germ infested money. I guarantee your company could afford P.T.O. for your employess. Its cold and flu season, no one should be working when sick, especially dealing with the public. I will not be returning.

Now I love this store! I guess they did a shake up because the pleasance in the store from the new gurlz is a well missed, not to mention well needed customer service skills. Thanks to the new gurlz n they smiles I can see in their eyes I dont have to put my guard up ready to snap bc of the rude fossil left working. Only took 8 months but the improvements are making a change with the New Hires.

I dont go here often but when I do the place seems like it's always restocking day. The tight aisles always packed with carts stacked high with products. I can usually find what I need here but just feel like theres too much stuff in that store.

Some of the workers are very rude and ignorant. Lately they got a bunch of new workers and there all nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend going to the other dollar general in the Plaza off market St, they have a way better selection and it's much bigger plus the one on main St. rarely has milk.

Wish it was a negative star selection. Terrible and rude employees as well as none of the employees know where anything is in the store. Me and 2 of the emoloyees walked around the store for 30 mins looking for 2 items and after that still couldnt locate. The assistant manager and store manager both are very rude and need some kind of class in customer service. Worst experience ever. And the store looks to be falling apart and the floor sinking.

This store had most of its aisles blocked by items to be stocked, racks and other things. Aisles were kinda small too. Also had to use rest room at store 2 doors away.
