Always interesting to look around and see what they have whenever we are around. Everything from cell phone chargers to Christmas decorations (in early September) to couches, chairs, and beds. Appliances to gardening stuff to kids clothes and toys. Some good deals, but you have to look through a lot to find them.

Nice to look for something different every once in a while but I feel like lately, the prices are way higher than they ever were and you can get anything at any other place for the same value. Cute stuff though.

Super fast and friendly service at check out. Had the same cashier 3 months apart and she's always so happy and chipper and talks to you while she rings you out. If she hasn't gotten employee of the month (if they offer it), she should. I just wish I could remember her name so I could post that also.

I was unaware of big lots being referred to as a discount store until this morning. I wouldn't have thought so. This store is clean and neat also very organized, I always spend to much when I shop there, Thanks Big Lots! You guys were setting the pace for our area, and all the responsibilities that entailed! I stopped by for a few groceries. The store was clean and the service was good. They refurbished their restrooms, which are very nice, now. The grocery selection was ample for a small department store and the prices much lower than Giant and Weis.

Always seems to find something that you wouldn't think you would find there. This is the first time I used online ordering and pick up. It seems that I got everything except for one thing that they didn't have in stock. The items are always well price and and I never had any problems with anything dealing with them

I went to Big Lots for the first time last week with a friend & we had a ball looking at all of the items they offer. I Loved all of their gardening DECORATIONS & Outdoor furniture too & I'll definitely go back! The employees were helpful & friendly & we enjoyed ourselves very much!!

Good discount store with big variety of items from food, drinks, electronics, furniture, and much more. If you're looking for something inexpensive until you buy something better or even just to save money and get good quality items at a lower price I'd recommend dropping in

It has cleaned up it's act. Store is cleaner and better organized than it was even three months ago. I purchased a new vacuum and not only was it less money than Walmart, I received an additional 20 percent off at the register.

When you need to buy furniture this is the place to go. You dont need to have great credit at all and you get approved on how much you make a week I still have a sofa from 5 years ago still has alot more life in it. It has some top quality stuff and depending on how much you make you can get approved for 2 to 4 grand and it comes right out of your paycheck.

Sending a 20% off coupon out to people to force them into the stores at the time of the virus is nothing short of a crime! Big Lots needs to accept snap card for online orders , but they don't and again force people into their store. This is a CRIME!!!!!!!

Among other things, I bought some candy. What I got was for nostalgic reasons, because I hadn't had it for decades, and looking forward to it. Very, very stale. Looked like it had melted and re melted many times. Couldn't eat any. They need to keep a close eye on some of their food and it's quality.

Updated the store recently which was nice. Have a great variety at a decent price. Product changes quickly if you see it and maybe want it buy it dont think you will come back later for it.

Big Lots normally always has something that you’ll find but this time I needed a new office chair. They only had 1 cheaper office chair with minimal functions and one gaming chair. None of them were in display to actually sit in and it wasn’t worth a 100 gamble by looking at a very small pic on the box. My wife found toys for my son. Only thing I’d recommend is look into getting a better “debit/credit” pay device. It’s one of those devices where if you don’t insert and remove the card at just the right time it locks the system and they have to go to another register. This is one area where you can tell bigger box stores get their automated check out things right. Big lots - you went cheap and it’s riddled with problems frustrating your employees and customers.

DO NOT BUY THE FURNITURE ITS ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!!! Ive bought a couch and end table both of which broke without much ware under a year. The 1 star goes towards furniture not the store or the employees
