This CVS sucks anymore!!!! My son has a rare autoimmune disease and ran out of a medication 2 weeks ago. We reached out to his doctors to refill the prescription. They said they filled it. CVS never filled it. So then CVS said (after I had to call bc they just never reached out) that insurance needed them to fill a 90 day supply. So they just didn't tell me or the doctors that. Until I called and selected the health care provider line to get through to a human. This is when they told me insurance needed a 90 day refill. They then hung up on me as I was asking a question! My son's doctor then said they sent the 90 day prescription and that the woman they spoke to at CVS said it's being refilled. This was on November 28th. November 30th, still no notification. Today, December 4th, my husband went to CVS to see what's going on. They STILL haven't refilled this IMPORTANT medication for my son!!!!!!!! What the hell is going on????!!!!!! My son NEEDS this medication!!!!! Get your act together and do your job or close the pharmacy is those that are there are not capable to do their job!

This pharmacy is horrible. Every time you need to come you have to wait in huge lines that move extremely slow because employees refuse to open 2 registers then if you go through the drive thru your lucky to even get waited on. I would advise changing to another pharmacy. Also they claim to be under staffed and they have more people behind the counter than ever.

The pharmacy sucks, they close when they want. My husband had surgery in August, needed pain medication, went to pick them up and they were closed, called a different cvs, they couldn't fill his prescription, call surgeon to send to Redners pharmacy, they couldn't fill, because it was processed by cvs, but I could buy 2 pain pills,( enough for the night and next day) went the next day to pick his pills up. They were very rude. Why do we need 4 cvs's in a maybe 10 mile stretch of road????

Consistent pharmacy issues. Was told months ago it would take 4 weeks tops to fix and and train staff, still not open 7 days a week. Staff makes it obvious that they do not care about long lines or needs of customers. Every prescription that is needed immediately or sent over night (I.e. emergency room/sick kids) you will have to go in and specifically request that they expedite it and then wait another hour for it.Highly suggest Blandon pharmacy!

This CVS is the worst pharmacy i have ever delta with. I had a prescription sent in on the doctor line directly and they kept saying they didn't get it. Yet after calling the doctor 2 more times they still said they didn't get it. I had to leave town and had the prescription sent to a CVS in another state to get it. The they all act like you are bothering them. I know it's hard to find help but if you don't want to be there and be professional then leave.

The store is good and well stocked however staffing a problem. For instance, picking up a px for my daughter today that was sent last evening by her pedi.pediatrician. They need an hr longer when I called the following day at 10 a.m. Also, the lady said only the drive through is open because the front of the store is currently closed. On a Wednesday midweek and late morning. Strange.

The young man that waited on me in drive- thru was polite and nice. My prescriptions were there over 24hrs and they only filled on script the other 2 weren't done and would not be done till next day. Which is annoying and frustrating since this happens all the time.

Their staffing issues have resulted in changing their hours frequently, closing at 5pm where many people can’t pick up scripts after work. I missed a day of work just to go on a Friday, only to learn that they were randomly closed that entire day. Their sudden change in hours (which are never updated online or elsewhere) is not just inconvenient, but is DANGEROUS as I’ve now went multiple days without several medications.

Tried to fill a prescription for someone after surgery. Their automated system said it would take 5 days to fill the prescription, and they would never answer the phone after many attempts. This was after transferring the prescription from another CVS that was out of stock on these meds. They told us this location has the medication in stock. We just can't get it or get a hold of them.

This CVS pharmacy has been filling our prescriptions for a few years now, but most recently it’s terrible. Prescriptions needed for serious health issues are delayed for multiple reasons on their part and it’s practically impossible to speak to anyone in the pharmacy department. I have called my health care providers, insurance company as requested by the pharmacy app to get much needed medication. All to still go without medication for over 10 days now. This is not the first time we been run around by this unprofessional location. We have finally given up and changing pharmacies. Trying a non chain local pharmacy that has actually answered my call and took the time to review switching pharmacies.

Blandon Pharmacy is so much better with their customer service than the big box store on Route 222. This is the CVS where the pharmacist sits on her throne far behind the counter & sneers at the customers !

Awful service. I waited in line 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time for a covid test. Each patient took about 15-20 minutes to go through the drive thru, which is unacceptable. On top of it all, when it was finally my turn, the pharmacy staff were gossiping to one another, distracted, and very rude. Go somewhere else for a covid test or pharmacy needs.

Called to see if they had any formula for a friend of mine. The girl working was very short with me. Its a pretty sensitive topic to be rude about these days when people can’t feed their children and CVS is one of the only places that sell what they need. Not impressed.

Overall this is a good store. I have been shopping here and getting prescriptions here for almost 8 years. Sometimes they get backed up at the pharmacy but they try to open a second register when possible. Each staff member I have interacted with has been helpful.

By far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever worked with. I have been going here the last 3 years because it’s the closest pharmacy to where I live. I have to stop here 2-3 times a month for medications and every month I have an issue whether they can’t find a prescription my doctor sent over or someone didn’t run it through correctly in their system. Not to mention the staff here is not very friendly and they never take ownership in their wrong doing. Hoping another pharmacy decides to move into this area.

I just call for my prescription to be send to another pharmacy and the person that answer the phone say he will send the prescription the next day. I told him I need It today because I been having migraine for 3 days and all he had to say is what you want me to do. I hope he never get sick or need anything from no one and get treated the same way.

I have been on hold to speak with a pharmacist for the past 45 minutes to ask a basic question that the automated system cannot answer. The pharmacy is open. Very poor service.

They frequently mess up our family's prescriptions, are rude or not knowledgeable, and have a filthy restroom.Update: they're still literally the worst pharmacy. They're extremely understaffed right now (Sept 11, 2021) and won't answer phone or drive through.

Great Staff. But I didnt realize in the pharmacy, see thru blouses unbuttoned a few and see thru laced bras underneath were replacing the jackets or employee attire! That was awkward and unprofessional. Especially when she leaned front with both arms to return the board to my husband lol. Try giving the trainees or new people an employee shirt to wear! She looked like a bottle service girl from a club, not a cvs employee-
