I can see why this store has a 3 star rating. I waited in line for 20 minutes today (Fri 12/29 3:15ish) to pick up a script for my wife. They were busy I understand the wait. At the end of the line my script is not ready, no problem, I sat and waited maybe 10 minutes and Wendy (very nice), calls me up, finds my order and cashes me out. On the way out I needed a couple of items and could not find Sudafed. The pharmacist was working close to the counter, he acknowledged me and said Sudafed while over the counter is on a shelve directly behind him. I asked him for the product and rather than assist he told me I would have to wait in line again! I left the store and will not go back. His customer service skills are abysmal.

Awful experience multiple times. Have family member that was out of their prescription, pharmacist said they would have it ready before 7pm same day because it was stressed that we would be out of town and could not pick up the medication. Arrived before 7pm to pick up the medication they claimed that they didn’t receive the scrip until a few minutes prior and said it wouldn’t be ready until the next day. Not only this, but no resolution or apologies were given, not even kindness just rudeness, when there was a promise for it to be filled and then the window was just closed with nothing more said not even to have a good day. Awful, awful customer service this time around.

Worst pharmacy. Nice people to your face but pharmacy dept never answers the phone. Over 15 to 25 minutes to answer phone. Meanwhile there's usually 4 people back there. No way the drive thru is that busy...designate that person to answer phone. Unacceptable. I have been there on line also and phone just rings and rings and they ignore it. If people don't matter to them they shouldn't be in that field. Now I have to drive there just to see if script is ready because I didn't get a text. Moving my families scripts to other local pharmacy.

Pharmacists are rude and have no clue what’s going on. Often they only have part of your order ready even if it’s been there over 24 hours, and you have to wait “until they get a chance” to do the rest.

The parking lot is hard on your vehicle because of being full of potholes everywhere. The one in the drive thru eats your whole tire. Should really consider your customers, so someone doesn't ruin their vehicle trying to do business there.

No one ever answers the phone, endless wait on hold. Stopped in Friday to pick up Rx, did not process through insurance, verified insurance info to reprocess, it's Wednesday, still not done. No one called to inform me what's going on.

The pharmacy manger at this location is one of THE rudest people I’ve ever met. She certainly has the wrong personality to be working with people. You can’t get a simple question out without her cutting you off and snapping. She mutters annoyances at customers under her breath. God forbid you ever actually needed medical advice from the pharmacy manager. CVS needs to keep this woman in check…

Sitting in drive thru line for over 35 minutes. They allowed a customer to be at the window for what could be someones lunch break. If there were problems, they should have asked the customer to pull off into the parking lot. We are turning off our engines - yes its been 40 mins now and a total of three cars have left the line in back of me. REALLY POOR SERVICE.

I just wanted to take a moment to give thanks to Jaime for stopping everything to search all over the store for a box of hot cocoa for two tired children just before a big snowstorm. She went above and beyond to help us even though she had a ton to do before the storm started. So a really big thank you for taking the time for the little things!!!

Don’t bring you prescription there, mine was on hold after dr send it over, and now they say it’s out of stock. Gonna go 3 days without it and it’s a prescription you can’t just stop taken. I’m gonna start looking for a new pharmacy

If i could give negative stars I would. The manager of the pharmacy is by far the rudest woman I have ever met. She judges customers on the prescriptions that are prescribed. Gives attitude when people ask simple questions. Continue non work related conversations with coworkers when there are multiple customers in line. Talks down to people when she swears she is right when she’s been proven wrong on multiple occasions. Absolutely refuse to have prescriptions for my family filled just to avoid having this smug woman ruining my day. Very surprised to see I’m the only one writing a review about this monster of a woman and her non existing customer service skills. The woman is clearly in the wrong business and she not be around customers or people in general.

Again on more than one occasion the pharmacist has screwed me out of my much needed medication heading there before closing poor customer service one technician will not even wait on me because she put my medication in my son's bag and I tried to put a lawsuit on them for it I am changing all of my prescriptions no compassion for anybody I could not even offer me to pills until tomorrow till it was straightened out

This is the worst cvs ever, always a 20 minute wait on the phone, and I usually end up hanging up, they never pick up the phone to even say "we will be with you soon"...I will be transferring to another cvs...
