A zero would be my review.They are unorganized, rude & not knowledgeable on medications.They treat people like they absolutely should be giving them a break but the customer is the one who has to wait for hours for prescriptions to be ready.We left to go to mainline but that obviously is no longer.They treat you like an inconvenience. They can't seem to get it together ever!They have screwed up & left our daughter without life sustaining meds & blamed mainline for the switch.they must get new employees, a new pharmacist.Period.

Just moved to the area and my first trip to Rite Aid went well. I picked up prescription for my son thru the drive up... the staff was nice.On my second trip thru the drive up... was totally different then the first. I waited forever to be noticed, even after ringing the service bell. Then it took over 10 minutes for them to get my prescription. I was in the drive up for nearly 20 minutes to get Amoxicillin... 🤷‍♂️

I've been going to Rite Aid Pharmacy for years. The staff is super friendly and most of the time the pharmacy is very efficient. However, over the last few months service has been slow. I called to refill my prescription a week ago and it still isn't ready. I know businesses have been short staffed but that is no excuse. I've been thinking about switching pharmacies to get better service. Rite Aid pharmacy also closes earlier then what they claim.

I have gotten my & my kids' prescriptions filled at this pharmacy for almost 10 years now. It use to be great. I loved the drive thru window because if you're sick, you don't want to get anyone else sick by going inside, plus you don't have the energy to go in anyhow. But now, you can sit at that window for 30 min before they come back w your prescriptions. If you go in for your prescription, it's no better. Last time I literally stood in line for 45 min. And it's not the pharmacist or their help's fault. They're usually horribly understaffed and expected to answer the phone, wait on customers, fill prescriptions, give COVID shots, etc. It's not fair to them. I've seen the pharmacist literally running back and forth in the pharmacy, trying to take care of customers. I'm getting my prescriptions transferred over to Walmart. And it's hit or miss if you get a nice cashier upfront. Sometimes they're short and rude, like you're inconviencing them.I don't know the solution to this place's issues. A lot of people just won't work, so I'm sure it's hard for them to get employees. Hopefully, someone in charge will try to come up with something to improve this location....

Had me pay twenty dollars for two pills. Gave me no options after Insurance Co. dropped my meds from the formulary. Found out about Good RX from a friend and paid twelve dollars for nine pills at Giant Eagle. Went two months without because I could not pay full amount. Will never go there again! Go somewhere else if you want friendly helpful service!

I've called in medications and about 5 days later there still not filled Then tell you they don't have the medicine it will probably come on the next shipment You call them instead of going to pick it up and They never answer the phone anymore Seriously thinking of changing places You need to get it together

Pharmacy was great!! Very helpful when I was very stressed due to problems with insurance and other pharmacies. They had my sons prescription filled very fast too!!
