Everyone is nice and friendly, they treat my puppy great, only one problem, the girl who does nails is speeding threw them and the 1st time his back nails were so short my pup wouldn't even walk on them. 2nd time, she made them way too sharp and puppy ended up cutting me and my 1 year old. My mom and dad's dog ended up bleeding from her cutting 1 too short.

One star because we got her back alive. Did not know dogs were left alone in afternoon and at night. Had to get her out early in afternoon because of emergency .went there and also left a message no one was there and nobody called me back very disappointed! Will never go back!

Love this place. Last year, we had two of our dogs that were sick, and we had to put them both down. Makin tracks was amazing with my Diesel. He was so upset and scared. They made him feel like he was at home. So we boarded him again with his brother this year for vacation and love how they send pictures and videos of my babies. They are amazing and recommend them to everyone.

Only place we will leave Autumn when we go away! She LOVES makin tracks! She starts jumping around the min we pull in!The staff is so kind and they really love the animals and do a great job taking care of them!Autumn won't let anyone groom her except the staff there! She's one spoiled pup 🐶 by time we get home!

I am absolutely obsessed with how my cats turned out. They groomed two cats and they came back to me so silky smooth, smelling so good. When I went to pick them up they were taking naps in there little cage that's how relaxed they were. The staff is absolutely nice and caring. I absolutely am going to bring my girls back frequently. Thank you so much and I look forward to seeing you all again.

I have been sending my puppy here since he was 9 months old. He LOVES it! He gets so excited to see the staff and always comes home just as happy. I would recommend them to anyone for boarding. They make my life so easy with drop off and pick up; and I know my dog is having a blast while I am away! He stays pretty often so I am glad to have somewhere I can trust and that is so close to my home and my parents!

Finding Makin Tracks was a blessing. We’ve struggled for years trying to find a home away from home for our dog. Somewhere I could trust and know that my dogs are being well cared for. I can honestly say I have no worries leaving my dogs in their care and to be honest I think the dogs too enjoy there time there too!!!

Horrible customer service. I had called two months prior to my vacation for a reservation.The initial person doing the intake was kind and very personable.When I called 2 weeks before my reservation to give updated information on my pet (vaccine/was just spayed), the lady was extremely rude. Telling me, "we don't do that over the phone, that I didn't have a reservation, is this the 360 number that keeps calling (um yeah, wouldn't need to keep calling and leaving messages, if you just returned a phone call) and that I was not on the books, and therefore a new file needed to be created". I responded, that I had done this 2 months ago. Her reply "Well, did you get married?" No and if I had, I think I'd remember to mention this.She asked for my last name again, I gave it while she mocked me the entire time (like a child would do). Finally, someone found my file with the information. Not one time did anyone apologize.After this encounter, I tried calling to different kennels/house sitters, for them to either tell me they were full or with no given return call.Dropped off the family dog, customer service was okay. Three days later, went back to pick up our furry member and a MEAN sign was located on our dogs kennel.I inquired about what may have happened and nobody could tell me. Only lots of speculation. Doesn't anybody here keep records? Can you let owners know why this sign was put up. The sign still remains a mystery.Will NEVER go there again!Extremely rude and not well organized.

We board our dog here multiple times throughout the year. They have a great location that is secluded and safely tucked away. Our pet is a rescue who suffers with anxiety. The staff go out of their way to accommodate him and make him comfortable during his stay. The best part is they groom him right before we are scheduled to pick him up! We appreciate having a kennel that is kind, caring, flexible, safe and reliable. We drive out of our way to have him boarded here for the peace of mind it gives us to know he’s so well taken care of while we’re away.

We boarded our pittbull when we went on vacation. First time he was ever boarded and he did wounderful. A week prior to us leaving we had to put our other 2 pups down one was sick and the other was alot older and it was so hard on all of us. Makin tracks was so good to us and treated us like family. They sent us videos and pictures every day and made all of us feel a little better knowing he was doing good and having a great time there and being well taken care of. We would recommend anyone to go here they are wounderful!!! We love this place.

We've used Makin Tracks to board our dogs when we go away, for at least 10 years. They have always been wonderful. Great, animal loving staff. We've never had a problem. You can call and check on your pet while your away and they are always pleased to talk to you. Would highly recommend!

Over priced. They charged me $35 a day per dog (I had three staying) to all stay in an "apartment" I was told it was 35 for 3 three dogs not each? What a scam. They also didn't follow the feeding instructions, it was very simple. The "luxurious" apartment had a window, a toddler bed covered in a taped up garbage bag and a blanket on the floor. What a rip off!

Great place. They always take amazing care of our dog. We have a pit and other groomers won't groom him. Never an issue at makin tracks. Our dog always comes home happy.

Wish I could give negative stars. They did nothing right and when I went to pick my pup up the second time after they offered to fix the mistakes they made me pay another $65 to get her back! Money hungry and don't care about the welfare of your pets. Don't waste your time or hard earned money!! Your pet will thank you

I have 2 small dogs and they do an amazing job when I take them in to get groomed. They give my Pomeranian a teddy bear cut and it looks so nice!!
