This is an exceptional Dairy Queen because the staff is phenomenal! Top notch across the board. The staff was great, the place was clean (yes, even the bathrooms), and the food was prepared with care and precision. Absolutely exceptional! We would and will go out of our way to come back to this location! We would have taken pictures of the perfectly served hot and tastey food, it was so good, it didn't last long enough for me to retrieve my camera from the car. We ordered the chicken tenders meal with french fries, a double burger and a salad. The food was good and plentiful. The iced tea was brewed fresh. The salad was, crispy, and delicious. Thete was literally no wait at all. It was nice to hear the staff laughing instead of the usually hostile, aggressive screaming that accompanies this industry. This is an exceptional team of individuals who take pride in their customer service and customers! 6 stars in a 5-star world. I highly recommend it!Parking: There is plenty of free parking.Kid-friendliness: This team was very friendly toward the children who came in. There were specific menu items geared toward children. High chairs are available.

Ordered a custom cake 2 days in advance. A chocolate recees peanutbutter cup blizzard cake. It was not done when we got there. When it was "ready," it was very messy. There were no peanutbutter cup pieces or drizzle on top. Looked very rushed like they forgot to do it.

If I could give zero I would as if now will no longer use your location and go to the indiana location as for free cone day you would not give any other flavor than vanilla when all other locations give out twist. Chocolate or vanilla as choice. I know it is free but when locations all over even in other states give Chocolate as well why ever use the blairsville location again.

Poor quality and a bad attitudeWe came through mid day and it was not busy. They made a decent chocolate dipped cone but they handed over a small cherry dipped cone that was poorly made. The dip was so thin you could see right thru it.Both of our fries were placed in the bag upside down. One was a bacon queso fry so all of cheese was stuck in a corner of the box.We came back through the drive thru for a replacement cone and we were met with push back, " the topping is supposed to crack." Which wasn't the issue. Then they tried to give us a different flavor because they miss heard us. The girl at the drive thru looked at the sad cherry cone and said we can't take that back, rolled her eyes, then came back with a decent cherry dipped cone. At least it was dipped properly this time.This is the poorest quality food and experience I've ever encountered at a dairy queen. Thankful I don't live in this town and I won't be back if I'm ever in town again.

Don’t expect to be greeted. Expect condescending, rude, snarky attitude. The rudeness and ill tone will continue while you place your order and won’t be over till you leave the establishment. This is staff especially, Ashley M., needs to be retrained on customer service or at least read the dictionary on the word “polite”. The food is not worth it. Drive to another ice cream parlor.

We had ordered 2 Blizzards and a Dr. Pepper. Once we got to the window we could see that two girls were taking action on our order. We personally as the customer noticed that when our drink was being filled that the soda machine needed its syrup changed and that the Dr. Pepper looked flat. The workers questioned the drink then we heard “just send it out” and we received our order. To confirm our suspicions the drink was gross and since the workers knowingly gave us the poor drink just to fill our order we were very disappointed. Only rating 2 stars since the blizzards even though had ice cream on the sides of the cups were very good.

Dairy Queen has a No-Sugar added dilly bar that is a real treat when we stop to get something. They have a large selection of ice cream products including cakes.What surprises me is some Dairy Queen's will have only the drive-through window open, and many others also has the lobby area open. As a note, the restaurants I have been to did not have public restrooms available. I thought this odd, as I thought it was required if an establishment was serving hot food.

Ordered food.. had to wait in what it seemed forever to get... Understand that they are short staffed. Tried to order a couple different desserts and were out..Went to eat and checked my sandwich.. I had ordered ketchup pickle tomato ... Had an unbelievable amount of mayo( enough for at least 3 sandwiches on it )which I am allergic to.and fries cold(was less than 5 min away). Had to go back and wait again to have burger remade- no offer for trouble I went thru... I was on my work break,- 1/2 hr. and got about 3 minutes to eat... Used to be a regular there. NOT ANYMORE !!!

Tonight was my first time going to this dairy queen. They were super busy of course it's nice out and a Friday night. The line was crazy long. My daughter fell asleep while waiting. When it was my turn to finally order after being in line a half hour. They lady on the other end said please look over the menu and she would be right with me. The people 2 cars behind me were getting impatient and swearing complaining. Even with all this going on when I got to the window the girls were super nice gave my dog a treat and made sure I had everything I needed!! At first I had thoughts of never going back but because of them I will be returning and hopefully I get to see those two again!!! I feel bad I didn't get there names hopefully they see this if you were working on 4/9/21 around 8pm. Thank you!!!💜💜

There is a long wait so your hot food is cold and your soft serve is melted. There was no ice in the drink and they gave me the wrong flavor of soft serve. I wasn’t going to wait another 5 minutes for them to fix the flavor. Plus they over filled the toppings so that it ran over and didn’t give out any napkins. Then when I was leaving after eating in the parking lot, the garbage can was so full that there was garbage all over the ground in front of and around the can.

Okay, I get it. It’s October of 2021 and we are still suffering through COVID-19. Nonetheless, if precautions are taken, expectations set by management are followed through, I can’t imagine why the indoor seating at an establishment such as this would be closed. It is frankly unacceptable.Now, if even after all those considerations are taken into account you still feel strongly to keep your indoors closed, well then, step up your drive through game. The line stretching around the building and barely moving for a solid 5-7 minutes is unacceptable as well. The only times we moved forward were when two other vehicles left the line. We did the same realizing it really wasn’t worth our time to get food from this place with so many others in the area open for indoor traffic.Once I notice their indoor seating is open once more will be the next time I’ll consider giving them a try. I'm allergic to milk. My husband said we were going to sheetz and took me there. Nothing on menu for me so I'll be sick and unable to eat by the time he gets me home. Also, must note, did not see a single employee in the building.Parking: Curbside pick up took over the handicapped spots.🚫 ♿️ 🚫

I ordered a rotisserie chicken basket from this location. The extra toast I asked for was very hot with lots of butter however the fries I got were cold and tasted like leftovers from the night before. The grilled chicken was also lukewarm. Fresh food makes or breaks the meal, and it broke it with me.

We all got strawberry shakes and they barely has any strawberry flavor. They were getting ready to close, even had the drive thru lights off and still took our order. That was very nice, but also probably why the shakes were flavorless.

I wouldn't recommend. The staff are rude and (this has happened more than once) they forget to include the ice cream with certain meals (esp kids). Even dining inside, we received wrong items, were missing items and the staff were really rude when we asked for the ice cream/returned wrong food. Long wait lines, you aren't acknowledged when you walk in and the atmosphere is bad due to attitudes. The dining area itself is pretty, but not very clean.

I ordered a chicken strip basket and a blizzard, the lady that took my order was rude. The fries, toast, and chicken strips were cold. The blizzard was basically soup. Don’t know what’s happened to this location, but it’s trash now and nothing is done the way it used to be. If I could give 0 stars I would.
