My husband and I stopped at autozone in Blairsville after buying our new jeep and the store manager Gary greeted us as soon as we walked in. We told Gary about a few things we were looking for and he went above and beyond while helping us choose products and parts, sharing his own experience with the products as well as other customer reviews. He made sure we knew what brands had sales going on to help us save money on things we were going to be purchasing anyway. He even put our new wiper blades on for us! It was truly an easy and enjoyable shopping experience and would definitely recommend stopping in for any of your auto needs!

I want to thank Gary the manager and Tyler at the Blairsville, pa store for all of there help!!!!! They helped me with my new battery for my truck and i also need a new starter for it and Tyler even got under my truck to get it started for me. and Gary the store manager ordered me a starter for my truck. They are very kind every time I go into the store. I don't go to other auto part stores because they treat me very well and with respect. Thank you guys again. Keep up the great customer service. šŸ‘

I came into this AutoZone 2 weeks ago with my friend and this AutoZone has the best vibes. They are super knowledgeable and super helpful. You can tell that they have fun and are great with people. Ben B. helped my friend that first time I came in with her. I came in a week later by myself because my check engine light came on. Ben B. helped me this time. He ran the check engine diagnostic and the code indicated that I needed a new gas cap. He took off the old one for me and replaced it with the new one. He also helped me with picking out bright low beams and installing them. He's so helpful, approachable, and super easy going to interact with and have a conversation with. We talked about programming an additional car remote for me and materials needed for a paint job. When he didn't have the answer, instead of assuming and steering me in potentially the wrong direction, he checked-in with others to make sure he was giving me the correct answer. They are an awesome bunch there and I recommend you stopping by for help with your car needs. Whenever I am in the area and in need, they are my go-to moving forward.

Ordered and paid for a part and ended up being in the hospital. Went to pick the part up and was told it was sent back. An absolute joke. I can see if something wasnā€™t paid for to be sent back but this was paid for! Never going back. They Lost a good customer

Brake light burned out on the driver's side. We couldn't get the cover off to change it. The two employees who got it off were fantastic! They then replaced the bulb quickly. We highly recommend Blairsville Auto Zone

While the associates are usually nice, most of the time they are clueless when it comes to automotive parts. The computer system often has parts under the wrong numbers, so if you order part A, what actually comes in is part B. Many times I've ordered a part, called ahead to make sure they had it in stock, went to the store, and the part was the wrong part. And the associates know no better. They don't know what the different parts are, so they can't identify if a part is incorrect. When your only vehicle is down and you just need that ONE part, you go to get it after being told it's there & it's NOT..... that can be quite frustrating. If known they didn't have the part, you could've ordered it online from some where else & had it already. In a situation like above, it's wasted time that a lot of people don't have when they have to get their sole vehicle up & running so that they can get to work. And this hasn't happened to me & others I know, only once. It has happened many, many times. It has taken 3 tries before they've gotten the correct part in! That equals DAYS with your vehicle down when it could've been repaired and on the road sooner. I try to avoid Auto Zone and only get stuff from them if it's a last resort.

I want to thank Ross Bailey,CJ Rose, Krystal Nicole, Wayne Glunt, Bob Carney and Jessie Mcmman I wouldn't be back on the road with out you guys I broke down in Blairsvill and got towed their I'm not from here but they got what I needed helped more than anyone could ask for from letting me stay in there parking lot the last 2 days too helping every little bit they are great people and know alot there are not enough thanks and appreciate I can give you

Knowledgeable staff, helpful people. My dad being a bit of a tree shade mechanic has taught me to be somewhat prepared when traveling. Having tools on hand to fix (or attempt to fix) just about any minor repair work on a vehicle. The downside is not knowing exactly what the problem is. The morning after a stay at the Days Inn just down the road my car refused to turn over. Thinking that the starter died since I still had power to the lights. I asked the Front desk staff directions to the the closest auto store. Luck would have it they sent me to this AutoZone. After hearing the problem I was experiencing they quickly deduced that what was actually wrong with my car was the starter solenoid. After putting in the new part it started with out a problem. And in one fell swoop they saved me from a bunch of meaningless work, time, and money. Thumbs up to the staff here.

Most of the employees here are VERY helpful and try their hardest. Thereā€™s just one in particular that rolls his eyes and huffs every time you ask him for something. This would be a great place to go if not for that. My fiancĆ© and I spend a lot of money in this store and for him to act like that is just beyond me.

Honestly I cannot thank Sam and the other gentleman enough who helped me today. After a long shift at the hospital my serpentine belt snapped on 22 right near AutoZone. I was able to enter the store and be helped immediately by Sam. He came out and took one look under the hood and confirmed my belt had indeed snapped. He quickly found the replacement part and we both headed outside. I asked him if he was going to help me put it on and he said of course! He and another gentlemen worked for over an hour to get the belt on my Ford Escape (7 pulleys, total nightmare belt pattern) and were kind, courteous and reassuring the entire time. Once they got the belt on they had me test the gas a bit to see how everything was looking and they said I was all good to go! I feel so grateful to these two guys - after such a long day and being totally exhausted the last thing I needed to deal with on my way home was my vehicle breaking down. These two are lifesavers and I just canā€™t thank them enough! I am absolutely going take any future business I have to this store!!

The service here was insane. We pulled up with a broken AC and the guy came out and helped us diagnose the problem, which is more than our mechanic has ever done. He even sold us freon then let us return the open can when it turned out that the freon wasn't the problem.

I was there I was greeted by a man named derek help helped me so much. I said I need brake rotors he gave me a deal for 2 rotors and a set of break pads and another deal for maintaining my truck oil change deal with air filter it all came out to be $137. I used to shop at ANG and if I got it there it would of been $300 something. I would recommend Auto Zone for and vehicle needs. Derek seemed to really care about getting me as much as he could at a good price.

Good service overall. "Ben Herr" is a true professional,quick,accurate and knowledgeable. Good stock of common parts.. only downside is not much of a selection of performance parts but the other local stores are the same or less.

Yea the employees are very nice and helpful. But the manager does not give out items that customers ask for, so if you know the manager and donā€™t like him he will not help you out. :)

So let's talk about my experience with AutoZone in Blairsville .. I pulled into the parking lot and my car just died there .. My alternator went .. yup sure did .. leaving for the beach in 2 days .. what the Sam hell do I do .. well needless to say I didn't need to do anything .. Brandon and Wayne jus went to it .. changed it for me right there in the parking lot in 95 deg. heat . Wayne used his personal truck to jump my car .. Brandon's laying there under my hot car ... Jen helped me inside and came outside and helped clean up .. EVERYONE was amazingly nice .. I owe them a HUGE THANK U !!! And some Chinese ! See ya after the Beach peeps ! šŸ˜

Worst store ever. You call ahead and tell them your coming to get parts to go head and pull them. They never do. Then you got to go through everything you just did on the phone and 3/4 of the time you can hear everyone talking in the back no one up front then the stand there and argue for another 5 minutes about who's going to go up front and help Customers.

Sign on door says everyone wears masks to protect workers and patrons. Not 1 employee was wearing a mask and 3 other patrons in store not wearing either. Not very friendly either, maybe because we were wearing masks?

Went for conventional motor oil, 10w40. They had 1 quart. Gallons of synthetic in all blends. Surprised and disappointed.

I donā€™t like ordering parts from here, because when I have they are wrong, Like my 1991 305 Chevy small block timing chain. I did get a good deal on a top end gasket kit and they have a good choice of tools as well.

Although they were being very helpful in trying to help me locate the proper belt diagram for my outlander they gave me the wrong belt then ordered me the wrong tensioner pulley which the one i needed ended up being discontinued but by receiving the wrong parts it put me 3 days behind on getting it fixed.

Best AutoZone I've ever been to! Courteous and friendly staff that were well managed -and were knowledgeable in parts -and had excellent prices on the parts I needed. I will definitely go back to this auto parts store in Blairsville again!
