I do not care for a groomer who works alone due to home distractions with possibility of dog being alone. I took my dog there one day and she. was outside helping someone in the car. I looked in the grooming room and there was a small dog suspended in the sling unattended .

Jody is so good with the pets. She knows her stuff and I have never had a bad cut on my dog. Mine has since passed, but when I'm ready for another, I hope they'll be a spot available for grooming for me.

Jody has been taking care of my basset hounds' nails for years now, and we all just LOVE her! One of my hounds passionately hates having his paws touched, and has tried to bite me in the past when I tried to do his nails. He never has any problems with "Miss Jody" - she has the magic touch!

Simply by the way the "wonderful Jody", ( claimed by other reviews) answered the phone I knew right away I was not interested in becoming a new client. I did not even think I was calling a business. With the attitude of answering hello like it was a chore to barking at me because she couldn't hear me completely turned me off. When I'm spending good money to send my 3 dogs to a groomer I expect professionalism and care even when answering a phone. No thank you.
