I have a 3-year-old dog that I've been taking to Carolyn’s Pretty Pups since she was about 6 months old, and they have been consistently amazing since the beginning! We adore everyone at Carolyn’s for their loving, kind, and professional service. The quality of their work is exceptional, and our dog truly enjoys her "spa" days with them. They have always been flexible with our schedule and their prices are very reasonable. After trying other groomers with disappointing experiences, we are loyal to Carolyn’s Pretty Pups because they are simply outstanding! I firmly believe they are top-notch in their field!

I would highly recommend Victoria at Carolyn's Pretty Pups to anyone who wants a "show dog" look for their pet. I've had a couple of others groom Max and he just doesn't look the handsome dog he is. Max has been groomed here since 2012 first by Carolyn and then Victoria. They are the best!!

Absolutely amazing place to take your dog. I have a Yorkie and I'm very particular on how I like her groomed and trimmed. Each and everytime I go to pick her up, she looks exactly how I wanted. The groomers are very compassionate, gentle, and talented. You can tell they enjoy what they do. They always welcome you with a smile too.

My Dusty is a lot of work for them. He has a lot of hair and is a big boy. They do a great job and are very kind. I'd highly recommend Caroline's!

They always do a fantastic job on my golden retriever! I’ve gone when her fur is healthy and knot free, and also when her full has quite a few matts. She always comes out looking beautiful.

I just brought my pom Vincent home from Carolyn's Pretty Pups and once again they have done a beautiful job. He looks so handsome.They have been grooming him for many years and I always enjoy seeing him right after the transformation has been made. Carolyn and her employees do a fantastic job with our dog, Sousa. He's a black lab mix and we have taken him to them since we first got him. He's now 14 years old and Victoria or Carolyn typically handle him as he's gotten a bit weaker in his hind legs over the years and requires a bit more time, patience, and TLC when being groomed. Regardless, they have given him the best care possible and groom him so that he looks great every time! In fact, if they see something concerning, they always bring it to our attention. We couldn't have asked for not only a better groomer for our dog, but even just great dog loving people! We have recommended their service to several of our friends and will continue to do so!

Our Cocoa and Jersey needed a new groomer after their wonderful, caring groomer passed away. We went to a groomer who after a few visits told me that I needed to sedate my dogs for their next visit. I certainly didn't want to drug my furbabies. So I looked at the reviews for Carolyn's Pretty Pups and saw that my coworker wrote a positive review. I called Carolyn's Pretty Pups, and Carolyn spoke so kindly to me and reassured me that they had plenty of experience with problem dogs and that they wouldn't need me to sedate Cocoa or Jersey for grooming. I felt so relieved. When my daughter and I took Cocoa and Jersey, we were greeted and reassured Cocoa and Jersey would be fine. We were so happy when we picked them up and heard that they were good for their grooming. They both looked adorable. Chris was even able to brush their teeth! I definitely recommend Carolyn's Pretty Pups for your furbaby's grooming! They also gave us a gift bag with gourmet puppy treats!

Carolyn and her helpers are always very friendly. I always get a reminder call which is so helpful! They are so gentle with my Sophie who in the beginning was quite the barker. There is always a treat for the dogs which she loves and a cute lil bandanna to go home with! I would recommend Carolyn's for all your grooming needs!

Carolyn has been taking care of our neurotic little Maggie since she was just a puppy. After 11 years, Maggie still freaks out on every trip to see Miss Carolyn, but it's not because of Carolyn's compassion. The caring and quality care that we receive from Carolyn and all her staff is top notch!

Response to Diane's discount pet supplies and "adoption center". I'm the one who adopted Sadie the hound. I NEVER threatened to take her to a kill shelter. I bought the food they told me she had been eating and was feeding that to her. Not to mention she was extremely skinny when I got her. She should have had weight put back on her before being put up for adoption unless she had a health condition that prevented her from gaining weight. She had extremely bad diarrhea when I brought her home which I thought was just from her being nervous from the change. The diarrhea continued for a few days so I decided to take her to my vet. Thats a lie that my vet said she was healthy. My vet put her on medication and continued to have diarrhea after the medication. My vet felt there was something else going on with her. This so called adoption center sold me a sick dog. I felt so bad that I had to take her back to that place but I was 8 months pregnant at the time and didn't have the time to take care of a sick dog which shouldn't have been sold to me in the first place. True rescue centers evaluate and keep dogs in a foster home until they are health and temperament checked and ready to be adopted. This was 3 years ago and I'm not sure why it's being posted on my mom's buisness reviews. This has nothing to do with her or her buisness.

We brought our 14 year old Aussie (who is going blind/deaf) here for the first time, and she seemed to love it! Staff treated her like their own, and they were extremely careful with her weak legs. We will be back for sure.

This groomer is not dog friendly! She and her daughter adopted a sweet hound from a rescue I work with and then threatened to take her to a kill shelter after a week because she had diarrhea. Diarrhea which was caused from her daughter allowing the dog to eat what her current dog was eating. She then posted negative reviews and harassed and threatened the adoption center because the recue would not refund her daughters $200 adoption fee. Her own vet. said the dog was healthy except for diarrhea. The sweet hound was adopted by a wonderful person. Her diarrhea was cured in 2 days just by giving her the food she was accustomed to eating and she remains 100% housebroken and happy in her forever home.

They do a great job. I have a rag doll cat that has to be groomed. They made her feel at ease when they groomed her into a lion cut. That wasn't always the case with others.

My dog has been going here over a year and today her ear was cut. Ok no big deal things happen cuts heal. They didn't say anything when we picked her up. When I called to voice my disappointment I was told it didn't bleed and that my dog squirms to much..and they only say something when it bleeds. The owner kept repeating this and insisting it wasn't cut and at no point in time tried to handle the situation in any sort of professional way. The owner said “whatever go somewhere else” and hung up on me. I went to the shop to show them the ear that was cut and they insisted it wasn't. The owner had her two employees look at it and spoke for them saying "there's no cut there right” of course they say nothing I don't blame them. They do a fine job cutting your dogs hair. The owner however handles herself very unprofessionaly when a client has an issue with something they did. I'm a reasonable person who really only wanted an apology and acknowledgement that they should have and would notify me if something like that happened again. Go at your own risk and dont ignore reviews from others who experienced the same treatment.Update....my dog needed 2 stitches. I guess the vet must also be wrong. Btw check out yelp where there are others who have had similar experiences with this owner when their dogs were nicked or cut. Nothing was said when she was picked up because my wife had an infant in her arms. When she got home and we saw dried blood that’s when we noticed she was cut. Accidents happen but wow when an business owner handles a situation in this way and then lies and argues with a client online its a shame.

They charged me $25 above the quoted price and took an hour longer than anyone else we've taken out dog to.When questioned about the over charge they were extremely rude.What a shame because they are just over a mile from our house .
