Kevin and Barbara have been wonderful in taking care of our two dogs. Its very affordable, and the peace of mind is priceless. I really like using the video cameras to check in on our dogs. Our furry children always come back happy and they're excited to go back!

It's difficult to quantify or put into words how thankful I am for having found Buddy's Pet Resort. The owners, Kevin and Barbara, are absolutely amazing. Their love for animals is evident and their professional experience, impressive. Buddy's boarding facility included fences that kept our dogs safe and secure with their own private area to run/play, as well as a video-accessible security system. While away on vacation, I was able to login to an app and see our 3 large furbabies (Rottweiler, Cane Corso, German Shepherd) on camera! Our entire family would pass the phone around and smile to watch them; it gave us all a beautiful start and end to each day.I don't leave reviews for establishments very often. However, our experience with Buddy's Pet Resort services has been far too good to not share!

Buddy’s pet resort is fantastic! We hate not being able to bring our dog with us on vacation but anytime we do we make sure we book in advance for Buddy’s. They’ve always have taken great care of our dog and the live webcam into the kennels to check in on our pup is a bonus.

I absolutely love Buddy's! Kevin and His Wife are amazing! They are super sweet! I have been using this Pet Resort for 3 years now. We can go on vacation and be at ease Knowing Zeke is in Good Hands. I will always recommend them!

I had Kevin come out to my house to groom my cat, with the mobile grooming service. He was very pleasant to work with. I stayed in the van the whole time holding my cat while he groomed her. He was gentle and very patient with my cat and me. It was my first time having her groomed so he made sure I was happy with what he was doing. Overall great experience.

Kevin and Barbara are amazing people. My one dog is afraid of men and has separation anxiety but not with Kevin or Barb. He’s so happy and let’s Kevin pet him and handle him. For my other dogs they always happy when leaving. I love how they are so flexible with time and last minutes dates. I am so blessed to have found a place that my one dog does not feel afraid or scared.

Very friendly on the phone, and accommodates same day reservations. After arriving, it's apparent why, however. If your dog has any ounce of anxiety this isn't the place for you. We ended up leaving, and just changing our travel plans. The facility is also pretty run down compared to other local facilities, and is disappointing. Instead of settling to book here, we'll give ourselves more time to book at any of the other local day care facilities.

They took excellent care of my pet. She had never been to a kennel, and she was there an extended time of stay. The owners and staff have a real affection for animals, as well as a program that shares your pet's stay with you.

We took our dog there overnight and have rebooked for November. The staff was very helpful and informative, as we have never boarded before. They were patient for Duke to warm up to them as to not cause him any more anxiety. We will definitely be back. We have found his home away from home!

We and our 3 dogs love this place. They are very flexible and helpful. Always respond to my emails, calls and texts. Kevin(owner) and other girls who work there are very sweet and helpful. Thanks for being there when we need it.

Horrible place! Lost our 1 year old puppies within 20 minutes of dropping them off. Our puppies were lost in the woods. The owners didn’t show any concerns about them. The lady on her phone the whole time, getting the mail, taking out the trash etc. The other owner looked a hand full of times. I found one of the puppies within 1 hour of being there. It took us 6 1/2 hours to find our other Toy poodle. Devastating! We thought we will never see our puppy again. My husband , and kids didn’t give up. 3 days later I haven’t yet got a call from them to check up on our puppy. Awful. Don’t take your dogs here. If I can give it no stars I would.

These folks are my Christmas angels. I called the stefko office in Bethlehem on 12/23 at 3:30pm checking if they had space for the night till 12/25 or 12/26 since most places aren’t open on Christmas day. I had never been before. I forgot my original appointment at another kennel that closed by 12pm that day for the holidays. I was told about the temperment test since it is more of a sectioned off setting and dogs interract. My fur baby didn’t pass and I was so grateful they even checked on such short notice. Everywhere else I called said they were full and there was a process that needed an appointment etc. After I went home withmy furbaby I called a few more places with no luck. I surprisingly and happily received a call from The owner whom which I spoke with when I first called the Bethlehen location. She asked if I wanted to try the Birdsboro location that we discussed earlier and was an hour away from me. They also offer transportation. Plus I could get my Pup back on Christmas day. An amazing addition to all this there is an app they use with 4 cameras fur parents can use to see their dogs as they play outside. So grateful to their dedication and availability.

Vinny(Golden doddle)loves Kevin, after he was at petsmart for over seven hours to get groomed we started using Buddy's and Vinny comes out of the van wagging his tail and running around happy as can be.

Normally I wouldn't leave a review for a place I had never been to, but when I called, they needed to meet my dog before boarding (normal) only because of the breed. I am not inclined to trust someone with my pet if they have breed restrictions.

Called and made an appointment a couple of weeks ago and said please do not make an appointment if you cannot keep it and please do not cancel the appointment.Just got a phone call and email that my appointment for tomorrow has been cancelled yet again.I'm done. Taking my business elsewhere.
