I shop there often spending a far amount monthly in that store. I did prefer going there for all my paper goods etc over Walmart. The reason I shop there was because I was never given a hard time about a mask. Not sure why the sudden change but I walked in a few weeks ago getting blasted for not wearing a mask. The lady argued with me. The CDC just released no masks if vaccinated. She was nasty and mean and I told here I will spend my money elsewhere. It’s sad to me that this corporation has changed the policy all the sudden. They went from hassle free to harassing me. Even when masks are lifted as they have been due to vaccination I will never step foot in there again.

I chose to go to Family Dollar over Kennie's Market to grab some milk since I thought it might be quicker. That was a poor decision on my part. However it taught me a lesson. The older female cashier was so rude and difficult to deal with in this simple transaction. it definitely taught meto use Kenny's market or just drive a little further and go to Walmart. the convenience of this little overpriced storein Biglerville does not outweigh the horrible customer experienceI had to buy a simple gallon of milk.On that note, let me explain how great Kennie's markets are. The prices are competitive, the store does not smell like like severe chemicals and it is always clean, unlike Family Dollar. Kenny has a great assortment and the staff are always pleasant. Thank you Kennie's !

Well the l cashier at family dollar in biglerville made me mad this morning so I will be calling in to main office and be complain about her I was useing my card it didn’t go through 2 times it was my ebt card and she says do you have another way pay I said no she say well that’s not going through she didn’t say sorry nothing she is all ways rude to me so I will be calling

Two ladies working there last night SUPER RUDE, It was 9:48 pm when i stopped in last night and they had the doors locked already! i need medicine for my toddler and I due to a high fever. I told the lady through the window that there was still 12 mins left until 10 and she just laughed and said sorry.

Store smells very strongly of chemicals, and cardboard brought home smells strongly of perfume. Unsure if it was stuck in my nose or the cereal tasted of perfume as well.

I love the family dollar store I shop there all the tike for my family. Things that i get there are three times cheaper then my grocery store so it saves me at least a quarter of my usual grocery bill which is a lot right now.

Great store terrible cashier person unbelievably rude to my wife and then to me the young man with glasses needs to be fired. Ruined our visit completely.

I find this very upsetting that I have been calling family dollar biglerville for over a week and get no answer what kind of store don't answer a phone find it weird daughter has OTC card can buy products and it uses the card can go back to store next day but same product with OTC on it they say won't pay thinking am getting ripped off

Not a bad place to go for convenience purposes but their prices are no better than Walmarts. Actually many of the items they sell are cheaper at Walmart
