Went in for a cup of ice, added a little less than half a cup of root beer for a hint of flavor, I mainly just like the ice, I get to counter and ask how much it is for mainly ice and the older lady with gray hair charged me 1.60$…? I laughed because a few times before that I went in for a few things and she didn’t charge me for the ice, she was busy with boxes and stuff behind the counter and told me that it was mainly ice and to go ahead. The other cashiers don’t charge for ice either. As I was counting out the change I mentioned how the other people don’t charge for ice and she said that she isn’t them and looked at the other (new cashier) smiling ?!?! So I gave her 1.80$ and said they needed it more than me. Why act like that when you know it’s rude, you’re going to see me again and again and it’s going to be weird for her now. That’s extreme and very unprofessional as she acted like an old grump, while a new hire was watching!! It might be time to call it lady! Smile and act polite, the world needs it.

Just went in there to get a few things and the prices they have over at the tobacco on the shelf is either a dollar to two dollar more than the shelf price. The lady didn't have a badge and since there are cameras I'll be sure at 8am since she claims the boss was in I'll be sure to talk to him. Because she was very ignorant. Unprofessional with no name tag and also very rude attitude. It's their job to make sure the system prices and shelf prices are the same. When they are not then the shelf price is what you receive. I have dealt with that now for a month. It's a shame to have to tell people how to do their job.

Went there a week ago for coffee , I was surprised the floor was clean around the coffee island along with the island ; unlike some stores, and the coffee was great!! Thank u 7/11

Never been to this small town 7-11 before, but I felt like I was home walking in. Staff was amazingly polite and friendly to talk to and ask questions. Plus great deals on drinks to keep hydrated, major plus!
