Please read the whole review to understand just how incredibly awesome this company is.Initial review (01/11/2021 ~11:00 am)This company literally picked up the phone and hung up on me without saying a word and then subsequently blocked my number during initial contact. Disgustingly horrendous service.Edit #1 (01/11/2021 ~7:00 pm) I updated this once already at about noon, but it looks like it didn’t stick for some reason. In any case, they called back and said that it was a system malfunction because I didn’t have a local area code in combination with a secretary’s mistake. They proceeded to really go to bat and help me. Turns out Gordon has absolutely fantastic customer service and work ethic. I was floored by how he went out of his way to help me way above the call of duty after apologizing quite satisfactorily for the earlier misunderstanding. I’m so glad to be doing business here and look forward to getting my phone fixed!
