Just picked up my sandwich and this will be the last time I order from here. My coworkers and I have noticed the quality of the food going down and still we've ordered. Today I picked up my American hoagie and can barely eat it, it's so dry no oil and vinegar, way to many onions and where are the tomatoes??? Not worth wasting my lunch time, and definitely not worth the $$$

Very slow the red head/ ginger gentleman working the counter is very rude and disrespectful. Inaccurate wait times they will have you sitting there 10 minutes before they tell you it's going to be awhile before they can make your 1 sub. They turn grubhub Doordash uber drivers away or tell them they will get to them when they get to them. I've been to this establishment many times and each time is the same. I won't be returning anymore the subs ain't good enough for the wait or aggravation.

Ehh, not great. There was too much bread which wouldn't be terrible but the taste was subpar. The cheese was cut very thick, probably to pad the sandwich and make up for lack of meat and the taste overpowered the whole sub. The pickles and 'hot' banana peppers were flavourless like they've been sitting around way too long. My company bought us lunch so the price point didn't affect me and I didn't pick them up so I can't tell if that mean blonde from the other reviews was working the cash register. I would certainly never spend my own money here. If you want to support a local business, try Dave's deli in Bethlehem but if you insist on going to a chain, Jersey Mike's blows this place out of the water.

The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because this is my first bad experience with this Primo location. I picked up my order, got home, unwrapped it, and said to myself, "this doesn't even look like a primo but late night wawa". To start, it isn't even the usual seeded Italian crusted bun that Primo is known for. What even is this that is holding my lunch? Then on top of that, it is completely smooshed down like someone crushed it. Second, the lunch meat is more sliced than the usual thin slice/chipped. Third, everything is soggy-the bun, the lettuce, etc, and the tomatoes are just thrown on top instead of being in the sandwich. It said on my online order I couldn't pick up until an hour away from when I was ordering. I arrived 8 minutes early and my order was already sitting there. So how long ago was my order made?! If I wasn't starving and had somewhere else to get to, I would have gotten back in my car, drove back and asked them to remake my order. This was nowhere near what a Primo hoagie is supposed to be and was not worth the price. I'm w to pay more money for better quality food, but today was nothing more than a gas stop hoagie and not worth what I paid. From other recent reviews, it seems this location has been having quality issues. Pictures included.

Bottom line: The food is pretty good. For the price point, I would have liked fresher bread. It was a little stale and hard. There is quite a bit of meat on the hoagie though. I'll be back, it's just a little pricey for what you get.

The hoagies are way over priced. We ordered a turkey and cheese, I had asked 3 t times to add oregano but after the cashier kept asking I gave up. My husband ordered the Philly cheese steak and after we waited 15 minutes it came out cold and the cheese was unmelted. He asked to reheat and they had an attitude. The quality and taste are least desirable as well. This was our first visit and will be our last.

I have gone to this location now twice and both times I picked my order up and it was incorrect and cross contaminated with other foods. The first time we ordered a hoagie without cheese because my husband is allergic. Get home and there is cheese on it. second time ordered a steak sandwich no cheese or marinara sauce and we open it up and there is marinara sauce all over the bottom of the roll plus the steak was cold. Both time nobody from management was there and not could I ever speak to the owner after calling multiple times. Of course they blame it on a staff shortage however both times I waited longer than usual which I have no issue with if they are short staffed but then get my order correct but instead both times I had to drive 20 mins back to get my order corrected! I also reached out to corporate but no response!

Grabbed some lunch here today. The place is beautiful and it smells exactly how you want a deli to smell. The young woman at the counter was anything but pleasant. We looked at the menu as she helped a few other customers and showed no enthusiasm or customer service skills. She was wearing an air pod and didn't seem like she at all wanted to be there. I started to worry about the quality of the food that we were about to get but the sandwiches were actually fantastic. The bread made the whole experience worth it. We got a meatball, a veggie diablo and a small abruzzi to try together. Everything was great. The Abruzzi was nice and garlicky. The diablo had great flavor however wasn't quite spicy enough to earn the name in my book. The meatball was classic and delicious. Loved the sharp Provolone they use. Will definitely be ordering again.

recently purchased a Mild Sharp Italian sub like I ALWAYS do with oil, vinegar & seasonings only to question what I really received. Tasted like a ham & cheese with oil. Found one oh-so-paper thin slice of Capicola. There was no evidence of Italian flavor anywhere. This sub was always to die for but something has happened. The bread seems different as well. While I enjoy sesame this roll nearly pulled my teeth out. I had to rip and pull like never before. So disappointed. Probably the last time I will order from Primo. The guy at the register was very pleasant.Parking: parking was not an issue.

I would go to the catasauqua pa. location frequently and I have stopped for several reasons. 1) the prices have outrageously increased. 2) they don’t wear hair nets. 3) they kept the walls blocking how the food is prepared. 4) the manager has always looked miserable working there. 5) they give the wrong order more than often and the reviews confirm this one. 6) the members point system is a joke! Once you reach that goal you get $10 off not a free sandwich! For what it cost for one sandwich I can feed up to three when I make it myself and I don’t have to deal with attitudes. So if you are concerned about sales going down take the advice from reviews and you will see an increase of customers. Most importantly Service with a Smile!!!! We work hard for the money we choose to spend!I’m adding to this review because if you all noticed the only reply that was given was from Manager and he/she only commented on the price. No comment on attitude from the owner of Catassaqua road Bethlehem location or the fact that they don’t wear hair nets and hide behind barriers while they make the sandwiches. Hey Manager keep your disingenuous response!! I hope none of you reading this get sick and if you do well you have been warned!!Parking: There’s enough space to park.

Great foods. Little understaffed at times. Just gotta have a little patience with the wait. Definitely made to order. Always fresh. Price to quantity ratio a little off but still good!

Primos was always my go to for a great hoagie. Not anymore. There was barely any meat and cheese in this sandwich. I was shocked to pay over $30 for 2 primo size sandwiches and it was mostly bread! I understand costs of everything has gone up, but to rip your customers off like this isn’t the answer.

Food is always good, even if the prices are high. The price isn’t why I took away stars, it’s because the blonde at the register needs to re-evaluate her attitude. I watched her roll her eyes at the man in front of me because she forgot half his order and then proceed to tell me “we don’t have veggie hoagies never did”. So of course I showed her where it was ON THE MENU. Don’t give me attitude because you’re mad at your life choices. Based off reviews, I can see her bubbly personality is a daily thing. (Maybe take girlie off the register). I’ll go out of my way now to go to the one in Allentown, where they’re always pleasant.

I had a roast beef schwartzie for the first time and it was the best I’ve ever had! We also scored some free bread ends. Very friendly staff and incredible food :)

We ordered via GrubHub and when our order finally came one of our orders was completely wrong. Our ticket/receipt was correct but the sandwhich wasnt what we ordered. We called primos and they put us on hold multiple times. Eventually the girl on the phone said "well we see your ticket and we know that's what we made. You'll have to drive down here to prove it's wrong." Fine, we drove down to the shop. The young blonde girl at the counter already seemed annoyed and miserable when we showed up. Finally they said would make our correct order. No apology. After getting the correct sandwich we asked for some sort of refund because we paid for delivery service and the store made us drive to and from the restaurant because of their error. They insisted they did nothing wrong and didn't owe us anything because they remade it. The girl said her manager said "nothing can be done and if we are unhappy to take it up with GrubHub". We left and told them we wouldnt be returning. Very unprofessional that this establishment wouldn't take accountability for their error. GrubHub did their job, you did not. And when we confronted you about the problem you insisted that we were lying. I've been purchasing primos for years. This experience ruined the entire franchise. Poor management and leadership makes for poor customer service.

Used to be really good and filling. Went there all the time. Not going to anymore. It's like eating a dry bread sandwich with very little meat n cheese brown lettuce, brown onion, and paper thin tomatoes.YUCK 🤮. LOUSY WHAT A SHAME. WAS MY FAVORITE PLACE. NOT ANYMORE.

The staff was exceptionally pleasant to speak with. Although, my hoagie was 60% bread, dry, and sad-looking. I had a turkey primo hoagie with lettuce, sweet peppers, spices, oil, vinegar, and extra mayo. Very confused as to how it was so dry with the bread being hard.. almost crispy-- even though it wasn't toasted. LOL Overall, would rate 4/10 scale if I could, because it was edible & the staff was super sweet. Shout out to the staff <33 They may be the reason I try again :)

My dad got a vegetarian sandwich that had hot peppers in it as mentioned by me.. he described to me about 4 to 6 inch pepper that was in his sub with a dried out coating .. he said it looked like nothing he seen before in the pepper family... and they claim not to put oil on it but even if it wasn't oil inflicted it was the water from the peppers

my pathetic sandwich looked like an elementary school cafeteria hoagie, except less meat and toppings on this one. The staff was rude and told me to return the sandwich for a redo, but when I arrived at 7:45 the store was closed.

I get sub's in Philly and Wilmington De with as much meat or more and quality meat.that cost a lot less and they're bigger. Primo taste very good but at a hire price for a smaller sandwich.

Went from being my favorite place, to a place I won't go anymore. Horrible experience. Ordered 2 subs, one of them being an "Old World Meatball". Was told 20 minutes, I got there in 10, and to my delight; the subs were done already.I asked for both of the subs to be cut, neither were. I bit into my meatball sub, and there wasn't a hint of warmth. Tasted terrible after microwaving it of course. Bad sub, bad experience. Won't be returning to a place I've been praising for 10 or so years...

Was 5 stars until we waited 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches while 3 staff members stood around looking lost and not doing anything.Their website says they deliver but they don't anymore. The website also does not work for ordering so we had to call. The girl was rude both on the phone and when we went to pick up the food.Delicous sandwiches is all I got to say. Wide variety of different hoagies, subs, grinders and what not. Each one is hand made with top shelf deli meats and cheese. Store is very clean, and staff is very helpful. Never had a problem at any of their stores.
