Love my PetSmart Store. I always find everything I need for my baby feline, We feed him The best BlueBuffalo food for him, especially when you have a picky eater cat. But we ALWAYS DO OUR BEST TO SPOIL AND MAKE HIM FEEL HAPPY AND HEALTHY 💖🐈‍⬛🐾👍💯

The prices for my stock items such as kitty litter were MUCH better here than my normal "box store" prices. Nice to have options to purchase online or pickup at the store. Friendly and knowledgeable staff was a bonus. Ended up also buying two cat “trees” for two rescue kitties that we are domesticating in our detached garage. What a hit!

Lady opening the store is very rude . Doors were open at 9:00am so I walked in. She got upset and said they are not open yet and I have to get out. Could of been handled better and will take my business elsewhere

Happy after his grooming appointment. I don’t believe I’ve ever given Julia enough credit for doing such and amazing job with Bob. Bob has been going to PetSmart since he was 10weeks old (yes, since he came home) he got his first cut there. He’s only received 3cuts place else due to scheduling conflicts and all have been traumatizing to say the least. I think he’s been with Julia for the last year and some change of his life, he’s a over 2 now. She never disappoints and we all love her (BOB THE MOST).

My favorite pet store. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The store has a good variety of tropical fish. Supplies are always stocked and the store is neat and clean.

They did wonderful job on my dog hair cut ... They made my dog comfortable but I don't think fair for first time customer don't get a discount. And they charge me 100.00 when it suppose to be 91.00 on app . But it whatever . I'm going take him to the on Nazareth ... Cuz it cost too much Uber money ... Or try somewhere else that cheaper ..

Be prepared to grab a shopping cart if you're a new dog owner like myself because they got everything! I went to buy one thing and left there with a whole bunch of stuff I needed for my new goldendoodle, Nino. It was worth it!

Wait a while (10mins)to be attend at the aquarium.the lady who work there totally ignores me.i purchased fish food and head out.Guy at register offered to call someone.which I declined...customer service is deficient..There are plenty other places to get fish around the valley.and here they are Lil pricey too..now I understand why their parking lot were empty

Had to wait for someone to come to the fish section. They should really mark or take off the label when they are out of shrimp. Did come out with two female Bettas though.

Brought little Gerty in for a bath and shave. They didn't have the correct instruments to shave my her and this is how she came back. I have been taking her to PetSmart since I got got her and will never go back.

They provided excellent customer service, didn't have to wait to schedule for a grooming session for my dog. They were very respectful and used proper care when handling my dog. I am very pleased with their quality of work, and I am glad they were able to put a special bandana on my dog for his birthday. I highly recommend using PetSmart grooming.

The store is fine. The grooming salon is terrible and the customer service is sub par. The staff and management of the salon are rude and do not provide a positive experience, especially to new puppy parents. I do not recommend taking your pet to be groomed by this facility.

I have been to PetSmart many times. They are very clean. They have a good variety of pet products toys food bedding etc. They are reasonably priced and the staff is friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful.

Placed an order for curbside pickup. Easy purchase transaction online. Once I goto store all I had to do was call in & w/in a minute she brought my order out. Highly recommended

I have a lifting profile not supposed to lift anything over five lb. Asked for help with cat litter. Nice young gentleman not only got it down for he also came out and put it in my trunk. I have to admit I mostly go in see kitties up for adoption.

Got this little fella from here resently. This PetSmart is a good PetSmart. They knew his age and kept track of his feeding schedule. 10/10
