I brought my senior dog (with arthritis) in to be groomed. She was their last dog of the day and they made it a point for me to pick her up so they could get out on time (no problem, i respected that and showed up early) - her neck was still wet, which they said was because she “didn’t like the dryer” I have never heard anyone say that about her but I let it go because she’s getting older and who knows.. maybe it was true. I go up front, I pay, I tip $20 (paying $115 in total) & walk outside to realize they didn’t clip her nails. They were still very long. The manager called them because they had left already (they were rushing to get out of there, clearly) she blamed it on the quick of my dogs nails being too long.. the manager told me to come back the next day to have it fixed but I have 2 young children and my dog is in pain most of the time.. she’s 70 pounds.. I can’t get her in and out of a car in a way that’s comfortable for her. I ended up clipping them ALL at home. I took at least a quarter to a half inch off each of them.. no bleeding, no nail quick issues!! Absolutely ridiculous service. The picture is to show how short my dogs nail quick was. This was all of her nails…

Took my 4 month old Havapoo for his first Cut and Grooming at the Easton Ave, Bethlehem, PA Petco. Jillian M was our salon stylist. I think she did a phenomenal job on my little guy, Bentley. She and another stylist listened very carefully to how I wanted Bentley cut. Jillian was great with the length of hair and the squared off ears. Love his new look. He's black tie ready!

I'm very upset, I took my dog to get a wash ONLY, and they ended up shaving his hair without even asking! and not only that but Kimberly did a horrible job. Last time my dog will go here. Next time ask customers to confirm what they want their pet to get done.

I was wanting a ball shooting gun but everywhere I looked they were expensive. Yesterday was my lucky day at Petco. They had them on sale for half price. I also got a bag freeze dried beef. My Molly loves both. She goes nuts over the ball shooting gun. I love Petco.

Was quite DISAPPOINTED w/ PETCO today. I've supported to this store (Easton Ave, Bethlehem) for about fifteen (15) years. There usually no problems, however TODAY was different.I visited PETCO to get a Feeder Mouse for my Daughter's Snake. Now, I've been paying the same posted price of $4.49 + 6% tax (.27) = $4.76 over three (3) years. Yet, today at checkout, the price changed to $5.99 + 6% tax (.36) =.$6.35.I explained to PETCO Management the price discrepancy and showed them the sign. The Manager on duty refused to provide me w/ the lower price. His reasoning was, "I cannot provide an adjustment on a live animal."This was strange!!! Consumer Law provides for The Consumer to get products at The Posted Price. So, why not here? I refused to argue about it w/ The Store Employees. They are only following PETCO Corporate Policy. So, my only recourse is to call The PETCO Corporate Office. Here is where I'll find the answers.Please LIKE, RATE & FOLLOW ME......

Shouldn't take the customers to point out the state of which an animal is in. Doesn't really take that much time to do daily check ups. If you're going to treat animals as products/merchandise, at least make sure they're taken cared of.

My kitten was absolutely manhandled for vaccines. She was grabbed by the skin on her neck, which is very minimal compared to most cats. She was then held down roughly. She is a calm kitten that is vocal, but doesn’t shriek. She doesn’t enjoy being held down, but does not shriek. The woman pinched her skin extremely hard and tried to reassure me that she simply “didn’t like it”. I almost lost my cool. There was no need for all of that. Her excuse was she “didn’t want to be scratched.” AS SHE IS WEARING GLOVES FOR SAFETY FROM SCRATCHING. I could not believe my eyes or ears. They could have wrapped or swaddled her in a blanket to immobilize her limbs. Or had me hold her. The excited, hard to control, 100 lb pit in front of us was handled with so much more care than my 3 lb kitten. The vaccine women are rushing, and do not care about the quality of their work. Unfortunately she needs a few more rounds of shots. That was traumatic.

I never brought my dog to the groomer for anything except a nail trim. I decided to try bringing her here for the full package: nails, bath, ears cleaned, teeth brushed, paw balm. I was so happy when I came back to pick her up and the groomer told me that she did so good and enjoyed her spa day. I’ve had problems with feeling like groomers our vets are not comfortable with pitbulls, but the woman that my dog saw had no problem at all. Plus I like that I can schedule her appointments from the website. I will definitely bring my dog here from now on

I visit the Bethlehem site a few times a week and I always get great service from one young man his name is Jason he go far and beyond for everyone I believe this young man should be rewarded with a higher position his knowledge is outstanding and he’s not rude like some of the managers that work at the location.Am happy and feel safe when this young man is working

Kelly is amazing!! My dog always feels super comfortable getting groomed with her. He tends to be nervous getting groomed but he doesn’t have any issues with this location!

Hate to leave a 1 star review for somewhere I’ve been shopping at for years and never had an issue, however I was told I couldn’t exchange or get credit for something because it was over a month old. No store credit..nothing, this is with the receipt and tags for the item! I even saw the same sweater on the shelf so it’s not like it is a product they stopped carrying. I spend a lot of money here, I even use petco’s whole hearted brand for food. I will be switching somewhere else and to a new food. I didn’t want to make a big deal about it in the store because the workers are just doing their job but I talked to the manager and they said there was nothing they could do about it. Sad part is if I was an irate and angry customer about it they probably would’ve done something more to appease me. Very unfortunate situation.

My dogs are 10 and 5 years old. They both have been groomed since they were puppies. Petco has provided us with the best experience we’ve ever had with a grooming service. They are kind, friendly, knowledgeable and do an exceptional job!!! I’d recommend them again and again!!!!!

I am so grateful and thankful for Petco and their same day delivery service. My dog is very sick and needed something from them immediately all shipping options were too long of a wait, and I couldn't leave him alone as he's in very bad condition. I actually was able to get this calorie and vitamin gel supplement which I can place in a syringe and nourish him being he refuses to eat. No other store or chain offers this without signing up to another service. I am beyond impressed and thankful for Petco. Hopefully my fur baby overcomes this battle, and we can continue to shop at your facility. I would give 10 stars if possible. Thank you!

Staff is great but the store is very small and supplies are limited if there at all. Given the circumstances today that isn't necessarily a negative. I will definitely go back and see if my needs can be found at another time

$0.10 If you want a plastic bag, It's not about saving the planet when most of your items are packaged in or made of plastic....No thanks Petco, Companies have forgotten how to do business.... I'll have a Company ship to my door for free, or shop where a bag is available @ no charge.PS, Take some of that cash from the bag sale and clean the store, Just a thought....

Great place to shop for the start of my vivarium. Got almost everything i needed. Even talked to a person who has knowledge on aquatics and saw how caring he was with the fish. Wish i would have caught his name. It was great talking to him. Talking to someone with the same interest in aquatics and reptiles and in animals in general since im in college to get my certification for animal medicine. Even got a few tips on my mystery snails and they are definitely happy snails now. Thanks alot it was great talking to you. Definitely worth going staff were friendly and caring.

I got a really good fish tank is 25" wide but it was another 40" tall With a waist high cabinet for it to sit on.The whole thing was under a $100 that was the bargain buy.The stores always clean and organized.Specially for this trip they him please were exceptionally helpful.

If there was an option to put no stars, I would. I called ahead to see if they had shrimp in stock because it’s a little bit of a drive to this place and the person who answered sounded like he was as high as a kite. He didn’t know what I was asking for and once I clarified for him I was looking for pet shrimp, such as ghost and cherry, he said they carry them but didn’t know if they had any in stock. So I asked if he could check, and he “put me on hold” (which was leaving the phone on the line so I could hear the entire store in my ear) to see if they had any in stock and he came back and said that they indeed did have ghost and cherry shrimp in stock. I believed him so my sig. other and I decided to take the drive to the store and get some shrimp, since not many stores are carrying them. Once we arrived, there were more problems that ensued. For starters - we weren’t greeted by anyone so we didn’t feel like valued customers, the store was not clean and the products were dusty, and there was only one cashier at the register with no other employee in sight so trying to find help took several minutes. When an employee finally arrived to help in the fish section, we informed him that we would like a few ghost shrimp (since they said they had them in stock at this store), and he rudely told us they were out of stock and that they haven’t had them in stock for a couple of weeks. So not only were we told by someone who sounded high as a kite that they had ghost shrimp in stock, but then when we decided to take the drive to the store, was rudely told they hadn’t had them in a couple weeks. Am very disappointed in this store and the employees. The managers need to drug test their employees and have a refresher course on how to give customers a nice and enjoyable experience. Both my significant other and I have worked in the customer service industry and we know that even if you’re having a bad day, you don’t put that onto the customers. We were going to purchase some other shrimp and maybe some decorations, but the customer service was so poor we decided to not give them any money. Do better Petco, because you wasted our time and money telling a lie. Very disappointing.
