Tyler and Winston arrived early to our appointment, which was a great way to start. They successfully installed a new mixing valve on the domestic coil of our oil boiler, all while being polite and explaining the problem and solution in simple terms so that I could understand. They also made additional recommendations to extend the service life of our boiler. We will continue to use Deluxe for our plumbing and HVAC needs going forward.

Quality of work is excellent, courteous, knowledgeable techs, but I still feel their prices are on the very high end. Quoted $1600 to replace 2 bathroom faucets. One other pet peeve I have is that the service fee is not refunded or subtracted from the overall charge if they do the job. I understand it should not be refunded if you decide not to have them do the work. Overall, simply because of these two issues, 7/8 out of 10.

I was thrilled when they called early this morning wanting to move my appointment date up to today! Zach arrived in about 30 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and went right to work. He even found a heat switch which had melted, and was a fire risk. Deluxe plumbing and heating are our new go to guys. Would recommend them highly. Zach was polite and treated us with respect.Thank you for restoring our heat to full potential.

We had our first maintenance appointment today.Our technician Chris was polite, informative, and arrived on time. (We were given the 8:00-10:00am time frame and he arrived before 8:15am!) He was really helpful and made sure I had all my questions answered before he left.The entire experience, from calling to schedule the appointment to receiving a confirmation call the day before to the actual appointment, was great. Great customer service all around!! Also, being a club member, it's a great value for the important regular maintenance.

This is the second time I have used this company for work at my home. The first time was the installation of a new heat pump system. This time it was the replacement of my well pump.The team that did the work was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. The team, led by Daphne Ziegenfus, was excellent. Daphne, a young female plumber, was outstanding. I was truly impressed with her knowledge and work ethic. The job was completed in one day and the unit is working perfectly. It must be noted that the well is 400 ft deep, so removing was not a simple task. However, with the right equipment and skills, Daphne and her team handled it no problem.Service: HVAC system repair

Staff was very friendly and helpfulThe cost of Lateral Service inspection was too high because i believe they should apply the "call out" cost $97 to the cost of the inspection The total cost was $461. i previously called and scheduled teh inspection.other service agencies often apply the call out service call cost to the approved work when done on the same call. they offered me to sign up for more services and then i might get a discount

Great service. Very knowledgeable. Came out quickly on a last min emergency call on a Saturday when it was snowing. Problem was fixed within the hour. My husband called them to get a quote. They said they would need to come out and look at the problem and charged an $89.00 fee. After looking at the problem they said it would be over $600. My husband thought that sounded like a lot for the job so he said he would have to talk it over with me. The service person said if they came back out today they wouldn’t charge anything additional other than the cost of the service. When I called back at 4:12pm I was told it was after hours and it would be another $100.00 or I could wait until the next day. So I called around and found a very reputable company that gave me a price over the phone, did not charge after hours pricing, came within 15 minutes and it was a fraction of the cost that Deluxe was charging. Shop around! I learned the hard way!**Update-In response to this business, we DID call back the same night within a few minutes of booking Agentis and cancelled our appointment with you!! The lady thanked us for calling back. I am a responsible person and to say I didn’t is infuriating. I also knew you had my credit card on file and didn’t want to be charged any additional fees for not cancelling. My point in my review was that if someone is on a budget or concerned about the price given it might be beneficial to shop around as we did. We were happy we did!!

I was able to call and get a technician out to my house in about an hour. Daphne and another young lady (apologies I forgot her name!) They were quick and efficient. Made sure the job was done correctly before leaving, and they made sure everything was cleaned and in order before they left! I will use again if the need arises.

Again, the work is fine, techs are courteous and knowledgeable, but in my opinion, Deluxe is ridiculously expensive. So much so, that I think I will be using another more reasonably priced plumbing service in the future. For this reason, 3 /5.

Had a pretty serious clog in my Kitchen sink piping the day after Thanksgiving. Even though it was the day after a Holiday, they had a team out to me within 20 minutes coming from another job. They did a pre inspection to diagnose the problem and gave me pricing before doing any work. They also put blankets down and were very careful although it was a sloppy job, respecting my home. They cleaned up nicely and then did a courtesy home inspection of all of my plumbing to make sure everything else was in order. Caleb and his partner were very professional and answered all of my questions as they were working. We only bought our house a little over a year ago so it is nice to now know we have a reliable contact for all of our future plumbing needs. Great company and awesome employees!

Dylan and Miguel arrived on time and even accommodated a last-minute change to our schedule. The problem with our water heater was hard to describe to them, but they came with a plan and were very thorough in investigating possible causes. They were friendly, communicative and knowledgeable. They found the problem and offered multiple solutions, laying out the pros and cons of each one. They then resolved the issue exactly as we requested for a reasonable cost. They even took great care with my dog who is old and blind. They took the time to make sure there were no hazards outside that my dog could fall into or trip over. They're just as mindful inside the home. AND they clean up after they're done! They leave no trace!Deluxe communicates effectively and in a timely manner. They always come within the provided window. I called them because my oil furnace was not working was told in a half hour someone will be out within less then a half hour the technician AJ was knocking at my door. Our air conditioner was overdue for service so Deluxe Plumbing & Heating came to check it out. They found it in good condition but recommended two parts that were working but questionable. After installing the parts they cleaned the fan blades and wiped down the outside unit and hosed it off which was more than expected. Nice job guys.
