We scheduled a vaccine appointment for the morning (2x people). Received 2x texts each that morning reminding us to go to our appointment. Show up and are greeted by a sign on the door informing us that no one from the pharmacy decided to come to work that day.The one CVS employee who decided to come to work, Scott, was amazing considering he alone has to spend the entire day apologizing for his coworkers who left him high and dry.Give that man (Scott) a raise and take your business somewhere else.

The population of this area is too big for this store / pharmacy. Drive-thru is always closed. Very inconvenient!

They are the most unprepared and disorganized. Not sure if they are just serving too large of an area but the pharmacy is horrendous. Never have the prescriptions on time and almost always have to fight with them about finding the prescriptions in their computers.An UpdateMy wife who is suffering from cancer and needs pain patch is now being told that it can't be filled until the pharmacist talks to me. Never mind the fact she has already been and received the prescription before just a smaller dose. Which would tell you that if a slightly higher dose is needed then GOD DAMN pain must be worse for christ sake. Also, she is going to tell me the side effects that she just got done telling me two days ago.

Every time I pick up my father's prescriptions they are never ready. I'm always told they are running behind. I always have to sit & wait a long time. Really dislike this pharmacy.
