They always close a half hour early without fail. Anytime I try to order when I get off work they refuse to make food due to broiler maintenance. I use to work there a long time ago and I know for a fact they are not suppose to do that. It's just pure laziness to close early just like foxes pizza does in town. Your really that miserable at burger king? LOL What a joke

I ordered online and paid with card. When I arrived at drive thru I was told they didn't have what I ordered and I had to choose a different sandwich. I said I don't want a different one and il just get a refund. They said I couldn't get a refund and I had to call corporate. Dud nothing to make it right other than force me to order something I didn't want

We went through the drive through. Order was wrong , they even had another cheeseburger in the bag that wasn't ours. Pretty bad when the receipt on the bag says EXACTLY what's to be in it. Went in to get the order straight. The manager yelled at the cooks/pre team about getting the burger made wrong. Sassed inside , then the MANAGER went to another employee and mocked the situation.

The last three times I've come here they have screwed up my orders the lady at the window wants to talk about her life story and wants to attempt to involve herself in ours if y'all spent more time on the orders instead of everyone else's live maybe y'all wouldn't mess up so much I order large fries y'all give us smalls I ask for fresh nuggets y'all send me cold hard ones we ask for a melt and a burger y'all forget the melt I don't understand the job isn't that hard for us more on your jobs instead of peoples lives

I live in town and it is the worst Burger King in the area. The food is not very hot, the buns are not very fresh and your order is always messed up. The service is slow, some of the managers treat thier employees badly and they are rude to customers. I only stop there when it is the last option. You will also wait forever to have a messed up order, and it doesn't matter if it is drive through or you go in and order.

More than the taste of the Burgers being more like I remember they should be from my youth...more than the burgers being made to look like the photos on the board, the Staff has always been Awesome. Very courteous, efficient, smiles all around. I don't treat myself to take out very often but this is a place that if I am in the area as I am not a local I will go to if I have a hole in my belly that needs nom-nom and an pleasant experience.The people make your brand. I truly appreciate them.

Since my last review the store has been turned around. The dining area is very clean and well lit. Going through the drive through is always pleasant without any issues. I love having Burger King here. It is a great convenience for impulsive cravings. Never had a meal I didn’t enjoy.

I like this burger king! It's a nice clean place my daughter was a little upset they don't give toys in the kids meal! But our food was very good! I would definitely recommend this place! I will definitely go back! Thank you for the great service!!

Always excellent service and food at this particular restaurant. The drive thru is quick and there's a nice spot along the river behind to go enjoy your food outside. There are a few picnic tables there too and it's quiet. Well worth the stop!

We were on an extended road trip passing through town, and decided to stop here to get a quick bite for lunch! This is a difficult type of a prairie game that you would go to any other place, it was clean, the service was quick, the food was fresh and hot. The bathrooms were clean also. There isn't any outside seating, but there is a small Park located just a block behind along the waterfront. You going to have a nice picnic there while you're on the road!

I'm not mad because I only spent $9 but this BK really outdid themselves today. I ordered a 10 piece nugget (they gave me 8), a value fry (put a million fries in the bag, nice!) a whopper with cheese and no pickles (gave me pickles, didn't give me cheese, and an entire bag of iceberg Lettuce on the sandwich). But hey, the medium coke was good! HahaAll in about 10 minutes of drive thru time. Pretty typical lunch at NewB BK

Store was clean. Staff was friendly. They were not busy when I got thereTables were clear and no garbage or anything which is a plus.Burger King is an option I will choose, they are one of the better fast food restaurant chains. Will go back

Stopped here for a chicken sandwich. After a wait my meal was lukewarm at best. The kitchen had food and garbage on the floor, the restrooms appeared to be untouched for several days. Would not recommend!

Was there last week (drive thru)and didn’t realized it was past their closing time, a few mins but the girl served us with a smile on her face. Great staff! Can’t find that very much anymore. Thx guys!

There's a nice sitting area behind it where you could eat by the creek. But the grass is overgrown, tables unkept so you can't enjoy it.It took a good long while to get my food, and when I did there was a nasty hair in my fries.My sandwich was also sadness with very little lettuce in it.There's no Burger King hats for the kids and no option to add fruit to the kid's meal. McDonald's would have been better.The whole place is remodeled nicely, but the service ruins it for me. 👎

I stopped to use the restroom before going inside order food. A employee came out of the toilet stall and did not wash their hands. We went into order and the same person was making food, no gloves on. It discussed me, we left, instead of ordering.
