We saw Amy Lynn and Dr. Pearsall today for the first time and they were incredible. They were kind, patient and professional yet personable. They were even funny and made us laugh. We immediately felt like our Lily girl was in safe hands. They answered all of our questions and addressed all concerns without making us feel rushed. The other staff in the front were also very nice and helpful! Everyone we encountered was pleasant and respectful. I would highly recommend this Vet to anyone!

If you are looking for a solid small animal vet, this is the place. The vet techs are top notch. The Dr's are attentive and thorough. Their prices are fair and the care is definitely animal centric. Have been going there for almost 25 years. They refer you out whwn needed but otherwise do an exceptional job of taking care of our pets

We love Dr Kunkle! She’s amazing!Everyone at this clinic is dedicated and professional. I’ve never had any issues with bringing my guys here. And neither have my parents had any issues before them.Super sweet, friendly staff helps with the atmosphere but mostly I appreciate it because of the care they take when dealing with my one pitbull who is terrified of everything! But they make it easy for him.Highly recommended!

This vet is amazing. I recently switched and I can’t believe I’ve been missing out. The staff is incredibly sweet and they actually care. My dogs surgery was successful and everyone who works there was just wonderful throughout the whole process.

My wife has always been a cat lover while I wasn’t so much until I rescued a little stray recently that has now become my baby. She has always used Mt. Bethel Animal Hospital and today was her visit for checkup. Lola did great and came home happy! Thanks!

I took my pitbull/ service dog here tonight. The vet was rude and did not listen to much I had to say. My dog was undoubtedly judged for his breed and was not allowed near other dogs.. as if the ignorance wasn't enough at this point I was not told by the vet the results of his blood test since she had no interest coming back in. The assistant had to ask and i must say she was awesome! 200$ later they made a comment of us possibly needing to walk out the BACK DOOR! If you judge dogs on their breed and behavior of other dogs you should hand in your license and consider what kind of a person you are.

I brought my outside cat, King Killian into the office because he was sick for many months and just come kick it. After our visit with a few shots, he is one hundred percent better, dr. Parcel knew exactly what to do. I can't thank you all enough for the sweet love you give not only to our animals but to us as well! ❤️

Mt. Bethel Animal Hospital is a consistent, dependable place to take your pet. The doctors are very knowledgeable, the staff is friendly. I've had my dogs euthanized and my cat spayed (last month) at Mt. Bethel Animal Hospital. They always treat the animals with love and respect. They are super busy, but will try to fit you in at some point. I've been going there for years with my dogs and cats. I highly recommend Mt. Bethel Animal Hospital.

Isn't it interesting as I check the low reviews prior to writing this one that the same sentiment was written a month ago--- RUDE STAFF. Not the front desk or the cheery veterinarian, but the two techs I dealt with yesterday. I have been through the procedure of the car hand off due to COVID and had no prior issues. 12+ years going to this vet. Called me out of the car yesterday and then have me wait at the front door for 8 more minutes. I have to knock to no response and then have rudeness from the female tech I found in the parking lot when I questioned the reason to bring me out of the car if not ready? Learn to multitask! Dog brought back to me in five minutes...sketchy. New vet with my dog. Previously during COVID timing annual visit, I was called before someone walks back to discuss any issues I may want to share that are not visible. NOT DONE. Male tech walks dog to car and gives me the leash without a word. A friendly hand off is a common expectation. The staff has changed and not for the better. When placing a call to discuss the lack of courteous customer care with the owner, I am accused of swearing at the tech. I am a highly educated professional...I don't think so, not in my character. Blame the customer as a way to keep your job? Probably, more likely. I'll be sure to share my experience with those local to the area to avoid this vet. Many others close by!

This whole team, both clinicians and staff, have big hearts and always great advice. Even if I am having a worried dog mom moment...or moments lol, they ease my mind and don't rush when you really need to talk a situation thru. They always approach you with great empathy and understanding. They are 100% knowledge, reasonable in price and easy to work with. Lots of appointment availability and I would recommend them to anyone. All my fidos have had great experiences with them for the last several years! I was happy to find them.

One of the best vet offices I have ever been to! The staff here is amazing and very helpful, as well caring and professional.They treated my dog very well and got her diagnosed in no time, and began the treatments instantly. The office was very clean and peaceful and has great artwork everywhere, and the staff are more concerned with helping you and your pets needs, rather then draining your wallet.I live in Nyc and happily make the 1.5 hour drive to come here because the experience was so much better here, than the ones I had elsewhere.This is by far one of the best vet offices I have ever been to!! Go see for yourself.

The staff is incredibly friendly. They are very accommodating, especially because my dog has alot of anxiety when it comes to other dogs. They always make sure shes the only dog in office at that time or that she has the last appt of the day. Wh at ever works best for us. I drive over 45 minutes to go to this vet and I wouldn't have it an other way.

I've heard of many of neighbors recommending Mt. Bethel Animal Hospital for years, but I didn't start bringing my dog here until I got fed up with our former vet becoming like a corporate business. The staff here is friendly and their vets are wonderful. I especially love Dr. Pearsall for taking her time in examining my dog and explaining his health issues to me.

The doctors and staff at this veterinary practice treat both animals and owners with compassion and respect. The quality of care is excellence and the charges are affordable. There is no taking advantage of an owner's love for their pet in order to make more money - in fact it's just the opposite, the Dr.s are very careful in explaining all options and price points and never pressure the owner.

Don't even think about bringing your loved pet to this establishment. They are uncaring and unconcerned. I recommended this place to my best friend to take her cat and when she did, she was treated with the upmost disrespect. Her cat was not diagnosed properly, the vet kept telling her it was something that it wasn't. She kept telling them it wasn't what they were stating, she knows her cat., and she knew what they were telling her was not the problem. The poor thing has only gotten sicker after 3 visits and when she called with a question, she never received a phone call. And as I write this, days later, a call has never been received. How guilty do I feel for recommending this junk place. People... if you love your animals, please find another vet to take them to. If you take them here, you might not come home with them.
