It’s new place right across off petco dc. They load us almost 10 hours early. Fast loading , nice people from security to the warehouse employees. Loading fast as well. Very courteous, the came to get s and let us know that they have lunch break and we will be loaded as soon as they finish. And they did. Truck gos may take you around , from 78 take exit 13 then make right and it will be on left side. Thank you !!!

Had a drop trailer load and Scott in shipping was amazing. He started loading us immediately and had us loaded within 3 hours. Guys at the security gate were awesome as well. Very clean facility with a drivers lounge, fenced in pet area outside and a clean truck yard. This place is organized, clean and fast. More facilities should take lessons from this place! Thank you Mars Petcare for being professionals. Drivers there is a small Mart next door with a few parking spots where you can wait for your trailer and also a Sheetz over the overpass. If you want a full service truck stop there is a Flying J at exit 10.

This place is good for loading but if you taking your truck load to krasdale Bronx . You will spend 6 to 7 hours unloading time because they count each box from the trailer by hand .

Easy check-in, fast in and out under 1 hr (delivery), no overnight, but there are 2 truckstops at the same exit and flying J at exit 10.

We drop-n-hook there. I've never had a problem or issue on anything. I've been a driver a long time, and Mars here is at the top of my top 5 places to go.

Just picked up an empty but guard was very nice, very helpful and they have a dog park for drivers dogs right outside of the drivers lounge. Nice place.

Download is fastThe papers are reviewed and signed by the guards as soon as you enter and they give you instructions on the ramp, you have to get stuck with closed doors and disengage and just hold on a little and go forward in your own box.

En caseta me tocó un guardia que habla español.Al llegar a la caseta, tendrás qué ponerte el chaleco reflejante, y las intermitentes, así las vas a dejar todo el tiempo qué estés adentro. AHÍ MISMO RETROCEDE LOS EJES.En caseta te dirán a qué puerta irás, NO HABRAS PUERTAS, ya qué ellos las habren cuando ya esté en rampa (las habren por dentro). Te desganchas y le das un metro adelante, con Intermitentes encendidas. Hai te quedarás asta qué cambie a verde. Ya cambiando a verde, te enganchas, no cierres purtas, y te vas a caseta. En caseta te pedirán la licencia para tomarle foto, y a tí también te toman foto, cierras puertas. En caseta TE DAN LOS PAPELES.---Ecxelente servicio de los guardias!Espero y les sirva la información!
