This is the third time I've gone to the dollar general in Mt. Bethel around 9pm, and I've witnessed a young girl opening the doors and letting friends inside, maybe some family members, and then locking the doors so no one else can go in. I will be contacting the manager, this is getting ridiculous. I go there because they are the only ones usually open until 10, but not lately since this young girl works in the evening.

The managers and employees take pride in the way the store looks it is always so clean. During the pandemic in the beginning they did what they can unloading trucks and fulfilling everyone's needs without making us wait to long. They had no air conditioning and worked non stop to keep shoppers happy and stocked with all the essentials. Glad this store is in our neighborhood and have such caring employees.

This store is always in disarray. Constantly have boxes stacked in aisles, not clean. Seems like just not enough staff to keep things stocked. But it's usually my go to place when I only need 1 or 2 items and i don't feel like dealing with the grocery store. Gave it 3 stars for the convenience of it being so close by.

Store location is convenient. Store is usually clean and well stocked. A bit under staffed most of the time, or so it seems due to long waits in line. My main concern however, is the trash blowing down the street or onto neighboring propertys. Doesn't seem like a priority to manager as I've brought it to her attention and nothing seems to have been done as far as cleaning it up.

Our Go To Store .You can find almost everything here .Do the majority of the shopping here at Dollar General in Mount Bethel,PA. Nice toy section, seasonal items ,paper products , health care products ,stables..Milks,eggs,snacks and don't forget chips, pretzels and above all Ice cream 🍨 ...they even have Cool Whip .The staff here are all very helpful and friendly too . You can save a lot of money here .

Love the place because its local and the prices are great, but they are so short staffed. If your buying 1 or 2 items, expect to wait in line for awhile. They should always have two people at the registers when it gets busy. That's my only complaint.

Convenient . Watch what you buy some prices can be very high . Service always good friendly cashier's . parking good , easy access from the road..I love the their sweet and spicy trail mix it's addicting ...

Let me just start off by saying I am 100% going to be coming back to this store. First off - I was in a big rush. It was my little sisters birthday and I was on a time crunch. Rushing around - one of the managers noticed how flustered I was that I wasn't able to find everything I was looking for. Do you believe that this girl helped me out by walking me to everything on my list? Either she was raised really well or the training at dollar general is just beyond comparison. So big shout out to Makenzy for being such a help and getting me to come back in the future!

Went here several times and kept feeling belittled by the one non-local worker (manager?). He made me feel like I was some ignorant kid who didn't know anything rather than a mature adult who grew up with 8-tracks, has a college education and has lived locally my whole life. He kept one-upping me during what should have been small talk. I won't be going back anytime soon.

Just saying the laundry detergent was on sale for 3.95 with a coupon that said 1.00 off now, great deal normally 5.00 well they take the 1.00 off the normal price of 5.00 not the sale price I don't believe this is rt what are they taken off of. The receipt does not show 1.00 off 3.95 it shows 5.00 then 1.00 off still given it at 3.95 not 2.92 I don't het it. Just saying

Eric basically runs the whole store by himself while senior staff does nothing but stare at long lines and duck behind the counter. Been there before myself. Great guy, hope he becomes management.

If you know your prices there are great values here. Most items are more than $1 however the values are still there. There is a one dollar aisle. I love this store and I highly recommend it.

Nice little store. My wife shops there. I use them for fedex drop off that needs a signature. Never home ,so have it dropped there for signature pickup.

Got ice cream freezers fixed ,Ya hoo ! Brought 2 Edy's Brand for $ 7.The Chocolate is really good .Like this store , great variety.

I was very disappointed. Although staff is friendly, there is no wheel chair accessibility in this store. Cannot get down isles with cart because of clutter, let alone someone handicapped was almost impossible. We left to shop at a more handicap friendly establishment.

This Dollar General is always cluttered with carts to stock shelves, very difficult to get around to shop there. There are other ones that are a lot better to go to.

It's a very cluttered store ,long lines ,and very unorganized we only go there out of necessity, very understaffed,,just last nite the whole sidewalk was all ice but only one person was working so they couldn't do anything and the parking lot is littered so is the surrounding lawn area ,also the clover store brand of anything is junk mostly imported from the middle east,

Its a dollar General. Got us what we needed. For whatever reason it was very busy. The staff was handling it well and got us through. Convenient spot for us.
