I've shopped at over 200 Walmart stores - see my review collection - and this one was middle of the road. At 8:30 pm on a weeknight, the store was busy and the stockers were spinning up to put merchandise on shelves. A few areas were out of stock but maybe that's about to be fixed.Tidy, well lit and clear aisles. The checkout area was staffed appropriately and the restroom was clean. Overall, this was an OK experience.Note that this is NOT a Supercenter store. They do not have any groceries here. For that, they are adjoined to the Giant Eagle next door.Oh, and this Walmart tolerates overnight parking for RVs in their lot. Hooray, a decent night in the Sprinter van.

We come here pretty often! This time around they’re ready for the holidays. The Walmart app will tell you if you’re looking for a specific item what aisle it’s in which is VERY VERY helpful especially when you’re in a rush.The downside is, although Walmart might not be in control of this, some customers here seem rather incapable of looking where they’re going which definitely dulls the light of a big-franchise shopping experience. It’s a similar situation at the Supercenter in West Mifflin but I wouldn’t say it’s as bad since that location is at the top of a mountain and not all that in-plain-sight. As a result, this one has some more trouble keeping up with stock.

It's small and lacks some of the items and variety of a larger Walmart but great for a quick trip to grab that one thing you want. Unfortunately, that "one thing" usually turns into three (or five-- or more, lol!) It's clean and the employees are helpful and friendly, this has been a good neighborhood Walmart.

It's a rather small Walmart.A lot has changed since I've been in that area, I grew up in Bethel Park.I remember when this used to be a Murphy Marts and Arcadian Gardens.That was back in the 1970s and 1980'sIt certainly seems that Walmart has taken over the store industry worldwide with all Chinese junk just like the dollar stores.This Walmart could use some improvement however, it is cleaner than some of the Walmarts that I've been in.

This Wal-Mart is probably the nicest one in the area. It has the usual tropes of strange behavior and not-finding-help-when-you-need-it, but it has the deals that you need like any WM.

The layout of this location is odd and cramped. Though it had some stuff we needed, it was nearly impossible to find holiday wrapping paper, and felt very crowded/claustrophobic for me.

We forgot to bring the birthday candle with us so we decided to place an order to a nearby Walmart supermarket. It’s surprisingly fast that they have to pick up option without any service fee and it only take about 40 minutes for them to get the merchant ready for pick up. Which is pretty fast and efficient so I gave this five star for their quick service.

Lower prices on some items. However I hate to go here when it's busy. The isles are packed with product, not much room to move about. Difficult to get out in an emergency.

Hopefully they will do something for their high prices, I don't do a big shopping like before ......For many years we used to buy our favorite drinks, and their prices were suitable, especially for those with low incomes, but less than a year ago they raised the prices and we as consumers were complaining about raising the prices, but after a while they raised the prices again... They do not care about our complaints as consumers for raising the unjustified prices,they want This place to be suitable for one category of consumers who can pay the prices of their goods...they go from bad to worse

Store is listed as open from 6-11 on Google. The doors were open. Store was open, but I went to make a return at customer service and after waiting for 10 minutes and trying to find help, an associate told me that customer service didn't open until 7am. It was 6:50. So I asked if the store was open. They said the store was open but parts of the store like customer service were not and that I had to wait until 7 to make a return. Funny how you can buy things but not return them when a store is "open" and also funny how employees can all be bustling around but be unable to help you until 7am. At 7:01, the same woman, Jennifer, who told me that customer service didn't open until 7am, came over and processed the return after I waited for 10 more minutes. Several other employees came over in the mean time and wanted to help but couldn't because they didn't have access to the machines at customer service. I've also found on multiple occasions that fitting rooms were supposed to be open and help was supposed to be there and come but it never did. Many employees are nice here, but management might need to change up a few things with the few that work directly with customers and aren't helpful.

The cashiers are *extremely* slow. I've lived in a handful of places and there's always a walmart where I'll shop and I end up waiting a long time at this location if I have to use a cashier. Also, most (not all) of the cashiers are rude. They don't even acknowledge your presence. I'm not looking for conversation but typically when I say "hi, how are you?" I at least get a response. The pros are that it's stocked well and it's clean. As for the picture, I just moved back after 18 years and does anyone remember "mook"?

My adult son & I were in a hurry today and stopped at this Walmart for dog food. We have shopped here many times before, but have never eaten at the Subway inside the store. Since we were pressed for time, we decided to just have a quick sub for lunch, then proceed with getting the other items. No one else was in the Subway when we entered, but the worker continued making subs. She stated I can't wait on you til I complete this take-out order....so we waited & waited...over 15 minutes. My son placed his order, then I told her which sub I wanted, plus a drink. She stopped after making his order and rung up the bill and he paid....then she went back to my sub. I asked for a cup for my drink and sat down at the table with my son. 2 other customers then came in while we were eating. While making their subs, she calls across the counter You still haven't paid for that drink I forgot to put on your bill. Another customer enters and we are still finishing eating and then she yells you still owe for that drink, I don't like stealing. How humiliating!! She forgot to add it to the almost $30 bill, we were still eating, then she insinuates we might steal a drink!!! My son walked up to the counter to pay for the drink and she does not wait on him until she waits on all the other 3 customers! She was so rude and inconsiderate & we will never go there again.

I wish we had a super Walmart instead of all these Giant Eagles in Bethel Park! The plant department should be run by employees that know how to care for the plants... many plants are over watered and get root rot or the roots are so tightly bound in there pots.The parking lot is a hazzard. Car spaces are squished and people have zero respect for others cars around the Bethel Park shopping areas! The hit and runs in BP is well over 3 digits each month in the shopping lots throughout BP not just here. There needs to be security around these plazas to watch over people and cars and parking lots. The Bethel Park Police Department is to overwhelmed with residential and numerous amount of businesses all shoved in together on small road plan that the current traffic devision rarely regulates!

Order online and pick up at store is convenient and you may be able to get discounts using shopping apps. The down side is Walmart in Bethel Park is now requiring it's employees to carry your online order outside where before you could pick up inside store.....silly rule.

This is the most customer-oriented Walmart in the Pittsburgh area. They are exceptionally helpful, and always courteous and patient. I shop there frequently.

I had a terrible experience here today. The attendant at the fitting rooms was Horrendous. She first ignored me when I wanted a ticket to go in to try stuff on which I let go. She ignored me when I walked up and said hi. I then came out which she still wouldn’t look at me much. I said “ would you like me to throw these on top of here?” (This was a cart that had all the other things people didn’t want). She then snapped and said “ WELL DONT THROW THEM IN SET THEM THERE NICELY” all snarky and eye rolling like she was the most miserable person on the planet. This was not a good experience for me being so pregnant and having someone flip out on me for no reason and over something so stupid. RUINED MY DAY and I will not go back to this store again.

Until the Covid period, they were making good discounts, and the prices of the rest of the departments were suitable for everyone, but a while ago they started to raise prices in all departments , as I decided to stop buying anything from them. Their stores have high prices now so they don't want the lower income people to do shopping in their stores
